Great Platform for Event Planning

Comentarios: I am very pleased with the ease of the product and the ability to customize it with your brand logo.

Puntos a favor:

The ease of using the application, from uploading the list, to the ability to customize the invitation. I also liked the feature of sending out reminder emails and having those customized.

Contras:

I would like to see more options for dinner invitations from a business perspective. A few of the invites did go to spam. Having the feature that allowed me to see who did not open the email gave me the ability to send them the invite link in a personalized email.

Extremely Helpful Event Management Tool

Puntos a favor:

This is a super helpful tool for those planning a casual event to those planning a more in-depth function.

Contras:

The functionality is easy to use but its navigation isn't always intuitive.

Not worth the extra price for the upgrades

Comentarios: I don't think we will continue to use this product.

Puntos a favor:

We really liked that this product felt like an invitation instead of an event sign-up form. The event information was on a separate page from the RSVP and allowed for integration with photos, maps etc.

Contras:

The software is limited in its overall capabilities. For example, there is only one email template so you can't send different emails to different types of RSVPs. You are also limited in the number of events in the system period. You have to delete past events before logging an additional event over the number of events your subscription allows.

RSVPify has made my job easier!

Comentarios: Using RSVPify has allowed me to remain organized, and therefore more effective, while planning big corporation events.

Puntos a favor:

I loved that RSVPify helps users create and manage event invitations, guest lists, and RSVPs for various occasions like weddings, parties, and corporate events. It offers features such as customizable event pages, guest list tracking, meal preferences, and more, which can streamline the event planning process for users. Using RSVPify has made my job as a marketing executive easier.

Contras:

I would say the price point of RSVPify was the least liked.

Easy to use, looks professional

Comentarios: It was really easy to track down the attendance also importing/exporting guests. The RSVP interface and general RSVP experience of a guest is very professional.

Puntos a favor:

Event page creator is great and user-friendly. Documentation and customer service was very helpful.

Contras:

Event page creator should have a video option, not only images. It is expensive.

The best event platform for when you need your own branding/design

Puntos a favor:

Customizable website that's cute, functional, and can be fully, 100% within my design concept. The event website is extremely user-friendly (think 100+ people over the age of 60 actually RSVPing for the event without needing help), and we got lots of compliments on it.

Contras:

Some of the features can be challenging to find the first time, but the support is good. The only other thing is that the image sizing can get challenging to get right for mobile/desktop, I wish there were slightly smarter options.

Ease of Use!

Puntos a favor:

Very user friendly and easy to navigate and set up events.

Contras:

It does become costly for wanting to do multiple events and not a fan of how you only get 1 free event in the basic package.

Quick Setup to get your RSVPs rolling in

Comentarios: I love the friendly UI, and the newest redesign of the site.

Puntos a favor:

I love that it was easy to set up an account, the app took the details of your event and made a website, and people got automatic emails after they registered.

Contras:

It was hard to contact attendees all at once and to add them to our CRM.

Functions and Appealing Event Booking

Comentarios: It has been an amazing experience for me and I think for users too with RSVPify. The UI is intuitive, the functions are great, it doesn't take long to setup events. All in all, its a fantastic software and I highly recommend it for everyone.

Puntos a favor:

I like the default option for choosing different options like meal options without needing any extra things. I experienced that with other event booking software, we have to go around doing some tricks to achieve it but it's available by default on RSVPify - which makes a lot of sense. Also, I like how interesting the designs available are. Other event booking software looks very boring when compared to RSVPfiy. The ability to choose from amazing designs and options like meal preferences is superb for me.

Contras:

I wish it was more affordable. The monthly pricing is quite high for me as I don't create events often. I wish there were pay-as-you-go types of credit or one-time payments for certain thresholds.

An effective tool for planning and managing a range of event

Comentarios: My experience working with RSVPify has been pleasant.

