Comentarios: Overall good experience. looking forward to more training to become more familiar with all it has to offer.

Initial ease of use even though I"m fairly tech and social media illiterate. Able to put together an offer that brought in business quickly. First offer on Facebook brought in 4 new clients in 4 days.

Contras:

Initial training was good ... but need more ... my lack of knowledge and experience doesn't help. More Training is coming just not easy for me to integrate easily.

Don't even answer the phone for these folks

There are no pros for this company, don't waste your time.

Contras:

For a marketing company they came on extremely strong, pushy and terrible listeners. They called me 3 times in one day, I told the sales person to email me information after the third call and instead he scheduled me for a webinar to which I was texted emailed and called to get on before I ever opted in. When I tried to explain how overwhelming and over the top this was, the sales person wouldn't listen and just kept talking over me to push his point and "re-schedule" me for their webinar.... And laughed when I finally raised my voice and told him that I would never be interested in their service if they did this to my clients as well. I would NEVER subject my clients to this kind of marketing BS schemes....

Great for self managed use

Comentarios: The self serve options are great, customer service is great, but you need to be on top of it, if you set it and forget it. Youll find they start turning off some of your services and then you have to complain for them to turn them back on. The upgraded services are a scam, they scammed me out of 1000 usd.

Contras:

Do not pay for the upgraded service. They sold me a diamond package for over 1000/month, it was guaranteed 3 times return on your investment or they work for free until they achieve the promised results. After 3 months they didn't come any where close to earning my investment let alone 3 times my investment. Guarantee was they would keep working for free but they decided to terminate there offer and never returned my initial investment. Upgraded package is a scam.

I just got set up with the tools offered by Refferizer and on my first campaign I got 3 come back offers excepted. I cant wait to see the results after my first 30 days.

The tech support is on point, and fast on the replies. The system is user-friendly for both sides, gives some freedom of time since we can create campaigns ahead of time. I would say is a budget-friendly way to do marketing for a small business.

Contras:

my only cons would be the system doesn't integrate with my current booking software. Creating tracking somewhat manual.

Really strong features for small businesses

I like the easy process flow to set up automations, the thoughtful l features like Smart Text. The UI is also pleasant to look at and engage with. I also love that you can incentivize customer engagement through the loyalty program.

Contras:

I don't have enough experience yet to say anything I like least.

Long term Referrizer user

The text marketing is an absolute need for my business. Many people don't read emails anymore or they read on their phone. If I send texts with necessary info then people are more likely to see the info without having to sift thru emails. Also the rewards tracking is very important in keeping my existing clients satisfied. I also like the tracking number and how it gives leads and allows people to call my "studio" but still just have it call my cell phone. The review management system is actually very helpful to my business too and many people find us simply because of all the reviews we have.

Contras:

The email with referrizer is not as user friendly or fancy as other email systems that i current use and so I have never used it. I only ever use text campaigns. Also contact management is not as intuitive or useful. You can't merge clients if they sign in thru different mechanisms. I have also never been able to partner with any other business so I have never found that aspect very useful.

Comentarios: We have been very happy with them. I don't think the reviews come in as much as they did when we had other companies we worked with but we get other great features with this product all in one place.

We love all the features Referrizer offers in one place! The texting is easy to use, the mass emails and texts are as well, contacts all in one spot and review

Contras:

The cost can be very difficult each month and checking in contacts that don't always come into our building to connect to our wifi is also difficult. If we don't check them in then they don't get the texts to ask for a review.

Saved me time and made me money

Comentarios: Referrizer has sharpened our growth tools by encouraging members to leave reviews, share with their pfirnds, and has allowed us to engage with them via texting like never before.

The software is a great tool for reaching out to all of your contacts via text or email since it pairs with our POS system, but it's a fantastic tool for aquiring new contacts and keeping them involved in the sign up process. Each phone call ends in them recieving a text message which we then can use to answer questions or create long term conversations wich turn into conversions. It's drastically helped us with our online presence taking us from a few dozen google reviews to nearly 200

Contras:

The company is doing a great job at making the texting interface more user friendly but I would like to see mroe android or apple apps for this . I can only engage in these conversations on my laptop or in a browser - but sometimes I have my phone handy.

Good value for money!

Comentarios: Have greatly increased the number of our reviews (from 30 to 160 in a year) and been able to weed out some of the negative ones.

Easy to use use. Implementation and setup team were great. Ongoing training and support are great. Interfaces with our scheduling software (MindBody) so clients lists are automatically updated and automatically contacted for Reviews. Allows texting and emailing to clients.

Contras:

Referrals haven't really worked for us, but being able to collect reviews, and send emails and texts to clients meets our needs.

I couldn't believe how easy and quickly reviews started coming in and it has really impacted our SEO on google. We are excited about everything this product can do. From reviews to referrals to loyalty programs and all of our email and text campaigns all in one

Comentarios: It has been a good overall experience and I believe to date I see and am getting appropriate value to continue. I think with more time using the system, I will experience even great value.

The product is very complete and intuitive. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] creates emails and offers for special days of the year that I can send directly to my customers and that is a great benefit. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has also been very attentive to my learning style and because of that I very satisfied with my progress and uptake.

Contras:

It takes some effort to learn and get the most out of especially concerning campaigns for both text and emails and landing page development. I may not be there yet because I am a month into using the system but I want more analytics. Also, when beginning my service, all services were not available to me and that was a little annoying.

Refferrizer is boosting my business

Comentarios: My over all experience with Refferrizer has been wonderful. The customer support has been great. The onboarding was smooth and helpful (Thanks [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]) and the results have been terrific.

Puntos a favor:

What I like most is the coaching help from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to get onboarded and make sure I am leveraging the system. That coaching is what has assured that the system is getting me what I wanted for mu business. I also love how easy it is to connect with past customers and leads and get actual conversions from them. In about a month I have had 21 past customers or leads purchase summer camps and I have 32 more pending that I have connected with already. The Loyalty program is great for my current customers. Since I started using it, I have seen increased sales from current customers. The best part is it has been so easy, it does almost all the work for you!

Contras:

I would love to have the ability to sorry my contact by zip code since I have multiple territories under my franchise. This would help me target customers in specific areas.
