facilidad de uso, personalización de las facturas y la posibilidad de meter el enlace de pago dentro de las facturas para un cobro más rápido.

Contras:

La conciliación bancaria resulta compleja y poco intuitiva.

Excelente asesoramiento contable

Comentarios: Es una buena Asesora esta aplicación ya que en la contabilidad nos beneficia con con los formatos contables , las cuentas por pagar se mantienen al día. Gracias a que esta aplicación nos asesora a que todo esté muy en orden y bajo el reglon correcto .

Es una aplicación que nos beneficia mucho en el tema de la contabilidad nos mantiene con las cuentas en orden .

Contras:

No hay nada de malo con la aplicación. Es excelente

Es una herramienta completa y fácil de manejar que nos ayuda a llevar un control de todo nuestras finanzas tanto personales como de empresa.

Contras:

Realmente no hay algo por lo que diría que no me gusto, de pronto en algún momento el precio me pareció alto, pero con todas las herramientas que nos brinda creo que es justo.

Comentarios: Esta app nos ayuda a la realización de facturas de manera online y su seguimiento, desde cualquier dispositivo. Pudiendo comprobar en todo momento el estado de las cuentas de una manera muy clara y concisa. Este programa lo pueden utilizar todo tipo de mepresa, ya que es muy sencillo y muy económico, ahorrandonos mucho tiempo, y con ello aumentando nuestra productividad.

Puntos a favor:

Lo que más me gusta de esta app es su fácil funcionamiento, además de su ahorro de tiempo y su organización.

Contras:

Lo que menos me gusta es que no es accesible a todo el mundo, ya que tras la prueba gratis tiene un coste, no siendo totalmentegratuita.

Invoices

Comentarios: En general bastante bueno, moderno y completo. Precio accesible para lo que tiene y lo que se puede hacer.

Puntos a favor:

Una de las cosas que mas me gustó y que no he visto es otros software de CRM o facturas, es el estilo actual y diferente que tiene para crear las facturas, me parece innovador y es algo que seguramente te hará ver como una empresa grande y moderna ante tus clientes. Muy completo, integración con bastante cantidad de bancos para llevar el control de tus gastos.

Contras:

Dos cosas me parece que le hace falta, lo primero es que el correo que se le envía al cliente debería contener un PDF con la factura, aparte del enlace para ir a la página y ver la factura en linea. La segundo que esperaba era poder agregar un método de pago como por ejemplo paypal, que permitiera a los clientes acceder a su cuenta paypal y pagar directamente el monto de la factura.

Todo fácil y sencillo

Comentarios: Mi experiencia en general es buena puedo registrar los gastos en tiempo real,en su mayoría es sencilla de utilizar cumple con lo que promete y ayuda para sentirme menos estresada en mi día con día respecto al trabajo.

Puntos a favor:

Logras llevar la contabilidad de una manera fácil y sencilla,logras crear facturas sin tantas complicaciones,cuenta con un gran servicio al cliente que siempre están dispuestos a atender tus dudas y resolver problemas.

Contras:

Me desagrada que los precios de paquetes se basen en la cantidad de clientes que se tienen,la conciliación bancaria es un poco difícil de comprender creo que deberían mejorar en ese aspecto y ser un poco más sencillo.

Facturación super fácil.

Comentarios: Resolvió la pereza que me da la facturación, al poder gestionarla tan fácilmente.

Me sorprendió lo sencillo que es, para mí el tema de la facturación ha sido muy tedioso, pero con freshbook se hizo mas llevadero.

Contras:

que no permite agregar métodos de pago, tipo paypal y poder pagar directamente la factura, sería el complemento perfecto.

Comentarios: The software's user friendly interface and powerful reporting tools have cut down my time spent on report generation to only allowing me to spend more time on in depth analysis. Since FreshBooks operates in the cloud, I can access and update reports from anywhere; which has come in really handy for remote work situations.

Puntos a favor:

Through the software, I can design visually pleasing credit risk reports in which complicated data can be communicated effectively across management. The advantage of being able to assign a report automatically to be updated with the latest relevant financial data means our risk assessments are always based on up-to-date information, which is such a necessity these days in the very fast progressing world of corporate.

