Feature-Rich, Easy to Use, and Very Innovative!!

Comentarios: The Pulseway Team will work hard with you to get you up and running, the agent is light, deployment is straightforward and easy. Virtually all the tools you might need are there. It has both a dashboard application that runs locally as well as a Web Interface. Remote access and control are good. The Pulseway Help site: https://www.pulseway.com/resource-centre is a good resource.
Overall for the price, Pulseway is an exceptional value.

What I like about Pulseway is that it is easy to use. When you open the console and go to a machine, you can plainly see all the options available to push software, execute DOS or PowerShell commands, send a message to the user, remotely control the PC, scope its hardware, check what software is installed. Its all there, easy to get to and easy to control. Also, Pulseway offers Webroot as a AntiMalware option. Webroot is light and fast and does the job. Our users never complain that our anti-virus software is causing their systems to slowdown or become un-useable. Oh and the Pulseway mobile app is revolutionary!

Contras:

One feature that we have some issues with is the is integration between Pulseway and Webroot. When it works it works great, but here and there on a few systems the PC, Pulseway, and Webroot don't agree as to whether Webroot is installed or not. The fix to this is to do a comprehensive manual cleanup/uninstall and try again. Tech support could be more responsive. I miss the old days when you could call and get help for almost any product, but that's not the norm anymore. Once you get hooked up with a Pulseway technician, they will work with you to resolve your issue.

Comentarios: I am very happy with Pulseway, it's easy to use & very powerful. Whether I am in the office on my laptop, or on the road with my mobile phone, I know Pulseway will keep me informed of any serious errors and alerts. I can diagnose problems on the fly with Pulseway, I can remedy problems using Pulseway, and I have a number of Automations setup with help with my daily tasks. I'm so pleased with Pulseway, I have begun overhauling my software stack to include additional products from the Pulseway family (eg I've migrated from Veeam/Backup Exec to Unitrends Appliances. I've migrated from Sophos, to Datto EDR/AV. I've rolled out Bullphish for our staff. etc). Having a single single vendor with a large ecosystem of very solid products is great. I really enjoy how all of the Pulseway products

I like how Pulseway is constantly being developed with new features and improvements. Every product update brings something new to the platform, which is great to see.

Contras:

I would like to see more product documentation, and downloadable examples of Pulseway automations/scripts.

Pulseway is a decent remote monitoring tool, but it can be a bit slow at times. The mobile app, while useful, occasionally crashes, which can be frustrating. Overall, it gets the job done but could use some improvements.

Comentarios: From the onboarding on day 1 it has been a really positive experience with good support and backed by excellent customer service and constant improvements to the platform. The endpoint client is simple to setup, the web client is easy to use and allows a lot of fine-grained control and it also provides a lot of peace of mind.

Puntos a favor:

Pulseway has given us a really big boost to visibility and issues on our network as well as the power to control both Windows and 3rd party software issues. They also integrate a wide range of products and services which gives us a broad marketplace to choose new IT services from and have them integrate directly into the management platform.

Contras:

Being entirely cloud-based there's a bit of a limit to the usefulness of it as an internal diagnostic tool. Although it's capable of a huge amount it's no help when the internet goes out for example.

Best RMM for small MSP's

Comentarios: For a small MSP like me it offers everything i need to monitor and remotely support the systems i manage. The mobile app is definitly a huge factor. Also my account manager is regularly in touch which is nice (this was not alwas the case). The lack of integrations will make it more difficultto manage if the amount of systems grow but then again pricing is very fair, and did i mention they have a mobile app to manage your systems?

Puntos a favor:

Pulseway makes it possible for me to monitor systems on the go. With the app I can preform most of the basic troubleshooting steps, even remote into the system. With the 3PP add-on i can update the OS and 3PP apps. For a small MSP like me its more then sufficient. I have tried Datto this year but renewed my contract with Pulseway in end.

