Mo is good

Comentarios: Overall I am very satisfied with the Mo, how it works and its user friendly layout. It is easy to navigate and offers a great platform to facilitate reward and recognition in real time across the organisation.

I love the platform, its functionality and its ability to facilitate reward and recognition to colleagues both at a local level and across the organisation. Its very user friendly and easy to navigate and is a great tool for colleague engagement and making people feel valued.
Contras:
The only downside I would say is that is can sometimes take a while for new colleagues who join the business to pull through as active on the platform. Speeding this process up would be beneficial and offer a better service.

Ease of use. Features are very easy to navigate.

Too many junk emails to my inbox. May not be a feature of Mo itself but that of users.
Great way to engage employees
Puntos a favor:
Mo has reimagined the employee reward system now giving managers a chance to reward employees on each month which has helped boost morale within the company,l. It has also meant that people can enjoy earned benefits without the tax implications being passed to them for long service and employee of the month rewards.
Contras:
Missing some functions that would make it easier for everyone to get involved such as department only shoutouts rather than open to all the business.
Peers recognition and rewarding platform
Puntos a favor:
Good and adequate documentation for us to onboard and start using the platform easily. We use it to encourage and appreciate each other success or important event for our peers. We also can collect Mo's point that we get from recognition message and exchange it with reward.
Contras:
Mo work very well in changing our workplace mood and culture. I have no dissatisfaction or dislike with this platform.
Modern solutions for employees recognition platform
Puntos a favor:
Mo gives colleagues a platform which we can appreciate and give recognition to our fellow team and peers. It help to improves their relations and connection when their own team members is recognizing their success. Reward is the additional bonus from the recognition that they received.
Contras:
No least liked about Mo. It is easy to sent recognition message to peers and to redeem reward or incentives from the collected points.
Simple, fun and effective employee motivation
Puntos a favor:
It's a great way to reinforce working relationships, show and receive appreciation from colleagues and get a little 'extra' at the end of the month or year. It's easy to use and the options to spend credit are great.
Contras:
It can be tricky to work out how to distribute your Mo pot at times.

Comentarios: I use Mo a few times a week to review all of my colleagues and peers who have been praised and to recognise the hard work that they are doing. It is really rewarding to receive feedback and to be company wide recognised as helping the business because in some companies, this often becomes overlooked.
Puntos a favor:
It gives a great platform to recognise employees when they go above and beyond as well as peers encouraging each other. It is a very positive software which, through reward, gives people a sense of purpose.
Contras:
Ideally to have a more varied option of gift cards available to choose from although the selection is already good.
Amazing system to reward and recognize employees

Feel appreciated after getting reward and recognition from my superior for my hard work and mu hustle is getting known. Able to choose my own reward that I want and it is sent instantly on my email.
Contras:
I have nothing that I dislike with Mo. Everything is still ok and work correctly.

Comentarios: I check mo first thing every morning - I like the fact that its a prompt to remind me to say happy birthday or congratulate someone for their time served.

The ultimate engagement tool
Comentarios: It has become the pivotal tool in driving and developing the culture we're trying to build. It has allowed me to deliver so much more than I could before and offer a much greater employee experience because of it's functionality. It was able to absorb all previous schemes we had in place whilst offering a wealth of new ones at the same time and it's made my life so much easier.

It's saved so much of my time as an employee engagement lead. With everything housed internally and automated. The reporting is great, the live feed really helps to drive engagement and culture, the internal store closes the loop and it's super easy to manage budgets and users in it. But the list could go on and on.
Contras:
Mo are constantly developing and improving the platform. they also take on feedback really well, are keen to listen, learn and develop. On top of that they act incredibly quickly when things go wrong. Their customer support is so impressive and it's been a pleasure working with them.

Who doesn't love a bit of recognition? Personally, I love Mo as it gives you a nice overview of all the amazing things happening across the business that we may not know about otherwise. We see thank you messages from our 58 hotels and central functions and it increases engagement between departments.For our team (Marketing), we use it as a content bank that we can dip into to use on social channels for employer branding. This lets us show an insight into life at Atlas and we also use it to highlight great service to hotel managers from the reviews.The gifs and emojis are a cool touch and there's a great selection in the rewards store.

It would be great if we could use our own branding!
Excellent for recognising colleagues contributions

We recently started using this software at work as a new way to recognise and reward colleagues for going above and beyond at work. This software enables you to reward anyone around the business and you are also able to make your "posts" available to be viewed by everyone. This is a great way of see what everyone else around the business is getting up to and it's also a great way to make sure people are recognised widely for the excellent work/ contributions they are making. it is pretty straightforward to use and feels a bit like a social network in that you can scroll through everyone's posts.
Contras:
Because you can see posts by everyone around the business it can sometimes feel like a lot to scroll through, this however can be resolved by using the filters to change what you see - took me a while to figure that out!
