Contras:

VAGARO ES UN PROGRAMA MUY COMPLETO, LO UNICO QUE ME DIFICULTA SU MANEJO ES QUE NO TIENE LA OPCION DE PODER MANEJAR EN ESPAÑOL

La eficiencia de gestionar citas y personal de manera rápida y segura

Contras:

Que demora tiempo de aprendizaje a personas que no tienen conocimiento de los software.

Comentarios: Buena, ayuda bastante para la gestión de cualquier empresa por lo que no veo porque no recomendarlo.

Puntos a favor:

La ayuda que da para la programación de citas y gestión de meetings u o básicamente organización del personal es impecable. 10/10

Contras:

Seria mejor si el cobro de uso por el software fuera un cobro único ya sea mensual o anual y no por movimiento o transacción.

La gestion de vagaro

Cumplió con mis expectativas puesto que me permite recordar citas, su facilidad y gestión es muy buena lo que hace que esta herramienta sea llamativa.

Contras:

Muchas veces no es tan rápido, varia muchas veces en la rapidez dependiendo del dispositivo en donde se ingrese.

Comentarios: Me ah gustado mucho ya que gracias a su prueba gratuita pude saber cómo funciona y tiene un costo muy accesible para pequeños negocios.

Puntos a favor:

Es una App fácil y sencilla para el agendamiento y recordatorio de citas para mis pacientes.

Contras:

Es algunas ocasiones para algunas personas puede ser desconocida y tal vez sea por desconocimiento a nivel de país.

Vágaro no me trajo ninguna novedad

Fue relativamente fácil de usar y buena sincronización

Contras:

No me aportó grandes cosas, se intentó implementar en mi trabajo pero no resultó.

Estoy feliz con Vagaro debería ser bilingüe inglés y español

Desde mi experiencia dentro del ámbito empresarial, considero que lo más destacable de la app, es el precio que tiene con respecto a otros similares, y que, además de ello, cumple con las expectativas notablemente. Además, a todos nos pasa que nos olvidamos de muchas cosas, y con esto, ayuda gracias a los recordatorios, a que no pase esto.

Contras:

No tengo nada malo que añadir acerca de este software. Es más, como he dicho antes, una aplicación con esta utilidad, sirve para mucho positivamente, tanto a las empresas, como a los clientes.

EL precio es fabuloso. Ellos pensaron en todo y como cada negocio tiene necesidades diferentes crearon los servicios individuales y tu los añades de acuerdo a las demandas de tu negocio y eso vale un millón. Accesible y fácil de usar. Te facilita la vida muchísimo. Gracias por crear esta super herramienta para negocios.

Contras:

no he visto un contra. todo me encanta. los tutoriales son lo mejor.

Me he encontrado con un software estupendo con muy buena facilidad de uso y de gran calidad. Además es muy accesible para todo tipo de personas que deseen usarla y con una primera impresión muy llamativa para los clientes.

Contras:

Considero que una de las pequeñas contras que se pueden encontrar en dicho software es la rapidez del mismo. He intentado acceder a través de distintos medios y el tiempo de rapidez y de carga no varía en función de un medio u otro.

Vagaro me ayuda a organizar todos mis formularios, notas de tratamiento y notas privadas de yoga, todo en un lugar seguro.

Contras:

Comentarios: As a small business owner, Vagaro is really helpful. By using the Vagaro app, users can easily appoint the service.
On my end, its very easy to set , and learn the basics, such as scheduling auto reminders and emails for customers. It has the option to identify roles like owner, sales customer service bookkeeper, etc., so I can easily divide tasks.

Puntos a favor:

Simple to configure and set up; proper guidelines are available for that As a small business owner, it is difficult to handle all the responsibilities associated with running a business. Vagaro really helps me to divide tasks and set automated reminders and emails. Payment options also secure here.

Contras:

Paying the swipe fee for every credit card transaction is kind of a headache for me. It's a good option to take a one-time payment, like in this situation.

Recommended for staying organized with health & wellness appointments!

Comentarios: I've had great experience using this software and it always makes it easy to book and keep appointments organized.

I have always had such an easy time booking appointments with Vagaro. Their scheduling feature is especially easy to use.

