So much better than Bullhorn

Comentarios: Customer service is great! They are always very helpful and timely and even came out with a chat feature for immediate assistance.

The best thing about TrackerRMS is how customizable it is. We are able to edit fields, lists, create reports, and see everything in real time which has improved the efficiency of our operations

Contras:

There are some fields that we are unable to pull into our custom reports so we have to ask customer service to make the report for us which takes extra time. It would be better if all fields could be pulled into any report.

One of the Best in the Business

Comentarios: Tracker has helped our company smoothly transition into a new ATS/CRM system with no loss to our production, this has been huge! With the new automations, and streamlined processes, our companies internal communications has skyrocketed. Our recruiters are happier, and our company is flourishing.

When we started our search for a new ATS/CRM system, we developed a 120 point checklist to find a product that met our needs as a recruiting agency. Overall, I had reviewed over 70+ products and had done 35+ demos of various ATS/CRM systems. Tracker came out on top and met every point we needed. Where Tracker excels is its customization features, ease of use, and fantastic customer service. We had an extremely smooth transition from our previous system, thanks to the support of Tracker.After reviewing so many systems, we found a few things that made them the differentiator. First, they are a US/UK based company who have been established for years. Their support services are robust, and their product is very intuitive to pick up and use. This has allowed for easy ramp up time for new employees. They have developed a fantastic customizable organization system on both their ATS and CRM platforms. All aspects of the system work harmoniously together. In the past few years, it is easy to see a huge change in their development, and they have provided a steady streams of updates to differentiate itself as one of the top software programs for recruiting. They provide fantastic automations and sequencing, as well as full mass-email campaign support. Additional perks include video interview integration, detailed reporting, and capability to support all types of recruiting (exec, direct, staffing, etc.). I highly recommend this product to any recruiting firm!

Contras:

The problems associated with Tracker are mainly due to growth. They are growing quickly, and sometimes their servers slow down slightly, as they grow and continue to invest in their servers, the better this will become. The one major request would be autosaving! Tracker provides alerts when needed to save, but it would be incredibly beneficial to allow autosaving both on record pages, as well as email drafts. Overall, the product is fantastic.

Excellent customization options and customer service

We have a very unique program and one of the things we liked most about Tracker was their ability to jump in and customize the software to accompany our program's vernacular. It fits most of our needs and allows our program to truly focus on our mission. The customer service through Michelle Crisp has been five star since day one. She is professional and knows how to get us what we need in a timely manner so we can continue to focus on our day to day tasks. I have worked with many of the larger software platforms and this is user friendly in comparison.

Contras:

There is little room for error with this program. You have no way to delete assignments without messing up your entire workflow. It's very difficult to deal with if that happens.

Easy to enter candidate information either from a resume source or directly from LinkedIn.I have the system set up to text candidates directly versus just using email - works great.Customer service is excellent and one of the reasons I chose the product.System has been 100% reliable - no glitches - updated regularly.

I don't have the time to learn all the great tools Tracker has to offer. I do not have any issues - really!

Comentarios: Great - better than we anticipated

Tracker were able to tick every box we had when looking for a new ATS/CRM - the most well-known brands just couldn't compete. Their pricing and team were also fantastic - with us every step of the way during set up and beyond, again, something other providers just couldn't give us. Also a lot of their team have experience being recruiters on the ground so they understood our wants, needs and how to train the team too.

Comentarios: The transparency across the team is great if you set up the reports properly and build out dashboards.

TrackerRMS is very customizable to work with our process. The customer service is bar none. I always got the chance to meet with them during a conference and they are just good people. The system is easy to use.

The system can be a little sluggish at times. Tends to not always catch duplicate candidates that are added in.

Time sheets feature

Comentarios: We use an Employee Login button on our web page that is superb! Candidates easily link to the Tracker site to open a time sheet. Great!

Connection to customer support by two ways: tickets and call-in service. Either connection gets results within a short period of time.

Because candidates don't always pay attention to where they list hours, on the time sheet weekly entry screen, the order of the Planning Tasks that list on screen could change from Alphabetic to most common- Regular Hours line then OT line then others

The lag time. Also, the reporting tool is not easy to use as well as creating custom dashboards. The calendar is not easy to read or use.

