Estupenda herramienta para gestionar precios

Puntos a favor:

Múltiples opciones permiten adaptar en detalles los resultados para que los precios se adapten lo más posible a tus circunstancias (ocupación, fechas localización, min/base/max optional prices…etc)

Contras:

De momento nada, muy contentos de haber encontrado una solución que se adaptaba a nuestras necesidades

Un año con Pricelabs

Comentarios: Pricelabs me ha ayudado a obtener el máximo beneficio una vez que el mercado ha empezado a dinamizarse nuevamente. Tengo mas dificultad en los periodos de bajas temporadas, probablemente porque todavía no he entendido bien cómo utilizar el software cuando hay menos peticiones en el mercado. La experiencia ha sido satisfactoria y merece la pena invertir en el software para una gestión mas dinamica.

Puntos a favor:

La integración del programa con mi Channel manager ha sido fácil y rapida. La ayuda obtenida para entender el funcionamiento del software ha sido de vital importancia. Se necesita un poco de tiempo para acostumbrarnos a su uso y funcionamiento.

Contras:

Después del periodo de prueba es simple utilizar el programa y adaptarlo a las necesidades del mercado. Sería genial poderlo tener traducido al español o italiano en todos sus pasos, porque cuando se habla en términos técnicos habría menos dudas y sería mas simple su utilización.

Worth Every Penny

Puntos a favor:

My property management software let me set up basic perimeters, but nothing like the powerful tools PriceLabs provides. Once it's set up it updates my rates daily, something I could not do with multiple properties to manage,

Contras:

Not really a con, but there is so much market data they can provide that I still haven't 100% learned how to utilize it all to its full potential.

Easy to use with a wealth of features for a large scale short-term rental manager

Comentarios: Been great, easy to use and good customer support for when there are issues.

Worthless

Comentarios: Horrible

Puntos a favor:

There is no pro for us. It was completely worthless. We gave it over 6 months. When it was costing us money we dropped it.

Contras:

This product did nothing for our rental business. We understood how to use the tool, it was not difficult to use. It just does not work well. Their customer support was non-existent.

The best investment in my Holiday Let by far

Comentarios: An extremely good service, from the quick responses to my questions and queries via email, to booking 30 minutes teams calls to screen share my PriceLabs and go through all my questions and problems. My bookings have gone up drastically at one of my properties to almost 100% occupancy rate, I won't go without pricelabs on any of my holiday let's now

Puntos a favor:

The support is tremendous, I really enjoy how quickly and thoroughly you guys reply. The product itself needs nothing in my opinion.

Contras:

I do find all of the different setting hard to use, but I guess that's just comes with spending more time on it.

Great for revenue management of STRs

PriceLabs was one of the very first softwares I incorporated into my business. I manage my own STRs and it has been instrumental in helping me automate my pricing. With PriceLabs, I've been able to achieve a high ADR and occupancy. Very organized and user friendly UI that's easy and intuitive. The customer service is also fantastic! I always get a response within 24 hours with a super detailed and helpful answer. An essential tool for all STR self managers!

Contras:

I sometimes find myself having to manually fine tune and update the prices for certain dates because PriceLabs isn't accurate.

A MUST for vacation rental owners

Comentarios: I couldn't be happier. It has a lot of horsepower and does a tremendous amount of work in the background that saves me valuable time. It performs so well, it is easy to forget it's even there!

Puntos a favor:

PriceLabs is competitively priced, integrates seamlessly with my channel manager, ensures I have very limited to zero open dates in my calendars and has maximized my revenue. I find it very easy to use and I consider it one of the most important tools in my toolbox for successful management of my short term rentals.

Contras:

The interface is a little overwhelming at first, but it doesn't take too long to familiarize yourself with the layout and understand what the graphs and numbers are reporting.

Comentarios: Very positive, I went from an employment rate of 13.8% to 39.88% this year

Pricelabs saves me a lot of time with calendar alignment, dynamic pricing, and travel accommodation demand trends. I have been using it for a year and have yet to discover all the features that allow me to grow my business

Contras:

nothing for now for the technical part. I would like the translation of the guide into Italian. There is already something but many articles are in English, unfortunately it is my limit

Beat your AirBnb Competition

Comentarios: We find PriceLabs a handy tool to have to stay ahead of the competition.

Puntos a favor:

The ability to manage the prices of our AirBnb properties across multiple platforms, this keeps us ahead of the competition in a very saturated market.

Contras:

One drawback of PriceLabs is that if you're managing a lot of properties, setting up and managing pricing rules for each one can get complicated and take up a lot of time.

Comentarios: Great tool to properly price out my daily rate. Saves me a bunch of time and maximizes possible earnings so I don't leave money on the table.

Worth every penny

Comentarios: I've used pricelabs since I had 4 properties to manage, and now we have 100 in our portfolio. It's seamless, and does ALL the work for you. I can't say enough about how valuable this software is, and how crucial it is to maximizing occupancy.

Puntos a favor:

Fully automates the process of adjusting pricing, this increasing occupancy and maximizing revenue.

Contras:

Not intuitive, but things this powerful rarely are.

Awesome tool

Comentarios: After you understand the software it is a great tool to use. Cuts back on hours and hours of manually comparing prices and making sure we are positioned adoringly regarding the competitors. However to start using the SW it would be great to have a PriceLabs person hear you and help you set your initial stagy and explain the how the SW "reads" your inputs to generate it's outputs. Highly recommend it

Puntos a favor:

Rely rely helpful, to make sure yield the maximum revenue for each property. It is very flexible to customize to our harts content / location specifics. Information about expected occupancy in the town and "real" information about already booked occupation for each day forward. Rely easy to visually see in % how well we are doing in the future. This time frame is also customizable, so we chose, 7 day, 30 days and 90 day, to easily see if we are OVER selling (too cheap) our UNDER selling (to expensive). Integration with our PMS was very simple also.

Contras:

- Sold night, do not display the "correct" value that the unit was sold at. - Color scheme of information displayed (bule "cold" used for higher occupancy) - Base percentage history are not real values, of our apartment this year versus last nor versus the town. It's an estimate of what we have versus the changes we make. But none of this portrays reality.

Alternativas consideradas: Beyond

Razones para cambiar a PriceLabs: Beyond pricing - they use a percentage base payment and we hate this way of work, because our margin fades completely. Unless they requested 0.1 to 0.25% it is not viable to work with them.

Comentarios: I was surprised at how much they priced some of our nights for and they actually rented for that, which was almost double what we were getting on some nights!

I love that the prices are ever-changing based on demand and that I know I am in good hands, even if the dates are far off, they are priced correctly.

Contras:

I find it's quite complicated to use and understand the features - I do wish it was a bit more user friendly.