Contras:

This might be the fault of the vendor rather than Vagaro, but once, I used an address listed in Varago to go to an appointment and it was an old address. It would be great if Varago confirmed information like this to avoid issues.

Vagaro lacks Google Business Integration

Comentarios: Overall, my experience with Vagaro was ok. I would not recommend it to new business owners just because of the fact that they are not integrated with Google Business and the price. When people find you on Google and want to book appointments, they get stuck if Vagaro is the appointment platform you are with. This frustrated my potential clients and lost me a lot of business, so I would not recommend it.

Puntos a favor:

What I liked most about Vagaro was that I can add employees under me easily. It was easy to set up and get my business moving.

Contras:

I was very disappointed that Vagaro was not integrated with my Google page. It was very difficult to switch from Square to Vagaro because of this. When clients would book appointments, it would go to my Square Appointment Setter because Vagaro would not integrate with Goodgle, which was so odd to me. Also, the monthly payments for an app that doesn’t integrate with Google Business is way too high. As a small business owner it’s very important that we cut corners every which way we can; and I think that the people who decided to charge what Vagaro charges did not have the customer in mind when deciding, just maybe their profit. In the end I had to leave Vagaro because I found a cheaper app that intergraded very well with my Google Business. I have reached out and complained to them about this but got nowhere.

Beware the inflated reviews and heavy SEO. Vagaro isn't what it seems

Comentarios: Vagaro is absolutely awful. Non-existent tech support couldn't get my booking button up on instagram and google for 4 weeks and counting. Their system is super convoluted and requires a ton of unnecessary steps. You can't just punch in a dollar amount and charge people when you need to do a quick sale. You have to make a customer and add their info. I've had many customers come to me and complain about their online booking system also. I will be taking all my consulting clients off Vagaro

Vagaro looks great on the surface because they dedicate a tremendous amount of resources to SEO and inflating reviews.

Contras:

Unnecessary steps for us and for clinets. Awful support. Non-refundable equipment. Booking integrations doesn't work. List goes on

Comentarios: I use Vagaro as a customer for a few salons in our area. We love the ability to choose the date, time, stylist/tech and receive reminders about appointments.

Book With Ease

Comentarios: I use this app to schedule salon appointments for me and my daughter. It's easy to use, and the appointment reminders are helpful. Since the salon is always busy, it helps me to secure a booking time in advance so I can be sure to get in.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to use and easy to schedule appointments. After booking, it showed other businesses in the area, and I was unaware of many.

Contras:

Nothing. It is a very straightforward app to use.

Vagaro works!

Comentarios: My experience has been good overall. I enjoy that pricing and availability is displayed as a user.

Puntos a favor:

I enjoy avoiding the back and forth with others to try to get appointments and such booked. It allows for a convenient process.

Contras:

I dislike that the ability for cancelations its available.

Vagaro for the Team!

Comentarios: My experience with Vagaro has always been really good when booking an appointment with any business on the platform. I've gotten reminders and a link to confirm the appointment the day before which makes the process much smoother to remember. Vagaro is an amazing platform that I will keep using.

Puntos a favor:

Its booking platform is easy to use and the reminders on the platform are a plus!

Contras:

The least thing I like about Vagaro is the login process but either than that the platform is easy to use.

Could be better

Comentarios: Vagaro isn't my preferred app. I've tried several and tend to lean towards another due to it's broader portfolio of vendors, reviews and accuracy of scheduling.

Puntos a favor:

The geography for vendors in my area is nice. The ability to schedule and read submitted reviews is helpful as well.

Contras:

I wish there were more vendors listed. When searching for "haircut" in my local geography, I've found better apps to provide what I need.

Vagaro gets the job done.. ALWAYS SEEM TO IMPROVE

Comentarios: Overall it has been satisfactory, which is why I am still here. The inconvenience of setting up another platform has not been worth the move to another platform

Puntos a favor:

Ease of use, consistency of good customer service and added features

Contras:

High email/text marketing costs, high rates to process payments, inability to credit/rollover unused portion of marketing plan ( ie. if I pay for 5k emails and only use 2k, it would be nice to allow rollover of unused portion) Especially due to the fact that there have been many glitches or unexplained sends that were not actually sent!! We have so much wasted money due to this
