Comentarios: Overall InfoCision has been a partner for over 17 years that is consider a true extension of our business.

Puntos a favor:

InfoCision provides fantastic service for us - in the outbound call space. They meet key KPI's monthly and offer up solutions to the growing demands of our donors. They are proactive in communications and meet regularly to ensure they are meeting the demands of the non profit space. They have provided key understanding of contact centers to assist in areas where the talents may not be available in a professional manner as part of their services.

Faithful Partnership

Comentarios: Our experience has been great. IMC has been a faithful partner for over 10 years. They work with us, are very flexible and reliable. IMC has done things very well over the year with us but one thing they have done well is the personalised relationship vendor-client that they have built with us.

You can go back on the screens. This creates limitations for the operator to give an unforgettable positive experince.
