Es un programa amistoso, si no entiendes algo vas a ayuda y te tiene mucha ayuda

No me gusta la acumulación de las vacaciones y enfermedad. Es un poco complicado llevarlo.

Comentarios: Un absoluto desastre. Desde que pasamos de Sage One a esto, nuestras cuentas ya no son claras. No solucionan los problemas, y prometen cosas que no hace el programa.

Puntos a favor:

Tiene potencial, cuando el programa esté acabado.

Contras:

Faloos continuos, movimientos duplicados, hay que hacer ni se sabe de pasos para cada cosa, nada intuitivo.

Comentarios: Big thumbs up in all. I love using your product in the main.

Puntos a favor:

Ease of use. Speeds up reporting. I have worked in a large organisations previously and this software generates the reports I was used to seeing as standard. They are standard in my chosen package. You can call up latest bank detail automatically from your bank. Monthly payment option to use the software. Instant access even when you are out of the office, via the app, for viewing status of invoices.

Contras:

Cost increase every year without option to debate it. I do not need anything more than I have been using in the original package. I only use this software for convenience and could do all the work manually. The bank feed has failed a few times. Support has always sorted for me but it is always inconvenient to have to trouble shoot and takes time to sort.

Standard procedures necessary for a small business.

Contras:

See comments above. It is impossible to communicate by e-mail. Have wanted to send details of Sage invoice payments to Credit and Collection Department but without success. They have threatened cancellation because of perceived non payment of a couple of pounds.

Good online solution especially for Sage desktop software users.

Comentarios: The overall experience with Sage Accounting has been good, ability to work on the data by a number of people at the same time and the increased security of data has been a great improvement over a desktop software

Its very to use and very thorough, it also has helpful cues if you get stuck.

Contras:

Not everything makesnit through to the bank reconciliation page.

Works well being an online, cloud based product - like being able to have multiple users (all of the directors) access accounts reports and information from wherever they logon as opposed to having to pay for multiple user accounts or all use a single machine in the office.

Contras:

Lack of budget reporting is frustrating as is not being able to fully interrogate double entry journal records.

Great Accounts package for every business

Comentarios: Having used several different accounts packages my experience with Sage has gone very well, the initial transition was a little tricky as with any package when switching across but once set up soon got to know way round the package, able to set up ledger names that we wished to use. Excellent customer support with very experienced advisors who offer second to none service when assisting with issues. I am happy with our Sage package and will continue to use most definitely.

Puntos a favor:

Sage is very user friendly, great customer support always on hand to assist with any issues. Clear and concise ledgers and reports, can set up pretty much how the company wants opting for specific names ledgers. Saves time as Accountants can access the accounts to prepare end of year saving time. Good all round package especially for the smaller business.

Contras:

To be honest there is not much not to like about Sage, some of the invoicing elements bit clunky for example if you need to change Clients name on a specific invoice no facility to do this at source rather than go back into Customer record, lot of columns look messy if a balance if not being out on each line. Would also be advantageous to prepare delivery notes prior to invoicing as in our business goods are often sent before invoicing especially for Clients on account. Found the Stripe a little complicated having to download CSV from Bank Account, however currently do not use this facility.

Comentarios: Very good but as described above there is always room for improvement

It’s simple and efficient to use. It was also easy to implement and transfer data

Contras:

There are some features which could be improved eg when email invoice out customer the invoice shows as being attached but you have to open the email to find any supporting documentation caused much confusion with customers Another example it would be helpful if documents ie contracts could be attached to customers and suppliers

Good for payroll and HR, not for product manufacturing

Comentarios: For our purposes, it was a one-trick pony, used for payroll only. It was not flexible enough for us to use it for ordering raw materials, manufacturing, and inventory control.

Comentarios: The software is good and reliable. Very few errors have happened to the software, since we have moved to the cloud. So Good.

Puntos a favor:

You can log in from anywhere. Take on is easy. Invoicing is simple to use. Allocating receipts and payments straight from the important bank statements makes processing easy

Contras:

The stock system does not intergrate well between the stock holdings and values and the balance sheet. Extra modules are required for this basic function and this does not always solve the problem. This results in clients needing to continuously reconcile stock to balance the Inventory Valuation to the Inventory Ledger.The project management systems need to be improved so individual and multiple projects can be quickly monitored in an income statement.

Fairly Easy to use. The Software obviously has a lot of capability.

Multiple invoice payment...not sure if it can grab a selected range to pay instead of typing them in one by one.

Sage Accounting for every day

Comentarios: I use sage for my own practice, for my husband's business and I have 34 clients where I am the invited Accountant. This system is well designed to make accounting easier.

It is easy to set up and use. Because it is an online system it can be accessed anywhere anytime.

Contras:

They do have some issues with slow or degradation but have been working on this. Also billing department is not easy to contact so have had issues there

Sage Accounting - User friendly accounting software

Comentarios: I would recommend Sage to other businesses, ... it's an all in one accounting software. You can even integrate other softwares to enhance some of it's features like AI AP automation. :)

Sage is a great accounting software for a company's accounting needs. It covers every aspect of ones business, from invoicing, to AP, to AR, inventory, and the end result of a businesses operations - the financial report.

Contras:

So far I like Sage and what it has to offer! No complaints as of yet. It works for us and our needs.

Bad Customer Service

It has many features. There is quite a bit of set up.

Contras:

Large upfront cost to set up. Some functions are hard to use. It is expensive and account manager does not help. We are being charged for a function we do not use but signed up for by mistake. Too bad..you still are required to pay the annual fee.

Easy accounting

From my point of view, Sage Accounting worth every penny. It was easy to deploy and use even with a little help from the support team, which by the way does a great job. Getting the weekly/monthly reports is easy.

Is not perfect, there were a few flaws but were resolved.

Comentarios: Sage Accounting is much more aimed at large business with handy features such as automation and unlimited users. For a small business like us, it worked out vastly more expensive than other options targeted more for small businesses

A wise decision for my business

The website is user friendly. One of its best features is its integration systems. I can easily connect Sage Accounting with other software such as Quickbooks. It also connects with Stripe. This feature allowed my business to qualify for funding because it showed an overall history of my payouts and business stability.

Contras:

Some of the more advanced features are included only in the more expensive plan which might not be affordable for every small business.

Comentarios: Poor, we moved away from it to Xero due to the issues listed in the Cons above

It used to be a very good product but has lost it's way against Xero and Quikbooks

Contras:

Very legacy product now. The cloud version is not true cloud and has limitations. Difficult to manage product versions
