The feature that I like about this tool is its network as an event platform so people can access it easily.
This tool is easy to use, but sometimes it is difficult to understand to operate it (I got a few complaints from my event participants) so it needs an update.

Comentarios: As event organizer company Bizzabo solved some of our problems easily and time efficiently. But some additional features would be nice like professional reporting so on.
Puntos a favor:
It helps to build customized event webpages easily and it is easy to set up. It offers better-structured registration and ticketing system. Email campaigns and email marketing helps for branding.
Contras:
Customer service is not fast enough. I am satisfied now with other service qualities.

Bizzabo offers all the tools needed for our event and continues to roll new updates and technologies that enhance our experience- both integrating feedback from customers and using industry trends to develop tools and features end users want.
Contras:
Like any platform, there are some limitations that would be helpful to have, such as an ability to resend a single automated message to one person for whom it may have gone to junk or they deleted without having to do the 'administrator test' email or removing them and readding to a list to send as a new automation. There are also some web design customization features that would be nice next level enhancements such as background music or embeds but luckily with the flexiblity of the web builder there are ways to build our own workarounds to these.

Intuitive interfacer within the tool, I thought it was very easy to navigate. Also there's great documentation provided by the company around integrations.
Contras:
Integration to Marketo was constantly breaking with no long term solutions from the support team despite the issue being consistent. Also, Bizzabo forms don't have contingency logic. ex: If Country > is US then Show the State field, if not, keep State field hidden.

Comentarios: So far as a beginner it has been an easy space to learn it, but I have a lot more to go.

Comentarios: Overall, my experience with Bizzabo has been very positive. The account team makes it super easy to solve issues.

The on demand process for attendees, how expensive it is to use the reg platform internationally (shipping is outrageous), how hard it is to do wait list ticket types, having to use support to solve everything

I find the creation of events very clear and user-friendly and the fact you can add your own branded templates to then duplicate for creating future events.
Contras:
I find it difficult sometimes going through multiple people when needed assistance but understand it is sometimes necessary.

That I can't download all "tickets" into a report, as easily as we can export the data to a spreadsheet, which would be useful for billing/audit purposes.

Comentarios: I am pleased with the company - we have signed on for another 2-years. I hope there are some major improvements to the streaming capabilities and polling/survey integration in the next few years that we can benefit from.
Puntos a favor:
The customer service we have received is wonderful. It feels like they are ontop of helping us solve most of our problems. The price for the product also allows us to use globally without worrying about going over on usage. I like that I am not limited by log-ins which help my team to be able to all be in the platform and others within our marketing team as well.
Contras:
The streaming platforms - each one is missing key features. Uploading videos, uploading a power point that allows any speaker to transition rather than just the one who uploaded. Surveys and polls not being directly in the platform almost make them useless to us - our previous platform had them pop-up right after a session which increased responses. Limitations on template features are frustrating when we are trying to create templates.

An always growing product that's a game changer for virtual and hybrid events
Comentarios: Bizzabo has helped us elevate our virtual events big-time and gives us the opportunity to really analyze each specific registrant/attendee.
Puntos a favor:
I love the flexibility of the software. For one event, we can use our own website and embed the necessary components, but for other events, we can use Bizzabo's tools to completely create the event within Bizzabo. We've been able to integrate with Marketo to keep our customer communications consistent with other campaigns. So the flexibility has been the biggest win.
Contras:
It can be tricky for attendees to understand where to go to watch sessions.

Comentarios: We used Bizzabo to handle virtual conferences. Bizzabo was used as a virtual platform for attendee to view presentation sessions and to connect with other's in their industry from a distance. Bizzabo also provided a registration system for us to collect attendee's information, log into the platform and for the attendees to provide payment.
Puntos a favor:
Our attendees had minimal to no issues logging into the Bizzabo Platform which was different from other virtual platforms we have used in the past. The interface is user friendly and allows for a custom look with our client's brand. The live streaming is reliable and we encountered no issues with connections to the platform.
Contras:
The email campaign service has too strict of security. We found that emails sent to confirmed good email address would not go out. We also encountered software bug issues during our virtual events. They were eventually resolved, but not until after our event.
Great Conference Manager
Puntos a favor:
Bizzabo is great for keeping track of registrants for events. Everything from collecting payments to issuing refunds, and even managing speakers. The user interface is really intuitive and easy to use. The website editor is simple but gets the job done in an effective way, it's been really useful for setting up event websites.
Contras:
There are some processes which are more difficult than they need to be. It would be great to be able to sort registrants by custom fields, rather than having to export and then do that manually in excel. The branding options are somewhat limited, and I would prefer to have more customization in general.
Powerful but Complex
Comentarios: My overall experience with Bizzabo has been quite positive. The platform is incredibly feature-rich, offering everything needed to create an event site and manage communications seamlessly. The downside of so many features is that it takes some time to get accustomed to the platform’s functionalities.

Bizzabo is packed with a wide range of options and features. It has everything you need to create a event site and handle all the event communications. We used it to send out invites, managing RSVPs, or keeping attendees updated.
Contras:
While Bizzabo offers a ton of features and options, this can also be a bit overwhelming. Getting the hang of how everything works might take some time. Additionally, the platform can sometimes feel a bit rigid, making it tricky to customize certain aspects to fit your unique needs.

Bizzabo & Klik

We had an amazing CSM ([sensitive content hidden]) and an amazing Klik PM ([sensitive content hidden]). They made this process a lot easier and helped a tremendous amount, despite the challenges we faced.
Contras:
Some things I'd like to see from Bizzabo in the future:- Ability to have buyers pay prior to answering registration questions- More customization for registration form (including logic)- Better integration with klik- More customizable app- Option to use klik wearables with any registration platform
Bizzabo just works(tm)
Comentarios: I recognize my viewpoint is very limited as primarily a developer and not someone in marketing or on other teams. We've had a bespoke system that maybe covered a good core 10-20% of Bizzabo's features and did them well enough. I'm sure the money we spent outsourcing mobile app development every year greatly eclipses what we get out of the box. We also tend to have very specific needs, so for those to be covered even modestly is a huge win. Bizzabo knocked it out of the park for this being the first year, we've always had growing pains that I just didn't hear about this year.

As a developer, the mobile app integration was huge as there were fewer hiccups during our annual event due to everything being integrated.As someone in charge of the SSO integration, the SAML pieces weren't difficult either. I had more problems in understanding than any growing pains.On-site networking in an arena is not without challenges but I heard nothing majorly problematic. We've had issues in the past with our bespoke system and competitors but this year seemed incredibly smooth in comparison.
Contras:
For SSO there is some conflicting documentation but it's a big topic. It should be split between personnel and attendees as the pages are. As someone big on documentation and understanding how easily things get stale, this is a very minor nitpick anyway. The problems I ran into were solved by gaining a little more understanding. I'm actively looking for things to complain about and this is so low on my list it's almost not worth mentioning.

We use Bizzabo for our end-to-end conference management. In my role, I specifically use it to manage our conference speakers by sharing critical information and making sure they submit all of their deliverables on time. Rather than sifting through email that could potentially get lost, it has made the speaker management process a breeze.
Contras:
Platform took me a bit of time to get used to at first, but that's about it.
