Value for money that made it possible for my clients implemention in a cash strapped rapidly growing business. The service provided by the implemention manager was phenomenal.

Contras:

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

Los usuarios pueden acceder a Striven desde cualquier lugar y en cualquier dispositivo. No se pierde productividad por que se actualiza automáticamente. Striver ofrece servicios, soporte técnico en línea atraves del chat por celular, tables, computadora por usuario para poder analizar su negocio.

Comentarios: The efficiency and time saved (increase productivity and professionalism) being able to leverage the e-doc storage capabilities, improved and increase sale force productivity through the sales pipeline management and the integration of an accounting package with all the other needs of a small business like our makes us a huge fan of this software and company. The value blows anything else we have ever tried in the 30 years of being in the automotive industry and distribution.

Integration of an Accounting System, CRM, Customer Portal and electronic data filing system.

Contras:

While they are consistently making marked improves ever couple of months to the user interface, there's still quirky things in various modules that aren't as intuitive as they could be.

Comentarios: Excellent, great customer service, end to end and complete 360 degree view of our company is support from HARDWARE and infrastructure (legacy servers) to new sites inter office connections over SDWAN , and back into our virtualized services - running VMware, we use Striven to support core business, and improve productivity with a tool bag of useful web based features.

Puntos a favor:

Speed, security, friction-less user interfaces, presentation, compatibility across browsers and Operating Systems. Support for all divisions, branches, and multi site complexity.

Contras:

Not much, anything that was missing can be handled with Agile speed to market with new releases or custom changes.

Comentarios: Striven is a smart business management software that fix all the complications that a huge team might encounter. It is a one- stop shop to manage employees, customers, and vendors.

It has a very good user interface. It is thoughtful how they provide insightful videos. Their support is off the chain.

Contras:

You have to do many configurations to get started. The chat feature is very basic. I like to send emoticons when I’m messaging my contacts.

Comentarios: Customer Service is outstanding. I am only starting to dig into everything Striven has to offer. But what I have done so far has saved me valuable time in my bookkeeping business. Highly Recommend

Comentarios: The project management tool radically changed the way we do business and now, we have been able to manage the exponential growth we have had in the last couple of years.

Love the way all of my information is in one application. Less data entry, producing less risk for error. Information is not in silos, but unified. Can run reports and really understand all the parts of the whole together.

Contras:

Wish it integrated and would sync with Square for my retail component, but we did find a work-around for now.

Comentarios: My company has been looking for a great ERP system tirelessly and finally found striven. They are amazingly communicative and very forthcoming with information when requested. We are currently working to put the system into full swing at our facility and the outlook as of now looks like it will be perfect. They certainly are malleable to your needs and will work tirelessly to make sure you are getting what you want/pay for.-[sensitive content hidden]

Powerful and Evolving

Have only been in the "Hearth Edition" for a few months now but WOW is it powerful. Favorite so far is the how quickly our customers are adopting the "portal". Striven had dramatically increased our ability for bi-directional communication with our customers. Love to see how it is constantly evolving with quarterly updates!

Implementation was difficult. Needed more support.

How organized this keeps everything. Ease of looping in other coworkers into customer service issues that may require a few people.

Contras:

Sometimes it is difficult to adjust font/ style if copying and pasting from an outside source, for example copying an email from outlook may change font and appearance.

The only downside I have experienced so far is that it can be slow at times when generating content. But, still, a great software for me to utilize.

Striven Getting Better with each UP

Comentarios: Striven has been great for us in every area of our business. Because of Striven we have automated so many processes that in the past required employee intervention. Overall I would say that I'm excited that we are using Striven and that it has the bandwidth to support our business for years to come.

Striven is a compete ERP. It handles all aspects of business management and is easy to automate.

Contras:

Striven is growing not only in users but in processes that provide. Since its cloud based it has had growing pains as far as speed is concern. Sometimes it slows down. The Striven Team is on it and making performance improvements as I write this. They are committed group of people and say what they do and do what they say.

Comentarios: The ability to use from anywhere is a huge plus. We are very happy.

Ease of use and accessibility is HUGE for us. The ability to create pretty much any report we need is also key.

Contras:

Need a couple things tweaked (not what we were used to) but Striven is always open to listening to our suggestions and has implemented some changes we've requested so far.

Comentarios: Striven is a Powerful business management solution for all companies who need to manage multiple projects, HR management and improve work productivity. I'm using this tool for handling multiple projects with my team and try to improve work quality of my team members.

The Software looks more Powerful with it's great features like project management, inventory management, task scheduling and reporting. We can easily track our project work and generate reports whenever we need.

Contras:

The Software is little bit difficult to navigate for new users. Other than this I didn't feel any disadvantage of this software.

Comentarios: I have had a great experience working with Striven. Working with the team is easy. They are open to suggestions and willing to share ideas for enhancements.

The ability to have my HR, Customer Service and Finance needs handled all in one platform. I can limit access within the settings so each team is only viewing what is absolutely necessary. The constant enhancements that always being done to improve the software.

Contras:

Limitations with reporting and ability to search can be cumbersome.

Growing into striven

Comentarios: we just finished our first fiscal year with striven, clients, receipts, jobs are all in and we couldn't be happier. Purchasing Striven ahead of time is going to make it so much easier to grow without data migration and I can grow into additional features/functions to suit my business needs with each growth stage. [sensitive content hidden] was phenomenal through the process and was a huge part of me joining. The level of communication and support has been fantastic. I'm looking forward to reducing my role in other areas of he business so I can spend more time in Striven and how I can better use it to serve my team better.

Puntos a favor:

The support is next level. Fairly easy to maneuver in Striven and only had to learn a few tasks/clicks that seamed foreign to my experience with other CRM software.

Contras:

when choosing a category like clients or vendors it doesn't automatically give you a list. you have to click the search button to populate the list which is an unnecessary step for me.
