Comentarios: Tapmyback nos está ayudando mucho a poder construir nuestra cultura organizacional.

Puntos a favor:

Es una herramienta muy intuitiva y práctica que acompaña muy bien la cultura de feedback 360 y reconocimiento. Tiene un buen balance entre simpleza y a la vez poder abarcar aspectos claves. La atención al cliente es muy buena y rápida. También pedí algunas customizaciones simples que fueron resueltas con mucha eficiencia.

Contras:

Si completas algo y no das click en confirmar, no se guarda en borrador lo que estabas haciendo. Esto puede ser un poco fustrante si ya habias completado un feedback extenso.

Comentarios: Una oportunidad a reforzar en medios digitales internos, que se tenia es valorar y reconocer el esfuerzo que realiza de manera interna digital la gente, hoy en dia con esta herramienta nos conectamos de manera interna y publicamos las actividades que estan realizando cada usuario y recibir un Tap es motivador

Que es una. Herramienta para valorar y reconocer a la gente

Contras:

No me permite agrandar las imagenes que publican los usuarios

Muy buena herramienta para reconocimiento en equipos remotos.

Comentarios: Genera un feedback 360 donde se pueden reconocer a integrantes de cualquier equipo y también para hacer seguimiento de su plan de desarrollo profesional

Su facilidad de uso, la integración con Slack y el buen mensaje que transmite al compartir reconocimientos por diferentes valores.

Contras:

El UI de la herramienta es pobre o poco actualizado.

Cada vez que entro tengo que logearme. La página donde veo el feedback que me pidieron no es muy amigable, seria mejor ver una lista y luego elegir el feedback para acceder.

que el menu cambia al costado derecho sin que se note, y la ux no es ideal

How easy it is to implement processes and get people and teams to interact on the platform. Feedback is critical for any company that wants to improve. In itself, as wonderful as it is, for it to work it requires staff training and context.

Contras:

Feedback needs context and sometimes it is hard to undestand where that comment came from. The ability to add a context to a review/evaluation would be welcome.

Perfect for recognition and rewards

Puntos a favor:

It's a great way to thank other colleagues for their efforts and time. It encourages each person to help other out and thank each other more.

Contras:

The app isn't very good at loading, but can easily use the online version instead.

Easy to Implement but difficult to engage

Comentarios: Overall the service is an affordable way to implement a peer to peer review program but as with any service of this type it take a lot of initial user buy-in or it just won't work to give the culture boost that you are needing.

Puntos a favor:

The software is easy to implement for most companies, it has the ability to quickly and easily keep lists of your employees and their titles and roles in the organization. It is a fast and effective solution to quickly provide a platform for peer to peer and supervisor to peer reviews.

Contras:

The character limit on how much detail you can leave is incredibly difficult to work within. These shouldn't be character limited and I think it would be nice to see if the person leaving you the feedback was on your team or from a different group.

The best support app for your team management

Puntos a favor:

It's a great support for team feedback and even quality management. Your feedback is also valuable and considered into the app if you have any considerations. Great app all in all!

Contras:

I feel that in my company should have been selected a owner to manage the app and ocasionally show the company the new features and have an integration plan (so it's not really a con, it's an advice for whoever is planning on implementing such a tool).

Increase the engagement in the company

Comentarios: I love the app! It improved the engagement of the team ddrstically.

Puntos a favor:

The product is very intuitive on one side but on the other it has a lot of features and flexibility to modify if a person wants that. Rarely today apps can combine that features, easy to use with freedom to customize.

Contras:

I think some of the features of the app are not that visibile without research, and maybe prevents from opening the full potential of the app to the customer

If you need this type of product, this is the one to use

Comentarios: For managers who don't habitually give their team positive feedback, this can help remind them both to do it, and HOW to do it.

Puntos a favor:

What I liked about Tap My Back is that it normalizes and standardizes and thus allows you to give your team feedback in a positive, uniform way.

Contras:

Not every employee wants to be recognized publicly, there is a feature for one on one feedback I believe but I had a hard time finding it.

Practical and direct

Comentarios: It's something new for me and this father sometimes receive this type of congratulations that motivate you, when you think that nobody is paying attention to your work, you get a little message :)

Puntos a favor:

At first it seemed a bit complicated to me, and with use you find it, it's like everything new, this father the options it has, it has the important thing that is the objective of the platform, options to say thank you.

Contras:

I think it's a very good platform, I know it's growing and I think it still lacks options, more emoticons, gifs, maybe attaching videos, making small clips, it would be great to have those kinds of options

It's very friendly to incorporate into a team dynamic and processes with plenty of options to share and distribute taps across different channels.

Contras:

I guess the biggest drawback as a team leader is that I cannot see how a team member qualifies themself. It would be great to be able to access this so when we meet to set new development plans we both have both evaluations to compare and it can make conversations easier.

Recommendation for tap my back

Comentarios: I feel like tap my back is a "behind the scenes" app. I give and praise a lot of people for small work that all adds up and it has lead to promotion internally!

Very easy to use, its good to show recognition to the company that others might not see.

Contras:

There could be more options, i think Tap my back is just 1 thing really, to say well done to someone. Is there any other additional things to add?

Its so easy to use and motivates the whole team.

Contras:

Cant really think of any. But one thing that isn't included that would be good is that we can give points out of 5 to our colleagues

I like that you can create a post for anyone throughout the company. It's a great way to show how appreciative you are for something someone has done or their work ethic.

Contras:

There are times it can be hard to search for a co-worker within your company if they do not add their last name and there are multiple people with the same first name.

Super Easy to use

Comentarios: Never faced any issues from user perspective... it's always up and running... Benefitted organization by Helping to keep motivation up among employees and building/improving relationships across remote teams. Cheers.

sometimes face issues with SSO. It would be good if it's integrated on our intranet site instead of accessing and external website URL

Comentarios: My overall experience has been very positive. It has motivated team members.

It is very user friendly. I love how this provides recognition and rewards to staff members and creates a positive work environment . It has been a great tool during this past year.

Contras:

I did not find any features missing from this software. It is very easy to use and there have been no issues with log in or anything. It has been stellar!

Definitely the ease of use and how it integrates smoothly with Slack.

The mood feature could have more options to be more accurate, but they informed us it should be implemented soon.

Easiest feedback ever!

Comentarios: Tap my back helped me have better interaction with my co-workers and have the ideas and suggestions of everyone taken to count.

Puntos a favor:

Thanks to this app I can get the right feedback from my subordinates, taking in count opinions and also ideas for future implementation.

Contras:

I don´t have cons as for the app, but sometimes the information can loose a little bit of value when the employee feels overwhelmed by the size of the survey.