Contras:

You have less posibilities then a solution like Datto and support is not always as good as it should be. I also use Pulseway PSA which is a great tool but there are not a lot of 3rd party vendors that have integrations with Pulseway. Also the need for having a contract for everything is a bit annoying. I get it for backup, PSA and RMM but when i want to get a couple of SAT licenses contracts are a bit of a hassle.

No better company than Pulseway

Comentarios: My experience with Pulseway has been nothing less than awesome! The team at Pulseway has been quick and helpful if we do experience an issue. I feel the Pulseway team understands the importance their role plays in the daily success.

Puntos a favor:

We currently use PSA, RMM, and IT Glue through Pulseway. The most helpful feature is that all three applications integrate into each other, Azure and on-prem Active Directory. These products are easy to use and navigate once everything has been set up. We use all three of these systems daily, and the RMM mobile application helps us keep tabs on the systems when we are not in the office. The few times we've had to reach out to support, we received fast and helpful responses and solutions usually within a day.

Contras:

It's tough to identify a downside of Pulseway. If I had to be picky, it would be that we cannot do everything in the mobile application that we can do with the web version of RMM. I understand it's tougher to fit all those features into the mobile application but if I HAD to choose something to make better.

Comentarios: Overall, the experience with Pulseway has been fantastic. My current Pulseway account manager, [sensitive content hidden], is fabulous. He listens to my concerns, and keeps them in mind while assisting me. [sensitive content hidden] attentiveness and response time is spot on. I wish all my account manager's were as quick to respond and attentive to my needs/requests as he is.

Puntos a favor:

Ease of use. Cell phone app, hands down, is the best one we have seen. The phone app and web app work the same, so there is truly no difference. Very quick to respond to a support issue.

Contras:

Update schedule. I wish they would publish the update schedule so that we can plan accordingly.

Comentarios: We have only the best experience with pulseway and we are always learning new things. It really is a multifunctional tool that makes our work very easy.

Puntos a favor:

We use Pulseway for monitoring and remote server management. My favourite thing is that I can control the servers from my phone and in case of any problem I am informed right away and I can sort everything out before the client even notices that there is a problem. Pulseway is a great help and I couldn't imagine working without it.

Contras:

In fact this is the last change where the Pulseway app from the Microsoft store, so it stopped having some basic features like the ability to restart servers, install updates etc... I really enjoyed using the app, and I understand that as part of the progression it's moved to a web interface. But the slowdowns bother me, having to log in, enter 2FAs and such.. But still, it's a great help.

Comentarios: We are satisfied with the service of Pulseway, but we would be happy if they would listen to the subscriber's needs as well.

The platform works reliably and the continously innovate the software in every quarter. The support and the account manager is very helpfull and always has competent answer to our questions.

Contras:

They should be more flexible with customer needs, like transtale the end user customer portal for other languages other than english and german.

Comentarios: I have been very pleased with my experience with Pulseway, Each of the reps in charge of my account have been top notch and have gone out of their way to be friendly and very helpful and Especially Ross who has made every effort to understand the needs of my company and how a one man operation needs to do business.

Puntos a favor:

The ability to easily keep track of all of my customers computers and get alerts when there is a problem so I can be proactive in their support as well as Remote Desktop Access which works pretty good for both Windows and MacOS machines.

Contras:

They don't yet have support for Linux Remote Desktop and that is really needed.

Comentarios: Market leading in follow-ups.
Software it state of the art, gets frequent updates and by and chance there is a bug it gets resolved quickly.

Puntos a favor:

Notifications on different computer events. Remote control - and the secure way it works. Control a server/computer without logging into the GUI. Windows updates etc.

Contras:

The lowest license count on a business account is pretty high.

Comentarios: Very good, support and training is exceptional.

Functionality is the main reason, it just does what I need it to do. Relatively easy to configure and maintain.

Contras:

A little costly, be good if some modules could be removed, ie many server related modules are not needed with the growing use of cloud apps.