A powerful, comprehensive software package that facilitates the often complex tasks of managing and organizing invitations. The interface is clean and well-organized

Contras:

Despite its many customazation options, i found that many tasks were restricted or complicated

Second Time Around!

Puntos a favor:

I like how easy it is to send additional invites after sending the first. I also like how easy it is to add/remove invites, and that I can update someone's RSVP status from my end.

Contras:

I found the designing of the invitation to be a little tedious, but not insurmountable.

Comentarios: We are satisfied with RSVPify as it covered everything we need for our event.

Puntos a favor:

It is our first time to use this kind of software, with this, we don't need to manually input the employees' details who would like to attend our event. It is easy to use especially on the registration since we just need to scan the unique generated code of our attendees.

Contras:

It has a limitation on the number of registrations that we can scan and only 2 scanners can be used in the plus account.

Perfect for a golf outing or baby shower!

Made our VIP opening a breeze!

Comentarios: We used RSVPify for helping manage invitations for a 3-night VIP opening of a new restaurant. Each night had 3 time slots for 110 people. This service made it extremely easy to create a seamless reservation booking system. Definitely recommend and will use again when needed in the future.

Puntos a favor:

We loved the email feature to easily send confirmations to attending guests.

Contras:

Would have been nice to have a calendar feature built-in for multiple time slots, but wasn't necessary!

Great product for a large one time event

Comentarios: This site made it simple and easy to send and track invites and RSVPs to a large event. I needed to offer updated instructions for continuing education credits being offered and the features made this a simple thing to do. Overall a great experience and I would use this service again if I were to plan another large county-wide event.

Puntos a favor:

This program is very easy to use. You can make changes and easily see how it will function on a test version before you publish it live. sending invites creating QR codes and links to your site is very simple and easy. Your guest list is easy, organized and exportable to excel to show lots of data points! I was able to update my event as it progressed, include navigation, zoom links etc. The features are great.

Contras:

Nothing really, I felt this program was very easy to use and fit my needs very well.

Great Event Management Website

Comentarios: I used RSVPify for two separate home buyer courses I hosted and was very pleased! I loved that I could customize the questions that were asked when people registered and it made it easy for me to track my attendees. Will definitely use again for future events!

Puntos a favor:

I really likes the option to customize questions asked when people registered for my event. The option for drop down, bullet, custom question, etc was great and allowed me to get more insight into my attendees current status.

Contras:

I did not have any dislikes. Options available suited my needs.

Worked Perfect for our company Christmas Party

RSVP was very easy and simple to use. Clear instructions when building the events and no confusion when my guests attempted to RSVP

Contras:

i do wish there was a slightly cheaper option, I think the price was set fairly for what was offered I just personally didn't need all the features for my particular event

Comentarios: We used this product to host an event featuring our [sensitive content hidden] daughter, [sensitive content hidden] . The event was an overall success, and this platform made it easy to plan and execute.

Puntos a favor:

I love that everything you need is integrated into one product. Whether its setting up the website, creating print and promotional products, sending out event reminders, or keeping track of a guest list, everything you need is all in one place.

Contras:

It could use some higher customization options when creating websites and the registration process. Maybe allow movement of buttons, or choose a style of buttons and better fonts for an optimized experience.

RSVPify was really simple to use and set up. The complete customization of the website is great and the functionality of the check in software runs really smooth. Overall the product was wonderful for what we needed it for.

Contras:

The customization functions are pretty limited, it would be awesome if we had more freedom with that.

Comentarios: Having RSVPify allowed me to not be tied up with taking RSVPs over the phone and shirt sizes.

Ease of setting up the website and the ability for anyone to sign up.

Contras:

Nothing. It really had everything I needed to advertise and manage our inaugural Run For The Badge.

Effective and Easy to Use

Comentarios: Awesome.

Puntos a favor:

We were able to set up two different options to sign up for our event with one link. It made it very easy for our attendees and managed communication for us.

Contras:

Nothing. There was one thing I was having a hard time figuring out but I chatted with someone and resolved it very quickly.
