Puntos a favor:
The system is so user friendly compared to my last one, both back and front of house.
Their representative was absolutely amazing in assisting with the change over which happened without losing a day of business. They were even able to use all existing hardware which cut costs dramatically and will ensure that any other venues I open will feature Impos. Customer service 3 weeks later has not dropped and I still feel like a valued client!!! Can not recommend this system highly enough!!!!!

Puntos a favor: The speed of the software is excellent updates are always on time do you have technicians that do overlook the system and are always on time
Contras: I have no cons about this system works very well would recommend it to anybody to use and there’s business

IMPOS touch screen POS
Comentarios: I've used this system at restaurants in sydney and a bar in Melbourne - it's by far the quickest and easiest I've ever used. Most other systems are incredibly slow which is highly frustrating

The WORST POS system for a takeaway and delivery service that we have seen.
Comentarios: This software does have a nice interface for staff. Its quite easy to learn and use. However it does not play well with any other system and IMPOS really try to lock you out of your own terminal to stop you installing other apps and programs.
Puntos a favor: Simple interface for in store service. If you are a large restaurant with all on site dining then this may work well for you.
Contras: A disaster for small takeaway and delivery shops. The delivery support is really bad with no notes section for difficult to deliver locations. No integration of the delivery database with the main database so that clients have to be entered twice. No notes section to save delivery instructions. They also cut your printers off from the rest of your system so that they are no longer available to other deliver or online order apps such as Deliveroo. They sell themselves on integration but actually provide a very closed system so that you have to call their very unhelpful and rude support for almost any change.
