Comentarios: En estos tiempos de aislamiento social por la pandemia de Covid que nos toca vivir, en los que muchos han tenido que salir (obligados) a realizar reuniones virtuales, webinars y afines -en muchos de los cuales me ha tocado participar como asistente-, y en las mas variadas plataformas existentes; cada vez que lo hice me he convencido un poco mas que los seminarios en linea que implemento en mi AuditorioWeb (by ClickMeeting) son incomparables, super-profesionales; y es la plataforma la que marca la diferencia

Puntos a favor:

La estética, la personalización y el grado de automatización que se logra con ClickMeeting no la he visto en muchas otras plataforma, entre las tantas que llevo probando desde que comencé con los Webinars allá por 2012 Fácil, intuitiva, elegante serian algunos de los calificativos que mejor le quedan. El gusto y la satisfacción de speakers y asistentes con los cientos de Webinars que llevo realizados, me reafirma en cada evento esto mismo

Contras:

Realmente no le encuentro puntos débiles

Comentarios: ¡Me encanta absolutamente todo! Puedo fácilmente compartir la pantalla y todo funciona rápidamente. Además tienen el equipo de soporte estupendo y siempre que tengo alguna duda les esribo y al cabo de unos segundos tengo la respuesta.

Puntos a favor:

es super rápido, puedo compartir la pantalla en cada momento y acercar el cotenido compartido si resulta demasiado pequeño.

Contras:

Para mi no tiene ningunas desventajas, es la mejor plataforma que había usado. Se necesita Internet bueno y estable, pero es algo obvio para cada plataforma

estafa con la congelación

Comentarios: Es un engaño

Puntos a favor:

Si quieres cancelar la cuenta te ofrecen congelarla por 90 días. Y si aceptas estás perdido porque no puedes acceder a ella, no puedes anularla, no puedes ver cuándo se descongela... y claro, te puedes encontrar que, sin previo aviso, te han cobrado 200 o 400€, como me ha pasado.

Contras:

El servicio al cliente es pésimo. No puedes anular la cuenta cuando está congelada.

Great tool, easy to use

It's user friendly, beautiful tool. It's easy to use. Support team is very efficient, fast and friendly. No bug. the automation is wonderful, with monitoring and follow-up, fully configurable.

Contras:

white label customization is too expensive. We did not do it. we cannot choose a picture from us for the background of the waiting room, it is paying and too expensive for us but the pics offered by Clickmeeting were finally enough for us.

Alternativas consideradas: Zoom Events and Webinars y Livestorm

Razones para elegir ClickMeeting: webex was too expensive and very complicated to configure. Webikeo was too expensive.

Razones para cambiar a ClickMeeting: easier to use, support available in French and a little cheaper.

Scam - Cancelled Account and They Keep Reinstating Without Permission

Comentarios: Terrible. Customer service was extremely slow, they hung up on me online several times and when I finally got through they either lied to me or didn't follow through. I have now spent 7 hours total cancelling an account that I tried out that was supposed to be a demo and was never used.

Contras:

I cancelled the first time in Nov 2023. They put it on a hiatus for 3 months which I agreed to. I cancelled before the 3 months and they charged me anyway. I asked them to cancel my account (by the way, they left me on hold for 3 hours and I had to follow up 5 times and they said that my account was cancelled. They didn't cancel, they put it on hold again, and I just got charged again for a service that I am now on the 3rd time of cancelling.

Great for Webinars

Comentarios: We hold webinars about once per month and using ClickMeeting makes this process so simple. The automation that is built in is a huge time saver. I set up the webinar and can sit back and watch it all in action as people register. Even the follow up is automated. I highly recommend this platform for webinars or meetings.

Puntos a favor:

I like the automation built into the platform the most. I can set up a webinar and the initiation is automatically sent as well as the reminder emails plus the follow up email after the webinar is complete. I save so much time with ClickMeeting.

Contras:

I wish we could have more than 1 host without having to increase our plan. Most times, 1 host is fine but when we host collaborative webinars having a 2nd host would be helpful.

Great solution for online education

The best platform for webinars

Comentarios: Very good and getting better all the time.

Puntos a favor:

*The ability to go between video and screenshare with ease - the fact that the presenter can be the whole viewing window with one click. *The on screen functions - drawing etc. *The ability to prep everything before hand and be able to jump between slides, videos, camera, white board etc at the click of a button - this is far superior to Zoom, Skype, Teams etc. *The all-in-one event set up & registration system *The chat function works better than other platforms *The post-event data is excellent - a real bonus

Contras:

*Connection in China is patchy *Not enough people use it

Comentarios: Audio and video conferencing. Business instant messaging.

Puntos a favor:

ClickMeeting offers robust BIM and video conferencing capabilities. It also enhances quality video calls over the internet.

