I am old-fashion and would prefer to use paper and pencil to keep track of things. I just don't like technology in general.

Its a good excercise using this software
Comentarios: Muy buena,tiene cosas por mejorar pero en general es un software que ayuda mucho a las personas

Es super fácil de configurar y usar lo que lo hace una opción ideal,ofrece una capacidad de edicion en cuanto a los planes muy buena
Contras:
El soporte al cliente debería estar mas disponible y al tanto en caso de una emergencia en su implementación ya que como no es 24h existe ese riesgo.

Can't Wait To Get Started
Comentarios: Its been great so far, [sensitive content hidden] has been great to work with and the team responds very quickly as they know I am very invested in this product and my business' income relies on the app being designed.
Puntos a favor:
I love how they teach you how to use the platform before it is fully in your own hands. Education is super important for business owners, and I believe each owner should know how to operate their back end systems.
Contras:
Originally when I wanted to develop an app for my company I wanted to have a technical analysis feature for my coaching program which exercise.com did not offer. However it offered everything else I was looking for, and the price matched what I was looking for. I understand I would have paid a lot more to get the technical analysis aspect incorporated, but could potentially be a feature to include in the future.

Comentarios: Overall great, support is great. Just a few small details I would want to see improved
Puntos a favor:
Custom app, modifiable, ease of use, customer support
Contras:
App exits out of you phone if you switch to different app during workout. Analytics are hard to capture with integrating ads. Inputing 1RM with clients doesn’t transfer to client measurements. Building workouts is cumbersome as you can’t edit sets and reps for each week and exercise at the same time. Least favorite is that video hosting now cost money and framework changed. Using YouTube was a lot easier.

Our customer success manager is very knowledgable and very responsive.
Contras:
It is difficult to set up gift card options for someone to purchase a gift card to give to another person. It would be great to have a feature where anyone can purchase a gift card (without having to create an account), a one time code is automatically generated and can be applied to any product or service.

1. It works well as a "fitness" programming tool, but there's some weakness as a "sports performance" programming tool. 1a: Video analysis tools for sports skill remote coaching would be useful. 2. Nutrition coaching has to be manual. Automating that would be easier.
Good product
Comentarios: Overall it’s been good. We’ve been using exercise.com for 3 years now.
Puntos a favor:
We love how we can put workouts together and people can access them from all over. The customer service and onboarding process was great too. Easy to set up.
Contras:
The way it does billing is a bit wonky. It’s so hard to change charge dates and is confusing. The only way I have been able to figure it out is to start a new contract and cancel the old one which isn’t a good way to do it.

Comentarios: When individuals have downloaded the app, they have reported a very positive experience which has been great. Not much we can do about people who have trouble navigating tech. Personally haven’t leveraged the software to its full capacity but whenever I have a question or want to implement something new, [sensitive content hidden] / tech support has always been quick to answer and very helpful.
Puntos a favor:
Ease of use and automations have made it easy for billing and communicating messages.
Contras:
There has been confusion for some parents on the registration process but most of that comes from user error. If there was a way to have registration lead to a breakdown / tutorial on how to use the app, that would help parents a lot.

Comentarios: I like the platform so far, I think price point works well enough for my budget that I can be a life long customer

All of my clients think the app is great for accessing their workouts. Abby was great helping me understand how to use the platform.
Contras:
Sometimes my videos didn’t upload. It took me a while to learn how to use the platform and figure what best suits my business but that comes with learning.
A software that does everything
Comentarios: I needed a new platform for our business as we were expanding. Now we use the software to book for classes, personal training, massage, physical therapy, facials etc. We also run a 24/7 gym using this software to sell and manage it and use Kisi (integrated with exercise.com) for door access.
Puntos a favor:
The ability to do EVERYTHING on 1 platform..... and my trainer [sensitive content hidden]:)
Contras:
I can't come up with anything significant.

Comentarios: We went through purchase, set up and have been using successfully for the past couple of years and have been very pleased. Every time we have had an issue, question or concern, we will reach out to our POC, Abbie, and get a quick response.

Comentarios: It’s given my business a much more professional look and feel. I still have so many options to build my programming for continued growth and I’m excited about all the possibilities.

I’m not tech-savvy at all so it’s not intuitive to me despite it being very user friendly. Luckily it’s easier than others I’ve used and they walk you through every step.

Comentarios: Sage has been very helpful during the migration process. It's scary to switch your software but the whole Exercise.com team really steps in and walks you through every step. I can't imagine switching to anything else. We are very excited to get our facility up and running with this all-in-one software!
Puntos a favor:
Most excited to have full customization of the platform for our business as well as a fully custom app. Migration team and onboarding team has been very attentive. Very robust and easy to use software so far. Love how modern it is and doesn't look like Windows 99.
Contras:
We are still in migration process. So far I don't have any cons. I feel that the team is very responsive so if there was an issue they would be able to assist or adapt to fit our needs.

Comentarios: It feels like a product that is still finding its stride and is not as visually appealing for customers as many of the other interfaces they see on a daily basis or as other fitness apps often are.

This is really just a huge shout out and THANK YOU to [sensitive content hidden] for her fabulous customer support! She is A-mazing and consistently handles off the wall requests from us with quick responses and a patient ear for our problems. I always feel like we're going to find some kind of solution, new trick or easier way to accomplish a task when we in get in touch with her. As far as exercise.com itself, what I like the most is that the platform is being improved as time goes on.
Contras:
That the financial reporting was limited. It was also confusing for athletes to purchase training sessions and schedule them. This may be more a reflection of how we set up our on training options on the back end, but the customer's app experience was not particularly visually appealing and often times was difficult to use due to options menus or buttons populating to outside of the usable screen on phones.

Not loving all of the new updates. Also i wish you could scan people in and i've had a lot of trouble linking my card reader to the Exercise.com. I've never been able to get it to work.

Great platform for fitness professionals
Comentarios: Great experience. I am new to the platform and still am testing things out. The team is great. Platform seems very functional and user friendly (once you get used to it). The tech support and your account manager are with you every step of the way. It made a huge difference.
Puntos a favor:
Great customer service and support from the team. Weekly calls to get you up to speed are extremely helpful. The team members are very quick to respond to emails.
Contras:
No real Cons, like with any new system, it takes time to learn it and get used to it. The app process takes a while to get started and move forward. Lot's of back and forth.
