Amazing Video Hosting

Comentarios: Smooth and just works exactly the way I expect it which as a business owner is a huge deal. Surprises are rarely welcome and the amazing customer support just puts it over the top. Having used multiple other platforms like YouTube, Wistia, Vimeo, Hippo Video, etc. all of which do a solid job. I cannot imagine ever working with another company and anyone who is looking for a video hosting platform for their business owes it to evaluate SproutVideo.

As a heavy user of SproutVideo, I must say that my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The platform offers some amazing features and get consistent compliments on my virtual exhibit hall. What truly sets this SproutVideo apart is its exceptional customer service. Whenever I encounter any issues or have questions, the support team is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Their professionalism and dedication to resolving any issues and getting creative to make SproutVideo work for me is rare in the SAAS space. I highly recommend this platform to any businesses looking for a reliable and user-friendly video hosting service.

Contras:

Nothing... The system works amazingly well for my needs and every time I come up with a feature request or something I need they are quick to solve it and add it to their roadmap. Maybe the ability to capture emails at the end of a video vs the start and then feed it using Zapier to other platforms but that's minor and it wouldn't surprise me if that's something they are working on.

Excellent replacement for YouTube

Comentarios: Decent. it can be very good if it satisfies your needs, but as my content grew and I needed more features I had to move on.

Quick load time for viewing videos. Also I liked the easy mthods to download my content for local storage.

Contras:

It didnt track the watch time per user per video. I wanted to have an individual view for each user in my account and I had to switch providers.

The best video host that I know of

Comentarios: Excellent. We will soon be exceeding the package we are on, and we will be happy to take the next package up once we have the requirement (and enough videos).

Difficult not to mention the price. The pricing combined with the features is the best that I know of. Being able to replace a video to the same ID after it being published is brilliant since amends can be done and our system is still able to load the video without having to update our database. The different video versions that the player has available makes it useable on all modern devices, and serves a video quality based on the internet connection which is what drew me to Sprout in the first place.

Contras:

It would be good if we could configure the video details whilst the video is processing rather than having to wait for the video to finish processing.

Great Alternative to Vimeo

I think the price is fair, and the quality of video is great too. I love the analytics that let me check how many people are watching my videos and for how long.

Contras:

Maybe I would like to have a better player, one that remembers where you quit watching a video so you can start from that exact same point the next time (my videos are quite long and people often watch them in more than one sitting)

AI comes to life

Comentarios: So far, the free trial has been eye-opening. We are waiting for the right moment, finances and green light to purchase a plan.

Comentarios: My problem was that Vimeo is very expensive to host videos, and Sproutvideo offers me the same, at a lower price and in a simpler and more intuitive way.

Sprout is super easy to use, almost no learning curve. We were able to use APIs to customize for our deployment, and have had 0 issues with the platform. The flexible payment model is fantastic.

Contras:

I think a couple of improvements could be made to how videos are shared publicly, but they are mostly cosmetic and are not a big deal.

Great User Friendly Platform for Small Business

Comentarios: I am extremely satisfied with SproutVideo hosing. It has all the bells and whistles I need for delivering educational content. It has allowed me to keep my own customer's fees down while getting first rate service and hosting for my video content. I did try other prominent platforms and found Sprout to be the most efficient and affordable option hands down. The biggest plus is the customer service and tech support. When something went wrong with one of my courses, the Sprout customer service team had the problem diagnosed, fixed and up and running within the hour. You can't find that kind of service everywhere. I highly recommend this hosting service and have done so to others.

I love that I was able to access and use the Sprout Video platform from the beginning. The ease of use was definitely a plus. I am fairly tech savy but the Sprout Video platform was exceptionally user friendly and easy for me adapt to my needs as an educational provider. The greatest plus for me was being able to safeguard my original content with password protection and monitoring of those accessing my content.

Contras:

At different levels of use, streaming capacity and storage varied and I had to make some tough decisions. I did switch to a greater capacity license but next next bump up would be a significant expense for me. I would have liked a more incremental bump in capacity, storage and price. The first two levels were extremely price friendly for me as a small educational platform. Non-the-less, this was the most affordable option for me and I believe the site has the best customer service in the field.
