Este software brinda servicios a reclutadores profesionales de todo tipo. En principio destinada a agencias y empresas de búsqueda, también está muy buen valorada por los reclutadores internos.
It's also priced very fairly and their customer service is attentive, responsive and helpful.
I sometimes struggle with the reporting aspect of this software as I was not provided any formal training.

I can track jobs, candidate progress, status, etc, very very easily
The customer service is great. A bit slow - no one is there when you call - but they call you back, are very friendly and very thorough
Puntos a favor:
1. Implementation consists....of a few minutes of work with the support team to get going 2. They can do a data conversion fairly quickly. 3. Learning to get started in it in is fast and intuitive. Then, as you learn more about it and figure out how to do things better, you can change what you do - and your prior work is not completely messed up! 4. Integration with my company website and with job boards is simply fantastic

Data conversion is expensive - but, I guess, so is everyones....

Useful but Cluttered
Comentarios: I think Crelate is an okay alternative to Avionte, but its cluttered setup makes it difficult to adapt to.
Puntos a favor:
Mass emails, bulk texts, and easily access templates for all is perfect. The map options when doing radius searches of clients or candidates is great once you figure out how to access it.
Contras:
I had the activity feed and wish I could remove it or filter it so I only see my activity. The cluttered appearance of the app is frustrating as well, making it hard to access when using a smaller screen. Ring Central isn't integrated properly and can be unresponsive or will ring at random when no calls are coming in. RC isn't very accessible friendly within Crelate and is easier to use outside of the browser, but you're still getting duplicate calls/text/notifications from all. The radius search is complicated to access and should be available within a list - it's frustrating to have to double back multiple times to get back to the list I was on. Candidate updates and movement on lists is frustrating - I'm making calls to 150+ people and any updates made to a candidate profile will remove them to another portion of the list which can make tracking who I've called while I'm making the calls very complicated. Imported candidates often have missing information despite it being clearly noted on their resume. Resume imports have so many errors it's often easier to import manually. Past jobs import as being current and there doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason to it. Your Chrome extension isn't great - I'll try to import a LinkedIn profile and the current employment dates disappear when I try to select the employer (because Crelate NEVER pulls that information correctly).

CRM is lacking
Comentarios: In terms of a CRM, Crelate lacks advanced search and sort capabilities. In certain areas, you can only sort lists of clients and contacts by most recent date. Their mass email limits are really oppressive, and selecting lists to mass email is difficult. They also created a TON of duplicates during our data integration process. We had to do a lot of manual work to categorize sales contacts vs candidates. I can't get a good call flow because every time I log an activity on a sales contact, the entire list re-sorts by most recent activity date. I then have to find where I left off, which can be hundreds of rows down by that point. Creating lists is aggravating because I can only add sales contacts to email campaigns in batches of 100, and even then, there is a bug that keeps showing the original quantity of contacts from the list, so I can't tell how many more times I need to click to the next page and add the next 100 sales contacts.

Contras:
During our demo process, we were told by two people that we can send an unlimited number of emails a day. They don't tell you that they mean an unlimited number of INDIVIDUAL one-off emails. I told them the quantity of emails I need to send on a daily/weekly basis and they said they can handle it. This was untrue.
A Great Product in the Making
Comentarios: My overall impression of Crelate is that its a very ambitious and powerful potential tool that is still in its early phases of trying to be everything it wants to be. I see the vision for how it is completely set apart from other systems, and am fully on board with where it's going.However, as I've mentioned, we've recognized a steady occurrence of bugs or design implementations that often set us back in what we're trying to accomplish in our day to day efforts. Have voiced many of these either to our account manager (when important enough) or via the feedback boards to try to gain movement on them, but understandably, can only implement so much at once, and we are just one of many clients.

