User-Friendly Platform with Great Support
Comentarios: My overall experience has been very positive. The platform is user-friendly, the support team is responsive, and it meets most of my business needs effectively

Love the service from the Pabau team! The platform is user-friendly, with plenty of tutorials to guide you, and the support team is always helpful. It’s a great tool for managing my business bookings efficiently!
Contras:
As I run a mobile service, there are some features I’d love to see added. However, the team has been great at taking my feedback and passing it on to their development team for consideration.

Pabau 2 is not working properly and causing lots of damage

I was happy with Pabau 1.However Pabau 2 was mandatory for all clinics and I was pushed to change it to it.
The software doesn’t work properly.Emails are disappearing from patients cards,you have to create services couple of time in order them to show in the software.I did create service myself 5 times and it still not possible to add it on the invoice.There are lots times when it is simply just not opening ,you have to reload page 10 times in order it to work.Absolutely horrible software.Contacted customer support lots of times,sent video about issues,since July no improvements.It cause massive disruption at work .Very disappointing.

Pabau 1 was good and easy. There is nothing I like in Pabau 2 because it still needs to have lots of improvement

It was really easy process. When I was looking for options Pabau came upon search. Reached out with some caution as not heard about it and my family uses Semble.
But, from the first meeting onwards they surprised me, found very informative, cost effective especially for small business like mine. No hidden costs. Pabau academy is excellent. The staff would reach out and resolve issues quickly

Impossible to set the system up and no access to support
Comentarios: pretty shady so far. They took my existing customer data quickly but since then I can't get up and running on a system that I am being charged for.

I loved the demo and it appeared to do everything I wanted but there are some serious concerns at this stage. 1. So far the company has charged me over £600 and cannot supply a VAT invoice. 2. I have been trying to access support all week and no one has been able to resolve the issue. 3. The dashboard is different to the video learning films 4. When I signed up I said that I wanted access to support staff to help me configure it. So far there is no response.
Contras:
It seems shady. You have no idea where the staff are located - they work weird hours and the answers I have which are genuine support questions are not being answered. I can't even get a call booked in which was part of the "GOLD" onboarding package I signed up to.

Hi Ruth, Kane here, the guy you had a meeting with last week. I must say I am dissapointed to see your review which has subsequently caused other people not to proceed with the software, when in fact, the team have been on hand to help you - and the main issue was your own router was blocking access to the terminal. I checked the onboaridng with the Onboarding manager and the emails that you have been sent would have contained all the links you needed to book in with our team at the relevant time. In a world where reviews mean to much, I do think to be called shady is not a fair especially as you had not completed the academy which is requested. As I said to you last week, my team are at your full disposal to get setup, and hopefully you will be able to leave a more considered review when you have completed the onboarding and are fully setup. I should also note VAT invoices are always available on request, if you email office@pabau.com they will resend it. Kane

Comentarios: The set up and implementation was extremely easy and smooth. Customer Service has been great so far. Pricing has to be competitive and certain features need to be improved

I liked the Calendar feature, REcords Management feature, Templates are handy, Marking for Botox etc are compatible, Notifications are well designed.
Contras:
The least I liked is their PRescription feature which is complicated to use. Also the birthday templates are not fancy. Customer review template is also not up to the mark.

Pabau after one year
Comentarios: Overall very good. There are a few elements mentioned above which would bring it into excellent all round for me.
Puntos a favor:
I like the ease of moving from clinical notes to photos to appointments to admin - all smoothly transition. Photos are easy to import and show side by side.
Contras:
I would like easier direct entry to fields such as medical history, family history, social history rather than only have it automated from the medical questionnaire form. Investigations are not very developed yet in terms of export of tests / import of results, not much for imaging, and no inbuilt scoring system for things like BMI, CVS risk, dementia screen etc

Pabau is an excellent software
Comentarios: Excellent software; it will make my life much easier because it contains all the features I need to run my clinic smoothly plus superb customer service and support.

Excellent software and support from purchasing the software until the last configurations tailored to my needs. The staff is super helpful and provides outstanding customer support and online training on all aspects, such as setting up an account, configuring Pabau to my needs, helping with Stripe integration, uploading my templates, marketing advice, tips for my practice, etc. Pabau is easy to use and offers numerous useful features. I am exceptionally pleased about Pabau 2, too. It is a good value for money.
Contras:
Nothing so far; I am pleased to purchase Pabau.
Great for small - medium sized businesses!

I like that Pabau is cloud based and easy to navigate. The training videos are really helpful and customer support is straight forward and quick to respond.
Contras:
When the portal is open and being used by multiple devices, it does not update unanimously on each device until the page is refreshed. Once you know this, you get into a habit of actively refreshing the page before booking someone in to avoid double bookings.

Additionally, the app’s ability to integrate with other systems and its robust reporting tools make it an invaluable resource for managing my practice efficiently
Contras:
What I liked least about the Pabau app is the occasional lag when accessing certain features, which can slow down workflow. Additionally, the initial setup and customization process was a bit complex and time-consuming. It would be beneficial if the app had more intuitive navigation and streamlined onboarding for new users.
