Comentarios: Tidio mejoró la experiencia con el cliente mediante una comunicación más eficiente entre el equipo de soporte y los clientes. Además del seguimiento en tiempo real los de visitantes.

Puntos a favor:

El punto más interesante es que se integra con una variedad de plataformas, la que más me importa es WordPress, además con Shopify, WooCommerce entre otras. Tiene un bot de chat que puede responder preguntas frecuentes de los clientes y brindar información útil incluso cuando los agentes de soporte no están disponibles.

Contras:

Lo que menos te ha gustado de Tidio son las limitaciones en la personalización de la versión gratuita. Otro punto bajo es el precio, especialmente si las empresas buscan acceder a funciones más avanzadas y personalizadas.

The Tideo Chat Experience

Comentarios: It was good because I synced it to my computer, phone and tablet. I set it to notify me with a ding, so that in most circumstances I would know if someone needed assistance. It isn't an AI chat experience that answers general questions, so emails are used to communicate for all basic information as well as more detailed info.

It helped me to communicate with my customers when I wasn't able to be online.

Contras:

It is a little difficult to use at first. The learning curve was lengthy for me. Also, I had computer security problems because I was using it with Wordpress and I didn't have a good security running. If using with Wordpress, security must be good and kept up to date. I later found a good free system that solved my problems.

A very stable and complete chat platform

It's definitely easy to use and the way a novice user can quickly learn how to setup a chat and even a chatbot it's amazing. We just have to point our customers to Tidio and they do nearly everything themselves.

Contras:

Prices could eventually be a little bit nicer or the options included in a basic plan could be a little bit better. Other than that, I think there's not much to say.

Tidio has unique features like canned responses that help me respond to clients faster than normal, as well the live typing context also helps me realize the client's issue faster for quicker responses. Overall, Tidio has fair pricing compared to other live chat software tool

The mobile application does not sync up well with the desktop application and the mobile application, consumes a lot of phone battery much as you can optimize, it requires running in the background which drains a lot of battery

Comentarios: Great value for money - and even better if you can fit in the free plan. The company has been developing throughout the years so its definitely one of the safe bets in the industry

Tidio seamlessly integrates live chat with social media channels to create a singular online communication platform that simplifies customer support and answering to user inquiries. Their free plan is generous enough to satisfy the needs of many small businesses and organizations. The interface itself is very clean (unlike tawk.to) and easy to learn and use.

Contras:

Free plan's limits are a bit low, though even on the paid plan you do get a decent bang for your buck. Live chat is not as powerful as Intercom's, feature wise, but also no where near the price.

My review of my so far tidio experience.

Comentarios: Well it is decent, features are nice, design and user interaction is good, reporting is good, you need to make the software work more efficiently and consume less processing power, that is definitely an important factor. Besides that, you should increase the chatbot limits for free users since even quite simple interactions be counted as a usage of a chatbot, that is a problem. Before I even manage to test out your chatbots, I run out of them, how can I properly decide if I want to buy them or not in that case?

Puntos a favor:

I liked the fact that tidio's user interface was quite nice. Our business is mainly for the gaming industry fanatics, therefore they are looking for this fancy looking user interaction and design. I believe tidio is quite exceptional in that manner compared to other live chat plug-in providers.

Contras:

It's speed quality was not that extremely good honestly. Even though it isn't super bad, even with free live chat plug-ins which I had tried out, my web page speed tests were giving better or similarly results. That is a topic you must get more advanced in I believe.

Comentarios: I shared about this in the Pros.. This app will help us save lives of people who come to our website in extreme life crisis, thinking the only way out is to take themselves out. I have already seen even through the chatbot that this will save their life. We've already had it happen once in a live chat I conducted, in the first few minutes of activating the app on our website.

I rated everything the highest. Why? Because Tidio is an amazing tool that takes customer engagement off the charts! So easy to use, and they have thought of everything when it comes to engagement, live chat, bot, analytics, tracking, data... There is so much in this app to use.. I've only been a customer for just a few days, and I am finding it hard to stop using the app, setting up our custom bots, live chatting with users on our website... it is just the most amazing way to help people who come to our website who are experiencing a life crisis. This app WILL save lives.. It already has!

Contras:

Allowing the user the option to select if they would like the chat transcript emailed to them would be nice! An auto assigner to an operator for the chatbot would be good as well. It would make managing the chats a bit easier. Other than that..I can't think of anything!