Crelate offers us, as an Executive Recruiting Firm, the ability to stand out in what and how we present to our clients. The customizability of the workflows, reporting, and process implementation are unlike any other system we've worked with or demoed in the past, and I have a lot of confidence that this will set us apart in the future.
Contras:
In our (roughly) 1 year on the product, despite steady improvements and feature rollouts, there seems to be just a few pieces missing that would really accelerate the ease of use of the product on a basic user level. Things like searching would be much easier if we were able to have default search templates, for example. Or when we go to do certain searches, we notice a search parameter doesn't work quite the way we want, or can't quite do exactly what we intended it to do. Sequencing and reporting features are wonderful ideas that just have small executional problems that create small but frustrating holes in what you're trying to accomplish. For example a lot is tracked in reporting around leads, but we discovered a small problem where Leads (due to converting into Jobs at certain stage changes) can't be put into the same "Cancelled" sales stages as jobs. So to get around it we create additional "Lead Closed" stages that bog down the options for sales stages, when the ideal option would be to just have a single "Closed" or "Cancelled" stage for all Leads and Jobs that doesn't convert anything.It almost seems that in the ambition to be good at 100 things at once, there end up being few features of the system that aren't really fleshed out to factor in as many case scenarios as you'd like.I feel like it will get there, but as it stands, I see areas where the product is suffering from either bugs or small design implementations that disadvantage the day to day recruiter.

19 Years of Recruiting w several ATS's and Crelate is the VERY FIRST one I can say I LOVE!
Comentarios: My experience with Crelate has been the best experience above all others. I tried Exelare and CEIPAL in 2021 when deciding on a new ATS. The customer support was below par and the only way you could get trained was to schedule long 1 hour meetings in the middle of your day (and the support person's English was difficult to understand). Exelare had a very limited help/knowledge base. With Crelate, they have Chat Support with EXCELLENT, KNOWLEDGABLE Support Reps who respond within 1 to 4 hours, and they PROBLEM SOLVE with you. The Crelate team really cares about your success with their ATS. They have an active Feedback website where you can easily provide feedback - and they use this feedback to make changes and implement updates multiple times a year. They also notify you personally if your feedback was implemented. The ATS keeps getting better and better. They listen to what the customer needs/wants. After using dozens of ATS's over the years, I've learned that the #1 feature you should evaluate is the quality of their Customer Support. Crelate is five stars when it comes to fast, quality, problem-solving support.

Very visual and customizable. #1 is their AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT. You can also hire their Professional Services/Product team for a very small monthly fee for one-on-one video meeting support when you have a complex concept you're trying to implement into Crelate.
Contras:
I wish there was a modular, visual "Dashboard" that incorporated some AI technology that would help detect lapsed activities, and it could be customized based on user type (Executive, Recruiter, Salesperson, etc.)
Easy to use software with great features
Comentarios: Overall, it's been a good experience and I would and have recommended the software to many firms in my network.
Puntos a favor:
We love the search pipelines and the ability to quickly' drop and drag' candidates through the stages. We also love the integration with RingCentral and other apps on the market that make using it very easy. This software is one of the easier ones on the market to customize to your own internal work flow. It's also easy to add people to the database from other sites such as LinkedIn.
Contras:
I haven't been able to get the CRM portion of the software to work for our workflow. Crelate sells itself as an ATS and a CRM but CRM part isn't as easy to integrate- at least in manner in which we use it.

Great for Track Perm and Contract Hires
Comentarios: Overall Crelate has addressed all of our hiring needs as an applicant tracking platform and I recommend other staffing agencies to use it.

I like Crelate applicant tracking because I can manage tracking temporary staff as well as perm staff in comparison to other systems. In addition, Crelate has so many onboarding features included with a CRM. It's really a one stop shop. They also have a way to send out bulk email campaigns and text messaging to candidates and clients. Customer service is always available to assist and they provide weekly ongoing training to ensure users are getting acclimated with the system. Highly recommend
Contras:
The system is not as seamless as other systems. I believe they can improve on the email campaign feature, and making the system less complicated to move candidates along in the hiring process. But overall I really love using the product.

Comentarios: Both myself and my collogues enjoy working with Crelate. During the initial set up, training was minimal which was a negative in my opinion.

Crelate is very visual which we love, it's also very customizable so it is very easy to edit our system to adjust where we need it. Support is fantastic, they are quick and follow up frequently to make sure everything is resolved.
Contras:
We do often have little glitches but they are very minor and usually just require a page refresh.