Comentarios: The cost is very competitive. They are very helpful. They have a large menu of ala cart style product offerings.

The automation of many routine tasks. The many integrations all in a single pane of glass. They also have a very active continuous improvement release schedule.

Contras:

Endpoint protection is not integrated. They should add Endpoint protection to their console, so you don't have to go to another site.

Comentarios: My overall experience has been very positive with Pulseway. New features and enhancements are constantly being introduced.

Pulseway provides a large feature set on a consolidated platform. The OS and third-party patching are extremely effective and easy to use.

Contras:

The PSA is not as feature rich as some other offerings in the space. I would like more granularity in setting different required fields per ticket type.

Powerful RMM software

Comentarios: Overall happy with Pulseway it does everything we need it to do, deploy anti-virus software, patch management etc.. It is really handy having the ability to run Powershell scripts without disturbing the end user. Sometimes I have been able to resolve issues without even remoting in by just running a PS script in the background. I'll be interested to try out the Android MDM once it's implemented, currently only works for Apple

It's easy to use and just works, I have had minimal issues and where there has been issues support has been responsive in resolving the issues.

Contras:

Sometimes the remote-control software bugs out/clunky but it has gotten better in some aspects since we've been using Pulseway e.g. It now re-connects to a computer without having to start a new remote session

Does exactly what I need for my small business.

Comentarios: Overall Pulseway has done exactly what we wanted, by providing a professional system for monitoring and managing our IT systems remotely. As I run a small business I don't have the time to individually check machines, so the peace of mind knowing that I will be alerted of a problem is great. Automation is also a great benefit.

Puntos a favor:

Pulseway allows us to easily manage our IT systems whether they are out on deployment or based in our office. The integration with Slack allows notifications to easily be sent to groups of people highlighting to us potential issues before they become more severe and cause downtime. The iOS app is also very handy, allowing me to see the status of any computers on the go. Knowing that Pulseway can grow with the business provides nice peace of mind as I don't feel like I'm investing in a system that I will some day have to replace. The integration of BitDefender has been a great help too.

Contras:

I'm not an IT engineer or expert in IT management so I found that there was a fairly steep learning curve. I'm more knowledgeable than the average person but kept getting stuck navigating the web portal, especially at the start. The menu system isn't as intuitive as it should be in my opinion. I think there should either be a "simplified mode" for people who just want to get started with organising their IT systems but don't need all the advanced features. Another note is that I find the difference in features available for managing Windows vs Mac clients to be disappointing. For example, you can't automatically install BitDefender via Pulseway on a Mac you have to go into the BitDefender client.

Comentarios: So far so good, it is a good product, but the lack of servers in SA makes it a bit hard to use the remoting function but in overall, a good system

The ability being able to manage our devices remotely and that Microsoft RDP feature that blackens the remote unit screen for privacy.

Contras:

Lately there seem to be issues with Bitdefender where pulseway will show that a unit does not have and Agent installed where else there is an agent installed, this is making hard to reliably track which Units have AV on them

You can connect to multiple users at the same time, and the speed has improved.

Contras:

I find it frustrating that when I switch users on the software, I have to disconnect and reconnect to log in. If this could be streamlined, I'd be much happier with the product. It would be greate if it switch users on a client PC without having to disconnect and reconnect, this would make it much more convenient.

Comentarios: Pulseway is an essential tool in managing our multi-site research environment.
In the role of technical support I can discretely monitor remote systems and respond rapidly when problems arise. Automated scripts support distributing custom software components to any of our 10 robotic data collection systems.
I can keep all systems consistent while supporting many different study protocols and ever evolving experimental specifications.
As a data manager I am able to inspect and retrieve data sets without leaving my desk. Pulseway is an awesome tool as it has enabled me to fill two roles and still work from home half time.

Automated scripts and remote monitoring of CPU and memory usage.

Contras:

Interacting with the mobile app can be counterintuitive.
