I knew I was going to love the product, had no idea I'd love the support

Comentarios: Overall I haven't used it long but am very impressed.

How easy it was to implement and how similar it was in set up to others I had used.

Contras:

I have some trouble with L2 verification but it really isn't a con because support helped me out, and it's great to know how secure they are.

Comentarios: Customer support has been exceptional, best we've ever encountered from a business like this. It has made the process of integrating services very smooth for us. Response is very fast and the support techs know their product well.

What I like most about Telnyx is the range of tools it offers, all in one platform. They provide integrations of voice, messaging, and other services making the service versatile for our needs. Additionally, their user interface and usage analytics provide valuable insights and easy management for our team. The value for the money is a big plus.

Contras:

Lot of security and verification processes, but understandable as to why that needs to be done.

Awful customer service

Their service and API design is well thought out.

Contras:

Support is nonexistent. Their buggy know-your-customer flow locked me out of my two-year-old account, which had no suspicious activity whatsoever. Their phone line told me to email them, then hung up on me. They didn't respond to two emails after more than a week, and when I found a phone tree option that got me a person, they gave me wrong information. It took ten more emails to support, Cc:ing their [sensitive content hidden] each time, to get my numbers ported out - and they refused to waive their port out fees, which other providers rarely charge in the first place.

About 3 years ago I started using Telnyx with an old boss, now in my own company after searching and trying more than 10 different VOIP systems I remembered how good Telnyx was and indeed the only thing it has done is improve since then, excellent service

Comentarios: It seems great to have an alternative to Twilio, we may end up also providing clients an option for both services... only because of the well know use of Twilio and its brand recognition.

We intend to replace a 3rd party service... hoping to cut to less than half the cost. By creating an in-house solution for the client. Who sends about 1700 Daily announcements to participants, regarding Non-Profit Fundraising Events...

Contras:

So far it has taken a couple of week to establish high volume texting.. It seems will work for us at 50 messages per minute. But not at the initial testing of 10 messages per minute..

Amazing Messaging API

Comentarios: In my experience this is a top messaging platform that you cannot go wrong with. It beats out competitors in significant categories such as the price and customer service.

Puntos a favor:

The price per message is lower than many alternative within the SMS marketing sphere. Customer support was also quick to respond and helpful on every occasion that I contacted them.

Contras:

I would have wished the billing details to be more in-depth. I can view my current balance and past money deposited but that’s about it. Other API services have detailed overviews of every message sent.

Comentarios: I love the API integration docs and what they have in place. My results came out pretty amazing and the team was more than willing to help me through the process.
