"The best a/b testing platform I've used"

Puntos a favor: Sitespect's server-side implementation and simple 'search and replace' way of substituting content makes split testing even complex stuff pretty simple. I love that as a marketer (not a developer), I can dive into tests and put stuff right without help. If you have a developer on your team even better. Plus, since it's server side the user experience is seamless. No flicker. Ever. The team at Sitespect are also knowledgable and super helpful, from the sales guy, to the developers to the consultants. Awesome to work with. Highly recommend.

Contras: The reporting is ugly. No doubt about it. But once you get used to it, it's fully featured and there's nothing they haven't thought of. Not a good reason to say no to Sitespect IMHO.

"Super powerful tool, great support team - tough to use"

Puntos a favor: + I describe the tool as very similar to Excel: extremely powerful and can make a single user pretty powerful in accomplishing their goals, though hides a lot under-the-hood
+ The Support team is great and can pretty much help me with any issue, simply through pinging the easy-to-remember "helpdesk@" alias.

Contras: - It's very tough to use, and very minimal training or help documentation is available. The documentation that IS available is either outdated or just incomplete.
- Error messages that pop up, either in the UI or through email, can be opaque unless you are a seasoned SiteSpect veteran.

"Powerful A/B & MVT testings software"

Comentarios: We use SiteSpect to run our A/B tests and MVT tests on 3 of our 16 websites. It has been very helpful and how it's integrated into our site lets us control HTML/CSS, the data layer, etc., so it's extremely powerful.

Puntos a favor: SiteSpect enables our team to control any aspect of our website. Their support team is also very responsive and knowledgeable.

Contras: Their admin panel isn't very user-friendly and isn't too forgiving for users who are new to A/B testing and their software. The documentation site is ok but leaves a lot of gaps for users who are new.
