Comentarios: Tiene una interfaz amigable, te permite navegar sin problemas, lo recomiendo.

Puntos a favor:

SimplePractice, es realmente fácil de usar y la interfaz de usuario es agradable. Hace que muchas de las tareas de documentación y facturación sean muy fáciles. Me facilita ocuparme de todo lo que necesito con respecto a la incorporación del cliente Algo para destacar es que se incluyen videos.

Contras:

En términos generales, no tengo alguna función que no me guste, es realmente muy buen programa.

Comentarios: Es un buen software,da un buen aporte pero tiene varias cosas por pulir.

Es un software que por las funciones que tiene y la interfaz que tiene es intuitivo y fácil de aprender a manejar y usar para con el usuario, debido a esto su implementación es relativamente sencilla para cualquier empresa

Contras:

Se siente la falta de algunas funciones o lo básicas que son y así mismo si pudiesen ser mas económicas seria mucho mejor

Comentarios: En el mercado emergente es más difícil encontrar productos con tanta eficiencia como este, me ayuda mucho ya que reúne todas las características.

Puntos a favor:

Tiene todos los requisitos que buscas para ayudarte en tu trabajo cotidiano. Es simple y fácil de utilizar. De fácil acceso para cualquiera que desee un software de confianza.

Contras:

Se necesita mejor solo un poco en la imagen. Separar un poco los elementos a buscar con títulos más accesibles.

Comentarios: Overall, I am 1000% satisfied. I could not see myself going to another platform. I've researched others and I've talked to friends and colleagues who use different platforms, and the others are not a match for SimplePractice at all. They came up with the perfect name for this platform because it does make running my private practice simple.

Puntos a favor:

The name says it all. SimplePractice, once it is set up is easy to use, the customer support is unmatched. They listen. They have communities where you can make suggestions for improvement of the software and they make updates based on customer suggestions. They offer so many templates options for assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, polices and for so many other reasons. We can also create our own templates. They offer free trainings to all of their customers with the options to gain CE's. There is just so much I can say about SimplePractice. I know I am leaving something out, but just know this is an awesome platform and worth every penny. Even considering calendar intergrations. I thought that was something that would be a given in a platform that caters to running an office easier, but it's not. After talking to friends who are on other platforms, this is not an option they have.

Contras:

I don't really have a lot of cons. My biggest drawback right now is the fact that I can't create a bulk invoice statement without deleting old ones and creating new ones. Although that is something I hate I can't do, I wouldn't consider it a major issue, because this is a suggestion that has been brought to the developers of SimplePractice, and the way they continuously upgrade and make changes to meet their customer's needs, this may not be an issue for too long.

Comentarios: My experience was brief bc I found another company that did not charge for another person to sign on.

When I hired a billing person, there was a cost increase to have 2 people sign on.

Simple Practice is okay!

Comentarios: It was a fair experience but I promptly left after concerns regarding the ownership of data.

All of the features that were available and the ability to host a group private practice with the software.

Contras:

The cost of the product, not being able to customize the forms, and the lack of control and ownership of the data.

SimplePractice makes having a private practice SIMPLE. With this software clients can schedule a consultation with you, input credit card information, you can send them the required paperwork, charge them for the invoice and also add clients notes and measurements all in one place.

Contras:

The price is a bit high when starting off, but it is worth it.

Comentarios: I am now looking for another Electronic Health Record. One that includes documentation of care for the WHOLE person - including the body...

It seems like it has all the bells and whistles for therapy - which is great, when I am only seeing people for therapy (which is rare). But, despite Simple Practice having bought Luminello to add on the medical/psychiatric EHR features, it is woefully inadequate for psychiatric services

Contras:

No vital signs (face it, this was the first thing ever digitized in health care. It is not available in Simple Practice, so you must hand enter vitals - every time.) No ability to include scored measures in a progress note automatically Diagnoses do not appear in progress notes unless they are hand entered No physical exam feature (this is literally available everywhere - but not in SP). No automatic display of medications and prescriptions written. There is no crossover from the medication section (Dr First) and the progress note. Meds are not easily viewed while working on a note and seeing the patient. Portal does not seem to contain education or information shared with patients (like med ed). This info is only available in a chat feature. No lab integration. Of course, you can waste a lot of time inventing your own templates for vitals, H&P, etc. I haven't used the billing feature This is overpriced for what it is. I am not sure what they "bought" from Luminello, other than patient lists and demographic info. Otherwise, it is just Dr First slapped on the back end of a therapy EHR.

Comentarios: Our experience has been on a down, up, and down trajectory. It was sold to the practice owner, who is not technical in IT, as a HIPPA compliant telemedicine app. It was sold but never setup correctly, and almost put us out of business, claims were getting denied at a very high rate, and copays were not being collected. Because the app was not setup, all of it resulted in loss collections. The reports are garbage, so we did not know until well after the damage had been done.
Now, as I am trying to integrate it with our accounting system (Quick Books Online), I can't get past the tier one support team, who keeps closing my request as solve, after providing work arounds that do not address the problems.
I would like to see SimplePractice take their user community's recommendations more seriously. It will only improve the software.

The telemedicine virtual visits are awesome!

Contras:

Simple Practice is awful at reporting. The built in reports miss the market, and they will not allow users to create their own custom reports.

Comentarios: I recommend this product to anyone starting off with their business. It is a good resource for a thriving business as well. But when starting off everything is so overwhelming, yet Simple Practice makes it smooth and stress free.

I love how it has all that I needed to get my coaching business started. Easy set up of appointments and billing options. Very easy. Very helpful when feeling overwhelmed with starting a business up and running. I have gone from a brand new business to a thriving coaching business with the help and ease of Simple practice. It links into my apple calendar and my google calendar. It sends a reminder and link to my client. The billing system is smooth.

Contras:

I have had a few glitches with the reminder app. Sometimes the extra features are not translated from the phone app to the overall system.

Comentarios: Overall, SimplePractice is great. I appreciate the convenience of it, the helpful features and the ease of use!

As a patient, I think this software is great. It is user friendly and has nice features! You can access invoices, change/add payment methods, message providers, and receive reminders about appointments!

Contras:

The only thing I could think of is having to verify my email each time I log in, it can be a pain, but I understand for security purposes!

Simple Practice is a very user friendly software for managing medical records. There are many features that are missing but if you are a smaller sized company or an individual practitioner, the simplicity is amazing.

Comentarios: There are so many things that the programming does without my oversight that have created problems with my clients. I do not like the system invoicing clients without my approval, or billing their credit cards. I have felt that the software is running my practice rather than me.

I am sure that there are positive things about this EHR, but at this point I am too disappointed to remember anything.

Contras:

I HATE the fact that the programming removes clients whom I have scheduled on a weekly basis from my schedule without apprising me or the client. On 5 occasions it has appeared that I stood up a client or forgot about them, since they were no longer on my schedule suddenly with no warning.

Comentarios: Overall, I loved SimplePractice and wish I could go back to it.

The ease of editing all assessments, notes, treatment plans, etc was FANTASTIC. I also loved how easy it was to adjust appointments in the calendar, send documents to clients, and so much more.

Contras:

The billing became a problem for the group practice I was working at. It was also a problem to have more than one contact on a client profile which was challenging for working with children. I believe this may have been fixed since I left that agency.

Great Starter Software for New Clinicians

Comentarios: I love the features and integrations that SimplePractice provides when using medical software for the first time. I was not overwhelmed when I first used it, it was very easy to adapt and play with.
