Excelente medidor de tiempo

Comentarios: Mi experiencia es aceptable y muy buena ya que mi trabajo ha sido mejor sincronizado con mejor tiempo de calidad y alcanzar mis objetivos laborales como el de mis compañeros , así mismos sus herramientas han mejorado mi contabilidad de gran manera y mejorar mis tiempos . La recomiendo .

Puntos a favor:

Esta aplicación me ha funcionado de gran manera ya que las personas que están en nuestra empresa están cronometradas para así alcanzar un trabajo más rápido y eficientes . Al igual me funciona para medir de cierta manera la contabilidad de la empresa.

Contras:

No hay ninguna desventaja estoy satisfecho con esta aplicación.

el programa es bueno y hace el trabajo basico y tambien se integra con QBO, lo que agiliza el proceso

Contras:

todavia no esta listo para el horario estelar

Comentarios: La mejor solución con este programa ha sido poder controlar el tiempo de trabajo de los trabajadores de un modo muy sencillo.

Lo que más me ha gustado de este programa es que permite automatizar muchos procesos de una pequeña empresa, como los horarios de los empleados, generar facturas y también informes. Fácil de usar, conseguirás mejorar la eficacia de tu empresa o proyecto.

Contras:

No he encontrado nada malo, quizá la empresa debería ser un poco grande para poder sacarle el mayor rendimiento posible.

Es un software de confianza que lleva a diario el marcaje de las horas labradas de los empleados, basada en la información a tiempo Real para obtener una perspectiva instantánea de las horas facturables.

Contras:

El seguimiento sistemático a los trabajadores para que puedan adaptarse a la aplicación y así puedan llegar la información al sistema en tiempo justo

Comentarios: Controlar las horas de trabajo de mis empleados y la ubicación al momento de llegar e irse de un sitio de trabajo, excelente para pagar las horas de trabajo que realmente están cumpliendo

Es un software bastante convencional, lleva a diario el marcaje de las horas trabajadas de los trabajadores, si éstos la marcan y se conecta con mi software quickbooks automáticamente. Ademas de proporcionar la ubicación en tiempo real al momento del marcaje de la hora.

Contras:

Lo que mas me ha costado es que los trabajadores se acostumbren a usar la aplicación, ya que ellos son los que deben marcar la hora y tener la ubicación de su móvil activada para que llegue la información completa que ofrece esta utilidad.

Comentarios: We’re excited about it and thought that we dont need to other paid websites which mean less work by that i mean the transfer from another website to another. Unfortunately, it was too difficult due to some approval issues from our-side and how confusing it is

I like the idea of how they try to include labour time and try to make it easy for the user which is nice

Contras:

Unfortunately, for my team and i, it was somewhat difficult and confusing. I’m not sure if it’s the wrong setting but when we decided to move the labour time in the invoice, it need admin approval which is quite annoying because sometimes, our upper managements are not always here and sometimes our the customers get upsets about it.

QuickBooks Time: Your time- tracking solution

Comentarios: The first highlight of my experience with QuickBooks Time is that I can integrate my QuickBooks accounting software to it. It is very easy to use also and helps me to keep track of my team members no matter where I am and this is because I can use both my desktop or mobile.

The mobile app gives me access to information anytime I have to step out and I am not with my computer. This is what I like the most about it.

Contras:

I do not have what I like least about it at the moment.

QuickBooks Time is the best assistant.

Comentarios: As an accountant dealing with different employees on a contract, I see Quickbooks Time as the best assistant because it allows me to reconcile different data components when calculating employee wages and charging my clients. I get all this information in one place.

Contras:

I need additional controls to ensure employees are physically present on-site when they clock in. The system's lack of a messaging tool makes it difficult for employees to communicate on shift changes.

Time Tracking Made Simple!!

Puntos a favor:

I love that Quickbooks Time is very easy to use and for our employees to understand. We utilize the geofence feature often and we also utilize the job costing/tracking time coding as well. It has been an easy way for us to keep all our payroll in one place.

Contras:

We have some issues here and there with an employee not being able to put in a time sheet due to a random glitch, but it's not a big deal to us!

Save time with Quickbooks Time

Comentarios: It has been a positive experience overall. We have used the software since it wasa T-Sheets prior to intuit purchasing them and changing over to Quickbooks Time. The transition was not difficult. Prior to using the software my field supervisors were submitting paper timesheets for all the employees. This has been a massive improvement.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to get timeclock info into quickbooks for payroll

Contras:

There have been a few instances where the connection between the app and quickbooks has failed for some reason or another. Customer support is always able to get it sorted out eventually, but when it goes down and you need to get payroll done it is a significant annoyance.

Intuit timesheets

Comentarios: Easy to set up for the employer and the employee. However, they need to work on the updates that causes issues on the employees phone.

Puntos a favor:

Ease of using the geofence and ease of application.

Contras:

app stops working quite often. When there's an update, it has issues with some of the employees phone.

Easy to use time tracking software

Comentarios: We use QuickBooks Time mainly to manage the time spent by the freelancer agents we hire for our customer service department. They are based in different countries within different time zones. So naturally we needed a solution that could make coordinating their schedules and managing their hours a simple streamlined process. So far using this software we cannot complain.

Puntos a favor:

The user experience as a whole is fluid. It doesn't have too much of a learning curve. Our Part-time employees can self-report shifts from different countries they are based in. We use accounting software from the same company, so the integration was smooth. Finally, the reporting and analytics were immaculate to monitor the efficiency and costs of our customer service department.

Contras:

Their customer service is generally responsive, during certain times, they can reply late. Besides this, for our simple use, we did not encounter much inconvenience.

Best accounting software hands down

The most user friendly time tracking program for companies around.

Comentarios: My experience has been overall positive. It is a very reliable tool 95% of the time and when/if it misses a beat it always guides you to rectify whatever may have happened. The integration with QB online makes this program an 8 for me.

Puntos a favor:

Quickbooks Time is a user friendly option for Timekeeping. Capable of handling large to small companies. Its's UI is intuitive. It's customization and modification options are plenty for whatever your companies needs are. Best part is that it seamlessly integrates with Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks Desktop.

Contras:

Quickbooks Time is a bit glitchy at times. The Time Kiosk option is very hit or miss. Sometimes it logs out, then you will need a code to designate that computer or device as a Time Kiosk. The experience is time consuming. The communication between QB Time and QB online can be spotty at times causing some payroll mapping problems. However, In fairness QB Time will issue the user alerts and help rectify a lot of the problems you may face.

Comentarios: I use it daily for tracking tasks, filling attendance, tracking leave requests. I have my own calendar and it has a beautiful UI, shows all my meetings and Its simple

I like the reminder system, the calendar is visually appealing and the end user tracking of project goals and deadlines

Contras:

The web integration is complex, response time is slow and not upto the matk

Comentarios: My overall experience with QuickBooks has been a positive one. It's flexible, it's functions are diverse and allow me and my employer to be on the same page with my time card and PTO.

Puntos a favor:

I like this app because it allows flexibility in time sheets. I can request time off, cancel the time off, and it will show me multiple breakdowns of my timesheet throughout the pay period. I work primarily remotely, this app allows me the flexibility and accountability to my timecard.

Contras:

Quickbooks time takes a long time to fix errors in the software. The PTO request function has not worked for 4 pay periods (8 weeks).
