Buen software para el monitorio de horas de trabajo de los empleados

Puntos a favor:

Es un software de fácil uso que nos permite en la empresa conocer la efectividad de nuestro empleados en cuanto a las horas invertidas en las tareas diarias de la jornada laboral. Mas que todo para esas actividades realizadas en teletrabajo.

Contras:

Hasta ahora no encontramos inconformidad al usarlo, tal vez mas funciones a nivel del movil.

Practico y transparente con tus empleados

Comentarios: En general, y por el momento muy buena. Como sugerencia, decirles que en España, la normativa laboral obliga a llevar un registro horario de las jornadas de los trabajadores, si pudieran hacer un informe adaptado a los requisitos que pide la autoridad laboral, complementaria todas las funcionalidades que actualmente tiene su software.

Puntos a favor:

Su facilidad de uso, y su precision en medir los tiempos de inactividad. Los reportes en excel tambien son fundamentales, para poder añadir analisis a los datos obtenidos.

Contras:

Quizá me gustaria poder diseñar los informes para obtenerlos en excel. Si se pudieran configurar o parametrizar a nuestro gusto como si fueran tablas dinámicas, se ganaría en operativa y flexibilidad.

Buena herramienta para hacer seguimiento

Puntos a favor:

Muy fácil de usar. Información recogida fiable y casi inmediata.

Contras:

Le falta poderse emplear al completo en dispositivos móviles.

Desktime

Comentarios: nos ha ayudado mucho, es fácil de usar, y brinda resultados reales al momento

Puntos a favor:

El producto es fácil de usar, y brinda gran cantidad de datos, que nos ayuden a valor la productividad dentro de la organización

Contras:

mobile time, o la aplicacón en el celular, no es tan funcional

Comentarios: Con Desktime podemos conocer el tiempo que utilizan los colaboradores en las herramientas de la empresa y en los proyectos que invierten su tiempo.

Puntos a favor:

Desktime es un software muy fácil de utilizar y muestra todas las métricas necesarias para un supervisor poder dar seguimiento al trabajo que realizan los colaboradores.

Contras:

No tengo quejas del producto. Todo el proceso es muy sencillo.

control del tiempo, facil de usar y llevar el control de las horas de todo el equipo

Contras:

quizás un poco lento el panel de la pagina web, y el precio es muy alto, si se pueda bajar al menos a uno 50%, estoy seguro que venderian más.

Monitor Employee Troughput Easily

Comentarios: By implementing this utility software, employee working insights come up, and you can easily monitor which employee is working. When WFH culture is come up by the company, it's a prevalent issue to watch their employee's work, desk time resolves this issue altogether.

Puntos a favor:

You can track your working time, peak time and assign work status using few click only. Graphical user interface makes you happy to see all green bar and also warn you about to fulfill your work bar is discolor.

Contras:

I am not find yet to say anything till now.

Desktime: The ultimate time traker

Comentarios: Over all it is a good products to use and I would like to recommend it to others.

Puntos a favor:

It help me to track my daily work routine and track my time spent on various tasks, and it give me a rough idea about my work where I have invested my time for a day. It is easy to use, increase productivity analysis and help employers to track the day to day activities of the employees.

Contras:

Some time individuals can feel uncomfortable when their works is being monitored by their employers. It is little bit higher than the other competitors.

The administrator should not pay for the account The design of the platform is old, need to be upgrade to the design trends Not so many features Print screen of the employees needs to have better quality, if the space is the problem, it should have a feature to connect a Cloud storage account in order to pay separately for how much print screen quality do you need. It should me more flexible. Ex. Print screen time should not be only 3-5 min. It my choice not a product manager choice what is important for my business or not. Alerts for employees that they have overdue the brake time and many others.

DeskTime honest review

Puntos a favor:

Very impressive and easy to use software. My workers also say it is the easiest system they have use and understand how it works. They also love the screenshot future

Contras:

It takes some time to download reports.

Comentarios: My past 3 years we are using Desktime for 400 users. It's helping us calculating employees salary and production hours.

It's been very useful for us.

Desktime has been very useful in the management of work teams, their monitoring and time management, it is a very complete platform.

Contras:

One of the things I'm not a fan of is that it takes a while to download the reports, many times the screenshots are lost for no apparent reason, but in general, it is a strong platform.

Finding the secret "time thieves" with DeskTime

Comentarios: Wasting time on unproductive tasks was tremendously reduced as DeskTime assisted me with identifying which tasks don't make me money but just steal time

DeskTime helps me enormously to find hidden time thieves in my everyday life, which was previously much less productive due to much more multitasking and constantly switching between tasks. By using DeskTime to visually record which unproductive tasks/distractions I deal with on a daily basis, I've been able to proactively address them and have regained a lot of productive work time as a result.

Contras:

The visual approach primarily aims to present information in a pragmatic way, but could use a more contemporary touch.

It is a valuable asset for tracking time in specific projects, we can also fetch the duration of activity going to serve a request, it also helps how many tools we are using in our working environment.

It fetch all the urls and decrease the security of a team. some time feels hectic.

Comentarios: My overall experience is awesome as its give brief about my work and also help in time management .

The best feature about desktime is that it is easy to use and it gives exact info and calculates right productivity.

Contras:

Sometime it might not collect the date even if we are active it shows offline.over all its best to use.

An honest and friendly activity tracker

Comentarios: Overall, I have learned to use DeskTime as a tool to know where I should be prioritizing my work and where I should be cutting time. More than just a tracker, DeskTime is an ally.

Puntos a favor:

I personally enjoy having my activities organized by time of use and the ability that the program has of also displaying in which window or document you have worked on; it helps me on my end of day summary because I remember the tasks even when I finished them early in the morning.

Contras:

The automatic feature to start DeskTime when Windows boots is not 100% reliable and, in my type of environment where productivity is our main goal, it hurts my numbers. The only other downside I have experienced is during power outages, the app would either stop tracking my time or would mark my activity as neutral. Nothing critical and does not detract the reliability of the program in my opinion.
