Also the software slows up on big jobs which is frustrating.

Radical Tradify
Comentarios: Really helpful. Gave me an extended free trial period. Are very fast to call back wroth over the phone support. I'm not moving any time soon. Love this tooll and the company.
Puntos a favor:
Yes a great tool. I use it daily to quote and invoice my jobs as a Data Cabler. T connects with my suppliersso my invoices are costed correctly. I'm a happy camper. The mobile app is 100%functional. So I can invoice customers on the job if I need to and take payment via credit card via stripe. Easy.
Contras:
It's a pretty gripe but they are in new Zealand so that's an issue I suppose. Since I'm an Aussie. Lol.

Tradify for small business
Comentarios: It has helped us a lot with client management and client communication and scheduling workers on sites. They can see instantly on their phone what the job is and I don't need to send out weekly individual emails with address and jobs.
Puntos a favor:
We are very happy we can keep all our clients data, quotes and scheduling on one system where everyone can see. We are not using the billing as yet but that is another stage for us. We wanted to get everyone used to it first.
Contras:
No specific dislikes as yet but sometimes sent quote shows as opened and viewed by the customer when they didn't even received it.

Fairly Easy to use, some good features, requires more development

Saves time quoting and invoicing, layout of invoice looks good, the app is easy to use so the guys in the field don't struggle with how to use it.
Contras:
when sending emails from tradify the invoices at the bottom say sent from Tradify, i get that its a bit of free advertising for Tradify but I think it looks unprofessional from our point of view, you can download invoices and documents and send your usual way but that does take longer. Doesn't get updated very regularly I used a competitors software for a while (doesnt integrate with MYOB essentials which is why i stopped) and they did regular improvements every month. doesn't integrate with other calendar programs like google calendar. kits which i like where you basically put together regular things that you do ie install a double Power point, but you cant do this on invoices. Pages on the app do take a long time to load and a big downfall no offline access to the app.

Tradify - small review from a HVAC tech prospective
Comentarios: biggest problem tradufy has solved is time management and reminders in the schedule and being able to link jobs to the schedule is great.
Puntos a favor:
i love the quote and invoice templates and how easy it is to send off to an email of a phone number which makes it easy to kindly remind customer to pay their bill.
Contras:
- would be nice to be able to combine multiple invoices into one invoice but chance I just don't know how to do it. - weekly schedule would be easier if it was in a tile form similar to apple calander to display the week ahead and jobs in each day.

I was using a different software until I found Tradify. It does everything and more. Customer database, jobs, schedule, invoicing etc. Made my life much easier.

Flexibility of Tradify

I am using Tradify in three separate businesses and find using it a great experience. My time is limited and I have no patience for apps that do not deliver, Tradify is not on this list.
The seamless integration with Xero is faultless, often a sticking point with integrated apps.
I have spoken to the staff on several occasions when I have been working on out of the ordinary problems, and they have always been easy to deal with and professional.
The new format has improved the experience yet again which is a testament to the innovative attitude of the company.
Puntos a favor:
Ease of use always is a big factor in choosing tools of trade. Designing systems that are both instinctive and functional is never an easy task, Tradify has done this well. Flexibility to correct entries is also important.
Contras:
Having to be online to use the software. Would be great to have the ability to work offline and then sync.

Powerful software for my electrical business
Comentarios: Basically it's a time saver and who doesn't want more time for things other than paperwork! For some reason I enjoy adding items to my price list but then I know that item is just a click away from a quote or invoice!
Puntos a favor:
Quoting and invoicing are my favorite features. Once you have frequently used material prices loaded then it's really quick getting a quote or invoice off to a customer. The customer then receives something very professional looking and can even accept your quote right then and there and you'll be notified. You can even see if your quote or invoice has been opened and viewed!
Contras:
I can't think of any features that are really missing. Personally I don't make much use of the scheduling system. It isn't a fault of Tradify as it's right there for me to use, I just feel more connected using a physical diary.

