It's easy to implement and a couple of months is enough. The user interface helps a lot in the adoption process.
The Outlook Hubspot plugin connects with both and there's no way to stop it from working with my personal account.

HubSpot es una muy buena herramienta para realizar un seguimiento de las posibles ventas, automatizar los procesos de ventas y mantenerse al día de todas las ventas que se llevan a cabo.
Contras:
HubSpot es una herramienta que al principio cuesta coger la dinámica, pero una vez sabes manejar la herramienta te ayuda en el día a día tanto con el seguimiento de las ventas como con los clientes.

Las funciones son potentes y en una versión gratuita obtienes muchas posibilidades
Contras:
El siguiente nivel de versión de pago, el costo es muy alto. Sería genial si existiera una licencia de menor costo

HubSpot Sales Hub me ha parecido una herramienta muy completa que se integra de manera natural con los procesos de la empresa. Su capacidad de análisis, seguimiento y automatización, además de su facilidad de uso, hacen que resulte una solución muy efectiva para cualquier equipo de ventas. Sin duda, una excelente opción para mejorar la eficiencia y la productividad en el trabajo
Contras:
En la dificultad de uso, puedo decir que, en general, la herramienta es muy fácil de utilizar, para aquellos que no tienen experiencia previa en el uso de programas similares. Sin embargo, en algunos casos puede resultar un poco complejo el proceso de configuración y personalización de ciertas funciones. En esos casos, es posible que sea necesario contar con un poco de ayuda o soporte técnico para poder completar ciertas tareas.

Comentarios: es positiva porque ya he dejado los exels , trabajo de una forma mas rapida, puedo centralizar pero creo que podria mejorar un poco

me cuesta un poco entender como se usa, pierdo muchas horas para entender como usar aunque me gusta usar pero al principio es un poco complicado en mi opinión

Comentarios: Was looking for a tool to understand cold emailing and I am glad I found Hubspot. The free version gave a lot of valuable options to begin your mastery over lead management.
Puntos a favor:
Easy to find, Easy to syn between PC and mobile, Has a minor learning curve that you'll get used to soon. Makes tracking engagement a breeze to begin with an understand which leads to focus on. Once you get it up and going, You would not need a different tool!
Contras:
Takes time to get used to initially, Took a few tutorials here and there.
Reasonably-priced and dependable CRM solution for our clothing business
Comentarios: Hubspot has been a huge boon for our sales side. We usually only get two or three hundred contacts a month, and it works great and is reasonably priced for that scale. It gives you the ability to benefit from stuff like pipeline management, automated workflows, and sales sequences which add up to dozens of hours saved each month which has more than justified its costs for us. I'd definitely recommend Hubspot if you're looking to systematize your sales operations and manage everything all form one place.
Puntos a favor:
1. The automation capabilities are out of this world. We've set up workflows for initial emails, follow ups, stage movements, task updates, you name it. It saves you endless hours from having to do everything manually. 2. The pricing tiers for small businesses are a lot higher than the other tools we tried. You can still fully enjoy its benefits without having to pay a lot more than we were ready to.
Contras:
It would be good to have some of the integrations improved more. We use the Surveymonkey integration to collect feedback but it can only collect and log responses from surveys, we'd als love to be able to send data to HS automatically from the submission tables.
Alternativas consideradas: Less Annoying CRM, Zoho CRM y Pipedrive
Razones para cambiar a HubSpot Sales Hub: Hubspot had a lot more advanced features especially in terms of CRM-level stuff like a wider range of properties available and better pipeline customization options. And the pricing was also pretty reasonable compared to the other options.
Useful lead management
Comentarios: Overall we are happy with HubSpot Sales Hub as it works much more efficiently than the system we used before.

HubSpot data automatically sends to our platform so we are notified of updates right away.
Contras:
Searching for leads and finding notes on specific leads is difficult to find.

Comentarios: My experience with HubSpot Sales Hub has been mostly good. It helps us keep track of customers, follow up, and organize our work better. The CRM is easy to use, but some tools take time to learn. The reports give helpful info, so we can see what’s working. The only problem is the price – it can get expensive as the team grows. Even with this, it’s been useful for our sales team and has helped us work more efficiently.

Ease of use, tons of support materials, the HubSpot team reaches out proactively to see if you are utilizing the product to it's fullest (hint - you're not. I don't care how much time you put into optimization - this is a super feature-rich product and it's hard to use everything).
Contras:
I don't like that I don't have either the time to really dedicate myself to optimizing the tools or the staff to assign that project. It drives me nuts that there are so many aspects of the software I don't have time to fully understand even though they provide TONS of materials to help.
More Flexible, Versatile and Cost Effective CRM
Comentarios: I think this is an awesome crm, especially for smb sales.

