Monday.com has been one of the easiest project management tools I have ever used, it has great UX and UI.
Hard to prioritise jobs. Hard to get a sense of everything not done for one contact.

La interfaz es realmente intuitiva y muy personalizable, además puede integrarse con otras herramientas con mucha facilidad
Contras:
Para el tema marketing, las funcionalidados son demasiado limitadas, deberían trabajar más en este campo!!
Great Contact and Lead solution for small businesses

Easy to deploy and setup sales teams and privileges. Analytics are already available at all times.
Contras:
Sometimes system felt lagging but improved after time. Some analytics are hard to use. APIs needed finetuning.
A great all-in-one CRM and project planning software.
Comentarios: This platform has allowed me to grow my business processes through one main "hub" platform and has made it so easy for me to onboard new members and get them acclimated to the work flow immediately.
Puntos a favor:
The flexibility of boards to be created with different purposes such as client management, lead generation, financial analysis, project management, team management, file storage and so much more. I've really leaned to Monday to become my all-in-one hub for my business processes.
Contras:
There are definitely growing pains to creating the perfect software that fits your needs but trial and error is just part of the process. I'm planning and creating uses for Monday I never thought of 6 months ago which I've only been able to think of because of my experience gained from daily use of the software.
Alternativas consideradas: Salesforce Sales Cloud y Asana
Razones para cambiar a monday CRM: Monday has a much more user-friendly interface which is important to me when onboarding new team members. I want to make our system something people enjoy using instead of dreading to do a daily task on a non-ergonomic system like some of the competitors.
It could be great if email tracking was a reliable feature

Since I've start using the Monday's CRM a few month ago my overall experience was very disappointing and frustrating. Since the email tracking doesn't work constantly it's not reliable, and makes me do a lot of manual work instead. E

Would recommend to manage everything
Comentarios: We got more efficient because we can manage priorities and tasks more easily. Sections for leads helped our team see who had to contact clients. We also used it to work on social media content together.
Puntos a favor:
Really liked the task management and the lead management. Super efficient with my team, easy to use and easy to implement. Liked the lead funnel to manage my prospection.
Contras:
The fact that time tracking is in a pricier version. I would like to see an access to clients for certain boards i want to show them.

Comentarios: This is my second company using Monday.com and the first time utilizing the CRM. The automations are great!

The interface is simple and easy to use while being pleasant to interact with.
Contras:
The system has crashed a few times due to technical errors and we do really rely on Monday.com so that hasn't been ideal. It is typically resolved quite quickly.

Monday Sales CRM hits all the marks
Comentarios: Customer service was solid and the product is intuitive, useful and very affordable.
Puntos a favor:
Monday Sales CRM is customizable, so that the user can create automated workflow that is adaptable to their needs and it can grow and change as the user's company's needs change. It was also among the least expensive/best value CRMs that I looked at.
Contras:
The customizable features are a double edged sword, because while they are great, there is quite a bit of time and program knowledge that needs to be acquired in order to properly implement it.

Comentarios: I would highly recommend this product to start-ups or small company building their client base. The dashboards are completely customizable. You can create teams to manage clients and work within the system to communicate as well as assign tasks/follow-ups. The email feature is also a HUGE time saver and you can set reminders for yourself to ensure you stay on track. The reporting is also very easy to set up and share with your teams or clients. I have used other CRM'sin the past and this one is by FAR the easiest to set up and manage as a small business.

Getting started with Monday is easy and if you ever get stuck, you can rely on the Monday support staff to help you set up your dashboard to meet your company's needs best. I have used Monday for over 3 years and keep finding new gems to help me manage my small business. Having the ability to connect my clients directly to their reports and setting up automated emails to manage customer relations is HUGE and a big time saver!
Contras:
I had to think about this and honestly cannot think of anything this product is missing. At one point I was having a problem retrieving some client tasks I accidentally deleted but once I contacted customer support they helped me find where I needed to go to reinstate the files. When deleting you are asked if you are SURE you want to delete and another allows you to undo it while it is deleting. Luckily, there is another option to locate deleted records IF you miss both of these options. LOL! Support had to help me find it but it was there!
Best one to have for a business analyst

Comentarios: I really like it, I was able to connect my Gmail account without problems and manage all my emails directly from the platform.

I really like the task assignment function, it was also very useful to be able to organize and distribute pending tasks within my team.
Contras:
Well, the truth is, I would have liked to have the ability to generate customizable reports and obtain more detailed statistics about my sales and activities.
Super customizable with powerful features
Comentarios: Overall, the flexibility to customize the tool for whatever you need to track is very good. The learning curve is minimal, at least to get started. I believe there is more functionality that can be tapped that I'm only starting to understand. In a good way, the challenge with using this tool is envisioning what can be done with it and bringing that vision to life.

I really like how easy it is to customize Monday.com. I keep finding more uses for tracking just about all aspects of my business from project management, to deal flow, to lead tracking.
Contras:
The UI can become an obstacle when you have too much information in the system. Items that fall to the bottom of the lead tracking list get easily forgotten. The biggest weakness of the system is its general lack of reporting functions. For example, I need to produce reports that I can sent out to clients, but there is no easy way to do that in Monday.com.