Contras:

FreshBooks is great at what it does, and although it has a number of advanced predictive analytics tools, it’s missing tools designed specifically for risk analysis. Machine learning algorithms to find possible risk factors with historical data patterns will make their utility for our team much more precious.

Awesome Small Business Invoicing & Time Tracking Tool

Comentarios: Overall, I love using Freshbooks for time tracking and billing clients. It is easy to use and makes my agency look very professional.

Puntos a favor:

Freshbooks helps our digital marketing agency keep track of tasks completed for clients and allows us to list those tasks on invoices that can be paid via ACH or Credit Card online by our clients very easily. Freshbooks templates are very professional looking and my clients have a very good experience.

Contras:

I wish payments would process to our bank account faster. Sometimes invoices go to spam when sending emails to customers through Fresbhooks messages.

I like the almost exact matching to Quickbooks/Stripe as a mix!!

Contras:

How there aren’t as many customization options for your view or customer viewing.

Not really for a small business only really small business.

Comentarios: Fair on the product. Poor on overall support. The chat bot is almost useless, and I need to start a support ticket.

Puntos a favor:

I do like the interface, and about 80% of its features are pretty good. But I really need to other 20%. It's not QuickBooks online.

Contras:

The reports and the Analytics need a lot of work. I've sent in MANY suggestions. The reports are only good for the smallest of business. While we do under 1 million a year, we do need decent cashflow information and detailed reporting by COGS categories. In our case Mechanical parts and labor vs Upholstery parts and labor. We also need good Job costs data. I would not mind doing it manually, but the data is not broken down to do this. The worst issue has been since day one, they cannot seem to permanently fix issues importing my bank account. VERY slow responses from support and takes days and weeks to get their "process partner to fix it. Export of your data for backup can be done, put it is very manual and time consuming. There is no path to exporting items and services. I'd like to do this so we can have a copy in the shop.

Great for Small Businesses, with a Few Minor Flaws

Some advanced reporting features are only available in the higher-tier plans, which might not justify the cost for all users. Additionally, I’ve experienced minor delays in customer support response times.

There has to be something better than this.

Comentarios: The weirdest thing is an accounting program that wont show you a bank register.
How can you SEE what is going on without a register. Reconcile what exactly. It's confusing, and now you will need a bookkeeper to fix all the stuff you try to do.

That it isn't Quickbooks online. I thought QBO was a train wreck and now I can see that ALL of these cloud based accounting firms are just a front for the bookkeepers union. They must be because you Will need one when you use this.

Contras:

Same goofy kind of double entry stuff that I experienced with QBO. Bank feeds are not your friend.

My life was a mess until I started using Freshbooks.

Comentarios: When I think about using Quickbooks or Excel I start to have a panic attack. When I think about using Freshbooks I get a refreshing feeling of a calm, relaxing wind.

I record my time and expenses and it automates everything else.

Contras:

I don't have any complaints. It just works and seems simple and easy.

Comentarios: I've been using FreshBooks since I started my business over 12 years ago. The support is excellent and it's easy to use. It has cut my accounting time down significantly so I can focus on my business.

It's convenient and easy to set up and use.

Contras:

I wish the connection with Stripe was two ways. It can't pull in my income that comes outside of Freshbooks so I have to manually do it.

Great Product but needs more key Accouting Features

Comentarios: I had it for a few months to test it against other software that I was using but found it useful and friendly with the UI but it wasn't very convincing to be used as a accounting software compare to a quickbook

I was using Freshbooks to maintain my accounting, invoices and also do estimates with client work.

The product was very focus on invoicing, tracking estimates not so much as a full stack accounting software

Comentarios: Overall I am very happy with FreshBooks. Invoices are quickly generated and paid, and hourly tracking has gone from a burden to an easy process directly integrated into our day to day tasks.

Puntos a favor:

I like the easy invoice creation process which allows customers to quickly pay their bill by simply clicking one button on the online invoice. In addition the financial reports provided are excellent and really give great financial insight into the business.

Contras:

The cost of Credit Card processing is a bit pricey, but overall there is not much to dislike about this amazing product.

Comentarios: Working with FreshBooks has been easy and very productive. It has given us a very worthwhile experience when managing our finances. FreshBooks makes it easy to track and manage the entire cash flow. With its expenses tracking features, it help us to maintain a healthy expenditure behavior by avoiding unnecessary overspending.