A value for money system that will cut your hours in the office and streamlines your business

When i first started I thought is was a bit of a gimmick, however it is far from it, I have been using tradify for about 2 years now and i can tell you that it has cut my office time down by 70%. I now quote at the customs house in front of them and give them a quote there and then, i then can book them in to do the work at the same time. my teem gets there purchases order descriptions work and where and when at the same time ( no doing quotes at midnight). I can track my teem and alter items on site. I use this to my advantage as it is a great selling tool, customers do not like waiting for quotes and the speed you can do all this show that you are on the ball and a professional. My competition does not stand a chance.
I can be a little non user friendly to start with but keep persisting as it will pay off.

Comentarios: We run 12 staff and up to 60 sites a day. Its great to use simple to follow. The staff had it nailed in 2-3 days.
Puntos a favor:
Web based booking system that talks to my accountancy package simply and efficiently suitable for all phones with browsers. Its been very stable as opposed to other more complex and difficult systems we have used in the past. Has all the reports and features needed to work out productivity and cost tracking per job/ profitability. The added bonus is the cost!!! I saved approximately $650 per month switching to this product.

Comentarios: We have had a great amount of success with Tradify not only with scheduling but and increase in efficiency across the board.
Puntos a favor:
Being able to see all our staffs movements and schedule at a glance offers a great amount of flexibility to rearrange jobs at short notice. Quoting jobs quickly with the use of Kits has dramatically decreased our turn around time for our tenders.
Contras:
I would love the ability to review a quote total breakdown with labor and materials made an option. Especially when using kits I havnt found an option to view a report of labor and materials prior to sending it out.

I like the user interface and the ability to totally manage a job. Being a sole trader I can quote, time track, and invoice quickly and easily. I can see it's potential for multi staff job assignments.
Contras:
No offline functionality. I would love to be able to use this without data coverage in the field and then have it sync with the server. This also affects the speed of usage if I am in a weak mobile signal area.

Organize your time better, and your staff!
Comentarios: Wow what a change, being able to book jobs, and track there progress, its just great. Also being able to see how many hours a staff member has charged out invaluable.
Puntos a favor:
The ease of us being able to log on from any device and check clients phone no's while out on the road and track the progress of the job, and to be able to check staff locations just fantastic.
Contras:
Nothing really its all good, if I had to say what do I like least its probably the fact it costs me money, would I cancel it to save me the money no way! We all love it!

Great software that helps me manage my business from anywhere
Comentarios: I really like this product, we were looking for a basic job tracking piece of software, and this perfectly answered all of my criteira. I'm not even a trade business, we are a design studio. But it really provides all that I need so am very happy to continue using it.

Easy to find jobs, Easy to search through work. I can see the status of jobs quickly, can add in notes and additional information. Great tracking system of time spent, who did what and where we are up to. It also speaks to MYOB.
Contras:
Nothing, it's all good.

We have ben using Tradify for a while now, we find it a very useful tool to manage all our staff, assets and multiple job sites each and every day.
The system allows us to track exact costs of each job at any time, and makes sure all materials and time is charged to the right job.
Puntos a favor:
Easy to use, very user friendly by giving each team an Ipad they can self manage their own jobs and purchases, whilst allowing management to see what's happening.
Contras:
There are a few features we would love to see, but in saying that we have over time talked to the team at tradify and a few of our wish list items have started to appear.

I've been using Tradify for 18 months now and have found it to be very good for my business.
Puntos a favor:
Tradify integrates well with Xero and does exactly what I need out of the software. I have staff members out on the road and find that I have a lot less paper work to deal with at the end of the day.
Contras:
It does have a couple of bugs but nothing too serious and they are always doing work to improve and take suggestions seriously.

We have been very pleased with our experience with Tradify so far.
We find the system easy to get around and are enjoying using the features we had not been able to use with our previous system.

- Tradify is very easy to use. - We can attach PDF forms and photos to our jobs making getting information to our Technicians much easier. - With the reoccurring jobs you can also set up the reoccurring invoices that correspond with them.
Contras:
1. Can't attached building plans to reoccurring jobs so they stay on file. 2. You cannot control the invoice reminders when they go out. Clients get a bit upset when you send them too many.