TrackerRMS Recruitment is a fantastic system. This system runs like a well-oiled machine and meets the necessities for all businesses types, from larger corporations to smaller businesses. No matter how unique your business process is, and no matter what needs you need met, Tracker is built to excel for you. Tracker truly believes in client relationships. Their entire development is based upon their client's needs. Requests, ideas, and tickets are not just read and heard like with the normal big name ATS vendors; they're developed! We have never felt like just another ticket when it comes to Tracker, because they take immediate action to guarantee your satisfaction. It provides strong CV parsing using the top provider, Sovern. It's cloud-based, and we have a dedicated Server through Rackspace. It's SQL, data migration, and importation-friendly. Tracker flows seamlessly from CRM to ATS to Onboarding to Accounting/Payroll to EMS (Employee Management System).

Contras:

Truly, anything with TrackerRMS that has needed improvement or development has been established. There's nothing to dislike.

Wonderful customer service

Great Platform

Very fast and it rarely lags or freezes. It is pretty simple to get the hang of. It rarely goes down for extended periods of time.

Contras:

It could look a bit more sleek. Also, some small quality of life changes could be made such as multiple tabs, and easier copy and paste functions among others.

We moved to TrackerRMS

We really think ease of use along with tons of functionality is what drove us to partner with TrackerRMS. We chose to move from our previous vendor because they kept raising their price. After reviewing and testing TrackerRMS we realized we are not losing any functionality and getting a better deal on pricing. The transition from our old vendor to TrackerRMS has been seamless as well. Their staff is very meticulous about migrating data and making it work exactly the way you want after the move is done.

Contras:

The only con we have at this time is TrackerRMS does not integrate natively to DiscoverOrg which is our sales tool. We can still bring the data into the system but it is a manual process as opposed to the automated process with our previous vendor.

The customer support from both Michelle Crisp and now Courtney Harchak has been amazing. Both ladies have been instrumental in helping us navigate this tool efficiently over the months. We certainly look forward to working with Courtney and to understand TrackerRMS fully.

Contras:

At times the functionality and features of TrakerRMS are difficult to navigate. Also, there are some basic site navigational features that are not included but would simply issues such as "page searching" within certain list (such as Send List). Also, navigating the 'Candidates List' could be testing at times especially when there are thousands of candidates in the list.

Comentarios: Templar Search specializes in mid to senior appointments, and needed a software which was able to easily and quickly capture data from CV's, manage all associated information such as references and compliance in an efficient manner, while also allowing easy and professional contact with our client base through email and mailshots etc. We subsequently went to market to find a system which would give us some bang for our buck!! But, like most new starters, cost was a major issue! After testing in excess of 25 systems we made the decision to select TrackerRMS. We have now been using TrackerRMS for over a year now and find the product to be of excellent value. The product offers above and beyond what is essentially a budget level price point. Due to the system being online it has negated the need for a server based system allowing me the flexibility to work from anywhere. The system has never been down and has proved to be 100% reliable. I have experienced some minor glitches, but am happy to say that these have always been resolved. Moving forward the system will easily intergrate into a website. I have no hesitation in recommending TrackerRMS to any new business looking for a system which offers value, flexibility, and reliability.

Comentarios: As a small start up in the recruitment sector, I was looking for a tool that would be easy to use, easy to configure and had a great support team. I have tried a couple of other systems that just didn't live up to my expectations and then there were other products that just seemed to keep adding services but always at an additional cost. Since joining Tracker, I have been more than satisfied with the results and the service. I experienced the usual teething problems which 99% of the issues were down to me not using the system correctly and/or not grasping the workflow. However, Louise, David and Andy have always been there to help and everything has been fixed super quick and I couldn't be happier. The systems has never been off-line and I have had 100% availability. The upcoming features sound excellent and I'm looking forward to seeing what the Tracker guys can come up with in the next phase of development. This said, I love the product so new features will be an added bonus. I would highly recommend the product, I trialed and and found it so easy to use and integrate that it was a no brainer but it's the support and help that I have found more beneficial. Excellent ATS with even better customer service
