A must for all tutoring businesses
Comentarios: Life-changing. Seriously. Before this we were with Learnspeed and it was far less user-friendly and we were spending more.
Puntos a favor:
It looks so professional to all our customers. All our tutors easily understand how to use it without nearly any training. Customers are very comfortable logging in and giving us their CC. Overall, just fantastic.
Contras:
Every once in awhile I'll come across a missing feature. I then need to create a personal bot for our company that makes up for it. For example, it lacks PayPal integration for paying our teachers/tutors.

Great product for Tutor companies

have been fabulous. They are polite and friendly and we recieve quick responses, with helpful information and guidance on how we can get the best from the system. With best practices, little tips and tricks, we can meet many of our business needs and digital transformation aspirations with Tutor Cruncher. They also pro actively contact us and offer to walk us through additional functionality which may fit our business set up. I would highly recommend Tutor Cruncher to a Tutoring Company.

It is clear to see that the system has been designed and developed by someone who knows the tutoring world. The functionality and features are fabulous, we got up and running really quick and the benefits it bought to our team were great. We were working quicker with less errors and better communication with our Tutors.
Contras:
We are a small business and cant' afford to pay for the development of our bespoke processes. However, as a start up, there is so much potential for Tutor Cruncher to grow. All of our processes are not currently supported by Tutor Cruncher, however many of our business requirements are met. It is an exciting journey to be on with Tutor Cruncher, as they are open to our feedback and ideas for additional functionality for the system to be driven forward and grow as a product. I cant wait to see additional processes in the future.

Good quality software
Comentarios: Good! Apart from the two improvements I wrote about, I love TutorCruncher and I think you did a great job at building it.
Puntos a favor:
The number of options available and the fact that it simply works. Other types of software don't always work, so I was happy to see TutorCruncher does what it is supposed to do. I like the number of options and the client-student system works really well, as does the invoicing.
Contras:
Two things: 1) The software does not work intuitively. Options are difficult to find and are not where a client expects them to be. I'd advise you to work with someone who knows about customer experience in software and who is willing to update the software with your customer in mind. As a client, the software has clearly been designed by someone who is good at building software, but who is not specialised in customer experience. 2) Translations. These options are horrible. There are many words one can translate in TutorCruncher, but once I did, the original English terms appeared on the invoices, still. When I asked about this, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] told me the translations are just there 'for you'. For me? I don't get why it works like this. I'd advise you to either a) make sure the translated terms appear throughout TutorCruncher as well as - most importantly! - on the invoice to the client's customers, so that the client won't have to build a new invoice using Moustache. And b), I'd also be interested to work with you to translate the software to Dutch or other European languages. In that way, your clients won't have to translate at all, and it will provide you with the opportunity to start selling the software here in the Netherlands (as there is no Dutch software available atm).

Our translations work for end users only (clients, tutors, student), which is why you will not be be able to see these changes on your admin profile. Use of Tutor Cruncher for Online Business

Tutor Cruncher has helped us to clearly store and track all of our lesson delivery in one place that is clear for all of our tutors to review and then also write lesson reports for.

It would be great to have better payment integrations for international currencies and also for there to be a better log of lesson durations on the attendance report button for clients to view

Comentarios: Has allowed us to solve many problems and make running our business easier. We've gone from using 4-5 excel sheets, to managing everything on a cleaner platform on TutorCruncher, which has led to much less hours spent on menial tasks.

Tutor Cruncher Does The Crunching So We Don’t Need To!
Comentarios: Overall, while there are always learning curves for all, Tutor Cruncher's team has worked seamlessly with our team to ensure that the transition and daily use is smooth. I, personally, appreciate that I can gather questions from my team and take them to the Tutor Cruncher team and we can dialogue about them. This communication makes for an amazing working relationship!

As we grew as a Tutoring Agency, it was great to have a system that already had thought of how such a business operates so that the transition could be seamless for our team and our customers.
Contras:
As with any software, there are improvements that with time can be expected. Our tutoring team would love there to be a built-in spell check for reports and outgoing emails!

Changed my company dramatically
Comentarios: It’s a fantastic product, with fantastic support. I can’t believe anyone would sign up to Tutorcruncher and regret it.
Puntos a favor:
It saves you hiring an admin person. It streamlined invoicing. With TutorCruncher running in the background, you can focus all your efforts into building your company and making it better. I was pretty nervous as a CRM is such a vital aspect of the business and difficult to change once started. But I never looked backed after.
Contras:
The only real Con for me, is that it’s designed for an agency. So has all the features you would expect for self employed tutors. My tutoring business is a company and everyone is paid by PAYE, I wish I could turn all the self employed features off. Eg, the amount Tutorcruncher tells tutors that have earth, is not what they get in their wages. Also I wish it had a feature that could collect the millage to make a our tutors milage claims automated. But that is just wishful thinking.

Impacting our productivity
Comentarios: The team at TutorCruncher are responsive and provide support in a variety of ways. Their knowledge base is really user friendly and the team members themselves have consistently made themselves available to provide specific support and respond to queries as we have made them. I very much appreciate the collaborative approach, particularly in relation to the development of new features and system improvements.