Contras:

Currently, I am facing zero issues when using ClickMeeting.

Comentarios: ClickMeeting has been relatively pain-free to administer, and where there have been hiccups, the excellent customer service has made it all worth it. Despite a significant time difference, ClickMeeting always provides me with prompt and thorough responses.

Puntos a favor:

ClickMeeting is easy to use, with a fairly intuitive dashboard and room layout. We were able to launch it with minimal training for our presenters.

Contras:

Enabling microphones for attendees by our presenters is not always reliable; we don't need to do it often, so it has not been a huge drawback.

Razones para elegir ClickMeeting: The worst customer service ever; very unreliable performance.

Software anterior: Webex Suite

Razones para cambiar a ClickMeeting: At the time (2016), the pricing was more attractive and the features were scaled to our needs. We have been satisfied customers since then and upgraded our subscription during the pandemic, when our webinar attendance increased greatly.

Good value for money, very fast support

Comentarios: Overall with CM we are able to cover our needs. In some ways we have to compromise our expectations and sometimes the tools are more complex than they could be. However, thanks to the quick support, we were always able to resolve everything close to our satisfaction.

Puntos a favor:

Very quick response. Not only the support but also changes in paid plan.

Contras:

I dont like embeded e-mails (notifications, invitations) customisation possibilities (use of my own "from scratch" templates would be great) and also the poor contact management.

Alternativas consideradas: Zoom Events and Webinars y GoTo Webinar

Razones para cambiar a ClickMeeting: There was a historical experience with it in our company (we have an account already) and positive feedback (to support especially) & in comparison with other tools there wasnt any major disadvantage in features. I also have some bad experiences with other tools from previous work. Prices were similar.

When stability is your #1 criteria

Comentarios: I like that it's a flexible and easy to use tool.
Support is always here to help.
My main concerns are the hefty price if you signup without any discount, the lack of flexibility when it comes to upgrades (need to go through support), the lack of marketing features to maximize sales / conversions when you're live.

Puntos a favor:

It's the most stable webinar tool I've tested. Even if you run into problems, you can still switch to the phone option to pick up where you left. Recordings are made in the cloud and can be synced automatically with your dropbox (but as a rule of thumbs, I always recommend to make your own local recording, better be safe than sorry). The API allows to automate a lot of stuff in the background if you want to skip their registration process to increase conversions.

Contras:

There is no way to have a real button for your call to action like in webinarjam : you can just paste a link in the chat. Generally speaking, it's not a "marketing centered" tool so you won't have all those features like "scarcity" countdown available. Pricing is quite expensive, especially if you need to run parallel sessions and capacity upgrades. For big capacity upgrades (>500 attendees), I had to contact support ahead of time as it's a manual process. It's not always possible to "know" in advance so you will most likely run out of capacity or pay for nothing. The API

It has many functions that makes an online event easy to conduct and engaging for audience, but it is not overwhelming. Design and style of menus are extremely intuitive and do not require training to use with ease.

Contras:

It could use a bit more options for paid sponsorships, such as banners.

Razones para cambiar a ClickMeeting: It was simply better. And price was attractive.

Very good communication tool for the Foundation

Comentarios: Overall, it is a very good tool for our applications, i.e. for webinars and symposia. The ability to serve 3,000 participants or even more in our business is essential, and ClickMeeting provides such an opportunity. The ease of interacting with participants is also what distinguishes this product.

Puntos a favor:

ClickMeeting offers very easy management of "presenter"/"participant" statuses and communication between presenters and participants of webinars and conferences.

Contras:

An option for improvement, in our opinion, is the possibility of closing the event (webinar, conference) by the presenter. Our experience shows that this option should only be available to the administrator.

ClickMeeting - helpful tool for online events

Comentarios: ClickMeeting helps me deliver meaningful events to broad audience without me having to worry about technical issues - everything works smoothly

ClickMeeting is an excellent platform.The platform offers helpful functionalities such as recording meetings and easily exporting them to external platforms.

Clickmeeting a great tool for NGOs

Comentarios: We have been using Clickmeeting for the second year now and find the tool a great fit for our needs, especially when it comes to organising webinars.

Most useful for us is the ability to record meetings and webinars. This makes it possible for us to use content from webinar in the future.

We would appreciate being able to choose the quality in which webinars can be recorded

I liked how simple ClickMeeting was to use. It was extremely simple and intuitive to set up and manage a meeting. The user interface was also appealing and simple. Further to that, ClickMeeting included a slew of features, such as screen sharing and video conferencing, that helped to make the meeting more productive and efficient.

Contras:

The automated thank you email should be customizable. We now send our own personalized follow-up message to attendees because we can no longer use that feature.