HubSpot pretty much does everything, it's like salesloft and salesforce in one. All the features for contacting leads, customers and making tasks and tracking mission critical business info is great.
Contras:
The reporting and forecasting features might not be the best compares to other options, but we didn't get too far into the weeds here.

Hands down best CRM for startups for any business. HubSpot offers a lot of features and is very easy to learn quickly and start selling without having to slow down your sales process.
Contras:
The biggest drawback is cost. It could become expensive to add other features.

Razones para cambiar a HubSpot Sales Hub: We were able to test it out free with two users to see if it was a fit for us. The ease of use and in the beginning it was the right call for us.
Hubspot is your only choice
Comentarios: It is the easiest to use and most robust product in the marketplace. Porting to it from Salesforce was like having a weight removed from my chest. No more consultants or programmers required to effectively run my business. If i need something done, I can 99% of the time make it happen myself. If not, Hubspot support is super helpful and responsive.

Hubspot outperforms everyone else in the marketplace based in ease-of-use and ability to customize.
Contras:
Honestly, I don't think there is anything to complain about.
Good CRM, Good support team
Comentarios: Overall, happy with Hubspot. We can interact with each other within the CRM as to not step on each others toes. We came from a different CRM and it turned out to be a great choice.
Puntos a favor:
I like the ease of the program. It helps me stay on track, I love the daily sales task reminders. The email integration is nice so that I can track emails outside of the CRM as 90%^ of my day-to-day is done through my business email. Lots of good attributes to keep a sales person on task.
Contras:
It can be a little confusing at times when setting a sales flow. There are a lot of steps not required in my industry so they can kind of get jumbled, and dont always relate to the steps that I need to take for freight allocation with new customers.
Great Product
Comentarios: Hubspot really gave our team a structured way of keeping our deals organized, and gave our leadership team a 30,000 level view of the deals that are in the pipeline. Concrete steps lead to concrete results.
Puntos a favor:
I like many things about hubspot. One of them is being able to schedule email outreach days and sometimes weeks in advance gives a lot of time back for the rest of the week.The reporting and analytics are also great because i have an easy way to track outreach numbers and the deals that are in the pipeline with their associated progress
Contras:
One of my teammates schedules his email outreach, but has been experiencing issues with the emails actually going out.

HubSpot Fits Most Organizations
Comentarios: From the sales process, to onboarding, to continued support and assistance - HubSpot has been excellent!
Puntos a favor:
Many CRMs available, including SalesForce, are huge and complex. Most of the features are never implemented or require a tremendous amount of custom development to work for your organization/workflow. HubSpot provides what is needed with a lot of flexibility to customize it to your needs without requiring a huge development investment. Plus, it's just easier to use overall. Pricing is 1/3 of what we paid with SalesForce, and we have gained more efficiency because we are now using the same product as our marketing team. Information flows naturally between Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, providing better visibility and collaboration between the departments.
Contras:
Nothing. It's a great tool that has been an excellent investment for us.
Great Sales CRM for Multi-Use
Comentarios: HubSpot Sales CRM is a great tool for tracking sales opportunities, automating sales processes, and staying up-to-date on all sales actions.
Puntos a favor:
HubSpot is great for tracking deals and sales opportunities in many different ways. As a user for my professional job, I have also adopted HubSpot Sales Hub for my personal business.
Contras:
Some difficulties with open text fields when creating email templates and sequences. This is a feature that would make the dynamic components of templates much better.

HubSpot Sales is truly a hub for all sales from leads to closing a deal. It can house thousands of leads and customers allowing us to have all of our customer lists on one place which allows easy tracking and pulling relevant data. Also, we can create various sales reports to track KPI's.
Contras:
HubSpot can be expensive if you buy all the different accesses and if you have a large team, seats can get more and more expensive.
The best option for CRM SOFTWARE

A lot of features in HubSpot, very powerful tool. Sometimes a little too intimidating to use because it includes a lot of functionalities we don't know how to use (and continue to learn).

As a user of HubSpot Sales, and of other HubSpot products for many years now, I can say that it has a variety of tools. First of all, automating repetitive sales activities has been helpful to me and my team. We no longer have to worry about performing tedious, manual tasks, allowing us to focus on more important and valuable tasks.Plus, tracking and managing leads, contacts, opportunities, and activities is much easier with the HubSpot Sales platform. We no longer have to deal with a large amount of information and scattered data, everything is centralized and easy to access.
Contras:
The learning curve if you are not from the Hubspot ecosystem is somewhat long, the adaptation process for new users could be tedious in my experience. Another point that I don't like is that the emails sent to the clients don't look the same as they do in the templates.