TutorCruncher has made a significant difference to our activity as a business - a range of functions that have really helped us to centralise information, run and provide analytics for a range of stakeholders and have robust records for delivery, client payments and tutor payments etc. Functionality such as the creation of enrolment forms that can be embedded onto our webpages has improved customer experience significantly.
Contras:
There are some nuances to the software that we didn't necessarily appreciate the value of in our initial set up phase, which we are now backtracking on! It would be great to have the 'availability' function track across all branches within the organisation so that branch managers can see the full picture of tutor availability. Similarly, it would be great if there could be a process of cloning/duplicating JOBS - this would be a major timesaver for the way that we use the system currently.

Recent bugs
Comentarios: We recently experienced some bugs in creating a new tutor profile. We hired a few tutors in March and created the accounts of Tutorcrunch for them. However, all of the new accounts registered in March have disappeared suddenly without any record/history left behind. We know there is a function in TC to check the history of any action. But those affected accounts have disappeared and no record. They just liked not being created. Those tutors have to re-do the setup to their account. This is quite inconvenient for them.

The tutors' availbility is amazing for communicating with tutors in different time zones.
Contras:
1. The calendar only shows one time zone, we need to switch every time in the setting. 2. If the calendar can be default set as showing 00:00-23:59, it would be best, because we need to manually press something to show more time on the calendar.

Fantastic platform
Comentarios: I would recommend TutorCruncher to any organization that has a high number of contractors and does not want their software costs to be tied to that. The responsiveness of the TutorCruncher team is also unparalleled.

As an organization with many contractors that work as tutors, TutorCruncher offered the best pricing plan for us. Aside from the versatility of the platform which makes it very flexible in meeting our needs, one of the absolute best aspects of TutorCruncher is the user/customer support. The TutorCruncher team is by far the most responsive team I have ever dealt with as a customer: they are quick to provide fixes and feature updates when requested.
Contras:
Some features on the platform are a bit cumbersome to use and aren’t as flexible as we’d like them to be.

Tutor Cruncher is a game changer.

Our jobs vary a lot so it would be good to have that flex.

An affordable software that is great for business management.
Comentarios: I was able to quickly connect my students with tutors that could help them with their specific needs involving coursework.
Puntos a favor:
This software is super affordable and is a bargain when considering all of the extra features that you receive. I am a huge fan of the fact that the software is accessible from almost anywhere using any device including my cellphone. The monthly pricing system is great as it allows my company to purchase a subscription for as many months as we see fit instead of being stuck with it if we do not like, fortunately this software meets all requirements for both teacher and students.
Contras:
The biggest downside to using this software is the fact that I can not host it on my own domain. I wish that this were possible, but at this time it is not. I also would like to see a cheaper support option initiated.

We do have an Enterprise price plan which allows you to have your system accessed via your own domain, though this is a premium service which we discuss on a case by case basis. Additionally, our dedicated support service is excellent value for money given the level of insight and engagement on offer. I would encourage you to take a look at these areas!

Comentarios: As a new user I am still in the process of onboarding our existing tutors and getting clients set up on the platform. I am hoping once the full setup is complete that the system will make the process of matching clients and students much more streamline.

A tutor specific CRM platform that understands the relationship interactions between clients, students and tutors. The blogs and guides are extremely helpful
Contras:
It would be very helpful to have an easy PDF guide for both tutors and new clients/students explaining to them how to use the software/the onboarding process. It isn't always easy to know what they can view and/or where to find certain information even in client view.

Tutorcruncher system is very quick and easy to learn

As someone who helps with running a tutoring company, tutorcruncher has helped us in many aspects of our company. From keeping track of enquiries and tutoring jobs to helping sort out payments with ease. It's very quick and easy to figure out the system, and great to use.
Contras:
A feature that would be helpful is perhaps an ability to integrate with Monday.com, and also to link an email to send information to when a client/tutor updates their profile.

Good software
Comentarios: Tutorcruncher isn't perfect yet but it has a lot of potential and I have faith that the team behind it can get it close to, if not perfect.
Puntos a favor:
The range of features make this software really useful and I would really recommend it - I really like that this manages lesson delivery, scheduling, invoicing, jobs board, analytics, etc. I also am impressed with the customer service and can see that the team behind it is working hard to constantly improve.
Contras:
The customer pipelines are pretty terrible and it is annoying that I have to also pay for a pipedrive subscription in addition to Tutorcruncher. The analytics could also go into a little more depth.

Amazing and extremely helpful software!

The software provides almost every function you could wish as a tutoring agency. Bugs are fixed immediately and the after sales service is great. These Features is going to help any tutoring Company all over the world to increase their income and decrease their costs.
Contras:
Only one Point, and only interesting for a few of you: Unfortunately, the software is still not translated into German. Maybe Tutorcruncher should consider this soon, there is a huge tutoring agency market in the German speaking countries like Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