Extremely Valueable tool for Recruiting agencies
Comentarios: I love Crelate, use it on an hourly basis.

I love how customizable it is. It helps me manage both the candidate and client facing side of the business and customize almost any pipeline and report.
Contras:
Since there are so many different facets, it took a bit longer to get up to speed on the product, but once I did, its very user intuitive. Also, the mobile app needs more work to get it to where the desktop product is.

Comentarios: Overall, Crelate is very simple to use! I have used many many ATS and CRM's within the recruiting world and Crelate is by far the easiest system to use!

Crelate is extremely easy to use! It tracks your searches from lead to completion, with a highlight and drop process as you move from stage to stage. The system design allows you to be able at any time to track where you are in a role . As a Manager, it allows me to easily identify on a daily basis how my team is spending their time. The reporting functions are excellent!
Contras:
For business development, the system will not allow you to add two names to an activity at a time. If I have had a meeting with 3 people I have to put the note in 3 times , under each person.

Good ATS System
Comentarios: Overall, Crelate is a very solid ATS with a functional CRM. I think there are a lot of great features in the program that make the use and functionality of it very good. I think there are a couple limitations on the back end but overall I would recommend this program to other users.

The candidate and task tracking along with the reporting and analytics features are the most functional and have been perfected. These are the features I have used the most.
Contras:
I think there are limitations with outside integrations for various things. For testing, sourcing, etc. There are some limitations for integrations.

Good, not great
Comentarios: We are solving the problem of communication between offices. It allows everyone to know where each job is at in the process of hiring.
Puntos a favor:
I like how easy it is to navigate and use the software. Putting each candidate into each job that they're potentially interviewing for makes it easy to communicate with people that might be in a different office.
Contras:
My least favorite part is not knowing about all of the features available. We went through the initial demo with a salesperson but haven't really kept up with all of it.

Crelate is top notch. It is BY FAR the best recruiting platform for agencies that I've used or tested. The product is highly customizable to your needs and has a ton of features. Better yet, the Crelate team is constantly hard at work building & releasing new features that improve usability and functionality. It's also priced very fairly and their customer service is attentive, responsive and helpful.
Contras:
I really don't have many complaints about Crelate. It works well and is virtually bug free. If there is one con it's that the platform is not tailored to executive search processes. However, we stretched it for this purpose and never found ourselves wanting.
Excellent, best experience ever with an ATS software firm
Comentarios: This is the very best ATS software on the market for a contingency or retained search firm.

For a recruiter, it's always about the interface and workflow. Can I quickly see and get to all the information I need to multitask with multiple clients and candidates.? The answer in the case is a resounding YES! Crelate does that far better than everyone else for me. The second thing it does better than any ATS I have ever used is automation of repetitive tasks. You can actually customize your own workflow. The interface allows you to drag and drop between stages. It will send out automated, customized emails at each stage of the recruiting process. It allows me to work quickly, efficiently, the way I want to work. It's a beautiful thing. The third thing is a reactive mobile app that works very well - it adapts to each device I use, tablet, phone, etc. One last thing, I have never in my 25-year career using ATS software had a company be so responsive to requests for help and new features. A few weeks ago (weeks!) I asked for a new feature that required the developers to make changes to their mobile app. It was a very important change for my business, but because it involved changes to an app, I assumed it would take months to get on the list of changes for their next release. I am happy to say that I was wrong, and their quick response was the best service I have ever experienced from an ATS software firm.

I really like it!
I find it much easier /more intuitive than our old system.
I love the tile lay-out in the Search Dashboard.
That really helps me see what I need to do and who I need to follow up with quickly.
Very happy so far!
(But still a new user.)

I love the brief video tutorials and outlines of how to do everything! You can look up exactly what you want to do and find a 3 minute video to show you how to do it. You don't have to listen to a 30 minute webinar. They also have diagrams to walk you through it. They have it broken down nicely for you.
Contras:
So this could be user error (on my part)...But I do not find it easy to toggle back and forth between candidate documents. For example, I may want to have a candidate's CV open as well as their cover letter as well as the job spec notes for the position I want to discuss. I can't seem to have all three open and toggle back and forth in Crelate. I have to download each one and then do my toggling in Word.