Comentarios: Quite good for managing a few dozen leads and projects. I imagine this possibly wouldn't scale very well for hundreds or thousands of contacts.

The fact that the CRM templates are just the normal monday.com workflow means that tasks integrate seamlessly across your workflow as you manage many concurrent projects.
Contras:
It is sometimes difficult to get a full overview of all the tasks you are doing and how this interacts with others.

Monday, the best tool you don't know about.
Comentarios: The power of this tools has allowed us to scale by keeping our growing team all moving in the same direction. We have taken Traction's Level 10 and build a version of their meeting format for our company. We then built a Now -3, Next-5, Later board for our project clients.
Puntos a favor:
The automation and how we can take items from other boards and fit them all onto one board. Then when you or the client updates information it syncs across the boards. We use this for our Level 10 meetings and NNL to keep the team all moving in the same direction.
Contras:
Cannot single out a row, we can only single out a column. Cannot do a lookup function i.e. go find this word and pull the data from this row.
Love how customizable Monday is!
Comentarios: It has been so helpful, especially as we are building our team. When it was just two of us, it worked well but now that there are three of us, it's crucial that we have it!

It's easy to use and it actually works for us! There are so many products that have maybe one or two features we need but it wasn't until Monday that we could get everything we need in one place.
Contras:
Honestly, it's just that it can get a little overwhelming because there are SO many things you can do. I want to spend so much more time customizing and optimizing it but I feel like that venture will never end.

I like it because from the first moment I started using it I was able to navigate through all the features without any problems and find what I needed quickly.

The truth is that I find it a little uncomfortable that sometimes the page loading can be slow, especially when I have a lot of data and records.

Amazing OS + amazing company
Comentarios: I genuinely love it and I am excited to see how I will continue to grow and expand my boards and automations once I have a team. I also just love Monday as a company, I follow the Instagram page and it's great to see such fresh and different content/ads/campaigns. Also love how much you have done for the Ukraine crisis. The other thing is the customer service is incredible, I could not believe it when the person emailed me back with a personal Loom video to explain my issue and try to resolve it. They are amazing and don't make me feel stupid/bad about what I'm asking. They all need a raise :)

I love how it keeps my business organised, structured and efficient. As soon as I got on top of my Monday boards and automations/integrations, I started feeling in control and more confident at how my business was running. The thing I like most is just how it acts like my personal assistant. With certain automations set up, I don't even have to think about following up with clients, the software does it for me. I also love the dashboards that give me a quick overview and glimpse into all other boards without having to go into each of them individually.
Contras:
It would have to be the mobile and iPad apps. They don't work great, they are a bit clunky, the dashboards pages and workdocs do not load. This is quite frustrating when I'm wanting to check something and I've only got my phone on me. I have gotten used to using my laptop only or going onto safari on my iPad if I need to access it. However it would be really great if the apps themselves could work better.
Affordable, All-in-One Tracking for a Small Staffing Business

I researched similar products and chose to implement Monday.com for three main reasons: First, it offers a wide range of templates which provide useful starting points for my minor customizations. Second, I liked the ease of use and especially the useful app. Third, this feature is simple but powerful - the ability to easily set project milestones and both name and pick colors for all of these. At a glance, the colors show me where my project is at any given time!
Contras:
I've only really scratched the surface of the full power of Monday.com. I'm able to start using it for Customer Resource Management and I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs with sales pipelines and forecasting. In short, everything I've used to support my business workflow has been right on target!
My Best Friend
Comentarios: I absolutely love this software and couldn't do my job without it. It has become my best friend! It remembers hundreds, probably now thousands, of little details that I would never keep in my head but are now right there at my fingertips whenever I need them. I also love that it is easy to get new team members up to speed on it because it is easy to learn to use. Thank you so much for all the great work you've done to create this product!!

I loved that the set up was relatively easy and quite intuitive once I got the hang of it.I really appreciate that I was able to set it all up just how I need it, and to best suit our purpose. I'm doing outreach to hundreds of people in a critical aspect of our work and Monday serves me so well. I can so easily see what needs to be done, what is next and how well we are doing with individual aspects of the outreach. Also, it makes everything so transparent. My team can go in and see quickly and easily where we are on everything.
Contras:
I don't feel like anything is missing. The automations were a bit tricky to get used to. I also find that I don't respond to the date reminders but that is my problem, not the software's!
The BEST CRM for anyone that is looking for function and ease of use

I really mean it. I love every feature about this. It is totally customizable, very functional for any industry, and super easy to use. There are templates already made, but i am sure they can customize anything. You can even make your own. Integrates with your calendar!
Contras:
Really no downside. I wish I could only work in the CRM and it integrated with my mortgage LOS as well.

Everything from the customer support to the ability to build API makes Monday.com my go to platform for project management and CRM as well as communication management. My co-workers laugh at how often I reference the things I track in Monday.

Conditional logic in the Form view would be helpful rather than having to use a third party app
