Comentarios: A lo largo del tiempo que hemos usado la herramienta, se han realizado varias adecuaciones y cambios que ofrece la herramienta podamos llevar a cabo sin impactar la operación al tener sus 3 capas DEV , QAS y PRO, logrando exito en los proyecto.
Puntos a favor:
La velocidad en el manejo de la información y su accesibilidad vía web, lo hacen un software de calidad y eficaz para la industria media y superiores.
Contras:
La implementación y consultoría debe ser con especialistas reales que conozcan la herramienta o pueden ofrecer funcionalidades limitadas por su desconocimiento.

Comentarios: Con SAP S/4HANA Cloud tenemos acceso a nuestros datos desde cualquier sitio y cuando queramos, además no tenemos que preocuparnos por si el día de mañana nuestro harfware se queda obsoleto.Como siempre, todo lo relacionado con SAP es caro y SAP S/4HANA Cloud no es una excepción.
Puntos a favor:
Su principal ventaja es que es accesible desde cualquier lugar y si la empresa va creciendo no es necesario la compra de nuevo hardware que puede suponer una gran inversión, además de hacer esa evolución de manera mucho más rápida.Hay que destacar uno de sus puntos fuertes que es las medidas de seguridad con la que se protegen nuestros datos, aunque como ya sabemos ningún sistema es infalible.
Contras:
Como todo lo relacionado con el eco-sistema de SAP tiene un coste y no es precisamente bajo.La ventaja del cloud es que puedes acceder desde cualquier lado, pero a su vez es una gran desventaja porque si tienes problemas con la conexión a Internet no tendrás ningún tipo de acceso.Aunque si se puede implementar con otros sistemas empresariales, a veces es complicado y costoso, lo que aumenta los gastos ya de por si elevados.

Son aplicaciones con claves que se trabaja de forma tradicional y se instala como todos los software que se han estado trabajando pero como proveedor al 100%. Cubre el manejo de finanzas a ventas y gestión de suministros. Una variedad de orientación a los procesos de marketing. Ofrece una gestión de proyectos y servicios profesionales. Todas las funciones de S/4HANA te ayudarán a entender que necesidades esperas satisfacer en tu producto estrella. La interprise cubre la orientación a la solución de procesos críticos de una empresa dando una mejor visibilidad en todas sus funciones.
Contras:
El cambio de términos y tener la necesidad de conocer lo nuevo.

Comentarios: Durante 18 años, de utilización de este Sof, me a permitido adquirir una gran experiencia sobre el, y ver qué es una gran herramienta complementaria para el día a día en lo laboral.

De este Sof, lo que más me gusta es que me permite viajar de ventana en venta y eso da más excelencia a mis análisis
Contras:
Que a veces no es tan amigable para aquellos que no tienen conocimiento de inglés

Contras:
Complex implementation is one of the major cons, it demands careful planning, skilled personnel, and substantial training investment. There are more challenges while comes to customizing SAP S/4 HANA compared to SAP MM .
SAP ByD Struggles
Comentarios: SAP overall is very disorganized. I do not recommend purchasing any of their software because they promise you the world and don't deliver. Look at SAP Anywhere and S4, both have been flops up to this point.

It is great for SCM but that's about the only thing.
Contras:
You have to click 10x before getting to the screen you need. It doesn't properly record revenue and doesn't offer a VSOE606 option for revenue recognition. If you're looking for an ERP you're better off using Netsuite.

Comentarios: Our operations have been boosted massively by S/4HANA. With it, we've not only saved time and reduce human error by automating a lot of our repetitive operations, but we've also set up a system where data from all kinds of different areas flow down, get consolidated, and then charted to boost our data-driven decision making. It's pretty costly an difficult to set up, but once you have it up and running, it'll really boost your operations.

The best thing about it is just how integrated it is. We really needed a system where we didn't have to sync a dozen different tools together to run our operations, and S/4HANA has been a lifesaver in that regard. All the modules are linked together so you don't have to worry about integration health and all the data gets synced straight away
Contras:
The pricing is a big disadvantage. It could be an issue for companies looking to use SAP to support their expansion.

Comentarios: Did lots of data migration and haven't seen anything that goes wrong. I can easily trust my data kept safe there. Also used graph data processing feature time to time and predictive analytics feature, can easily recommend as works great.

Fastest SAP product ever as it operated and built for cloud, never had a connection issue. Simplifies processes and can improve user experience.
Contras:
First time users need serious training and the product could be expensive for small or medium businesses, so should be considered for large companies.

S/4 HANA Cloud brings a refreshing upgrade experience, which has always been a pain in every organization I have worked with. It also you forces you to re-focus your business processes, as the upgrade responsibility now occurs when dictated by SAP. Something great about having the most up to date system is S/4 is very focused on enabling APIs to interact with your ERP. Since you are constantly updating, you have available the latest APIs.
Contras:
Its main strength is also its weakness. Your business users have to be very focused on validating the base functionality after an upgrade. It can be time consuming at times, but is essential to ensure business continuity.
I love the scalability of HANA.

The initial hands on training for new non technical users can be a little tricky, more tutorials could be introduced.

Comentarios: When starting with the program, transactions and reports were a bit difficult, but after handling it, it is a very successful and reliable program.

Comentarios: Overall, this tool is definitely needed for companies to migrate from SAP ECC. My experience with the tool has been good. The business users too feel that most of the processes are already available in the Business Content of SAP

Billing, Invoicing and payment processing feature is very helpful.4. Bank reconciliation preparation.5. General Ledger code for each line item.6. Different reports can be obtained using different Tcodes.7. Very detailed reporting is available.8. Preparation of budgets for the entity.9. Uploading of budget into the system and intra company budget transfers.

1. It is very expensive.2. It gets stuck sometimes, when I want to export a larger number of line items data.