Wow, what a rich review. Thank you. I agree, webinars are good for big pictures, but when trying to get work done- short tutorial videos are where its at. Your idea for having multiple documents open for viewing is a good one. I am going to see if I can task a developer to look into that for future improvement. i wish there was more automatic functions - like if i drag a candidate to the interiew bit, i wish it would send out a calender invite and log it as an interview. and searching could be more efficient. sometimes my canddiates to come up in the search if i type their full name (but shows up if i put first or last name). also wish i could search in a resume

Comentarios: Melody has been a God Send. Whenever I can have access to her, things magically happen. When reaching out to support, for the most part it has been good, but there have been times when things get sent into the Abyss. And it's hard to put in writing issues sometimes, it takes a lot of time and sometimes a lot of back and forth. Crelate has frustrated me to tears and brought joy and smiles to my face at times.
Puntos a favor:
That it gives us options to run our recruiting business as we run it, we are not traditional.
Contras:
That functionality and reports are locked down when they should be more open to manipulation. It leaves me feeling like the end user is not in mind when creating the ability.
Crelate Talent
Comentarios: Prior to getting Crelate we had only HR software which didn't function well as an applicant tracking system. Crelate has helped so much. We now can make sure people don't slip through the cracks. It keeps us organized and multiple people can see what's going on with our candidates and where they are in the hiring process. Customer service has been helpful and responsive.
Puntos a favor:
I like the ability to quickly look at the home page and see notes left about applicants by my colleagues and myself. I like the ability to create tasks for myself and others. We have just started using the mass emailing and will try out texting too. This is very useful. The system helps me stay organized with candidates for multiple jobs at all times.
Contras:
I don't like how you have to scroll down to view the open jobs. I have multiple pages of openings and it's annoying. I only like one home page view, the other views are too visually cluttered in my opinion. The nice thing is you are able to change the view.

Crelate is a useful and affordable tool for Talent Management in Recruitment
Comentarios: Overall, the product is a proven and useful tool for helping our organization manage the talent process. It allows for excellent communication across the entire network and keeps us very organized when everyone is using it to its full extent.
Puntos a favor:
The software is generally easy to use with little training. It allows for a logical process flow in managing recruiting activities that is customizable and easily adjusted when needed. It's integration with LinkedIn and Outlook is also a plus, making for a seamless experience to manage candidate and client activities.
Contras:
The ability to change things is quite limited unless you spend quite a bit more money, so flexibility on the platform can be problematic, or you have to sacrifice one feature for another at times. Also, there are some minor frustrations on how to manage tags and certain fields which can be frustrating.

I would never be able to do my job without it
Comentarios: I’m obsessed with Crelate. I was introduced to it at a prior job and I will never be able to go without it as long as I stay in recruiting. It’s honestly the best user interface and it can parse from multiple places.

I love the interface, I love everything about this product. I have said that time and time again this is stellar compared to every other competitor.
Contras:
There was a few things that I could not figure out, but I just asked Customer Support and got it handled. I think my biggest fear is not having Crelate over not figuring out Crelate!!!.
Amazing ATS - Crelate
Comentarios: I truly enjoy using Crelate, it's easy to understand and very user friendly

It is easy to use, and color coordinates everything. I'm a visual learner and as such find it easy to locate items / candidates when they are all under one tile in different colors. The options of placing candidates into different stages of the process is also very clean and useful, you don't need to scroll pages to find the candidates profiles ... it's all in that one tile or page.
Contras:
I sometimes struggle with the reporting aspect of this software as I was not provided any formal training. I'm sure with some online help and reading material I should be good to go and able to use the reporting system with ease.

Comentarios: The team was great when it came to get plantation support and advising me on other features and improvements.
Puntos a favor:
The most important part of the program is, it allows you to do almost all of your work within the program. It allows you to post jobs, contact candidates, and track candidates all in one place. It also integrates with LinkedIn and it’s easy to get Candidates from Linkedin.
Contras:
There are a lot of customizations, so you really need to rely on your implementation team.
