Zero cons! And we haven't even touched the surface of all the uses.

Comentarios: The more in-depth you have to be with details, the more the app seems to struggle.

Puntos a favor:

Management can easily delete/ update any questions.

Contras:

The product often logs you out when trying to upload photos, this happens on a daily basis.Limits you to only uploading 4 photos when showing damage ect, so limits what you can show on reports.If you press 'no' for option it lowers the percentage of the report or in some cases wont let you complete until marked'yes'.

Comentarios: It's been amazing. I appreciate how quickly the team responds to changes we make to our audits, how user friendly the audits are, and the accountability of being able to receive photos from our staff/employees to ensure processes are being followed.

The flexibility to make the audits unique to fit our business needs. We use the audits for multiple stores along with our food trucks, which allows us to ensure we have checks and balances for our processes and there's consistency across the board.

Contras:

I can honestly say we don't have anything negative to say. We've been very pleased with the program and our business has become much more efficient.

The excellent customer service and support, together with the great product, user-friendly, additional functionality and in-depth reporting gave us a easy and cost effective route to make the shift from paper to digital inspections. We will continue to recommend Go Audits to others.

Our Association represents the best visitors attractions in Devon. All our members are annually inspected to ensure the highest standards and visitor experience. Go Audits made it possible for us to make the transition from paper to digital for our inspections. This was made easy with the excellent customer care and support they offer. Our inspectors really enjoy using the App and using the additional functionality of adding photos and comments. Plus our members really rate the full detailed reports they receive. We are heading into year two and will start benchmarking. We have updated our original form with the help of support and are now bringing in another Mystery Shopper inspection form. Go Audits have offered us further training on additional functionality that we didn't use in year one. We have already recommended Go Audits to a similar Tourism Association and would highly recommend to others.

Contras:

One url with all the platforms in one place would be easier but its all still workable.

it is a great application and accurate application for auditing.

Contras:

It is very difficult to re-arrange the list as you need to re-create the list which will take you more time. for example: 1. Floor 24 2. Floor 22 3. Floor 23 It would be great if I could drag 3. Floor 23 to replace with 2. Floor 22. cause sometime the content of each floor are different. so we just can't rename the floor.

Contras:

Building an audit from scratch is difficult for a new user, fortunately, GoAudits and their team can take your concept, even from a scratch of paper, and build an audit system to suit your needs.

Comentarios: A really positive experience, the free trial allows full access and the support team will help uploading current paper checklists quickly to allow robust testing. The real benefit is customisation and full ownership and control of audits that easy to create, amend, replicate and publish.

Go Audits provides a bespoke, customisable platform to create and use electronic audits and checklists from an initial out of the box product. The addition of Action plan and Corrective action management through your exiting email network provides a real improvement to clarity and sight of operational compliance across mutli-site operations.

Contras:

The analytics dashboard doesn't always give the required data, but as always the Go Audits support team are working with us to make the improvements specific to our business that will continue to add value to this product.

Comentarios: I have had a great time talking with the customer service representative(s), [sensitive content hidden], to learn more about the platform's features. The form builder automatically adjusts when you want to edit, delete or rearrange the list of questions. I can archive and unarchive the audits as needed.

GoAudits has a vast amount of capability compared to their competitors. The platform is user friendly and versatile. IOS and Android compatible.

I do not have anything negative to say. There is a lot to learn in this platform and takes time to understand.

1. The new application is really fast and loved the upgrade 2. Easy to use (After the induction to the app, after a few times, it is great to use.) 3. [sensitive content hidden] is supper! 4. [sensitive content hidden], our customer success manager, is top! 5. Go Audits did the checklist for us, which was so helpful as it is tricky and challenging for users uploading the questions. When you are not uploading your checklist, you are often unable to do so. Our entire team is grateful for this service.

Contras:

1. When using the old platform and completing our checklist via tablet or phone, it sometimes crushed, and when logged in through a computer or laptop, many questions did not save the answer as well as the images uploaded from the inspector.

Through live inspections and instant reporting, the app enabled us to analyse all activities in greater detail without spending so much time on traditional procedures. The fields are simple to fill out, and the app's user interface is intuitive, the ability to add instant pictures is great.

Contras:

Although the re-importing option can be a little bit slower at times, overall the experience was positive.

Comentarios: A good system checklist for supervisors to monitor and check on the operation and performance of associate

The picture upload makes it easy for users to identify the area of concern without writing any text.

Contras:

Changes of text within individual item are not readily picked up by the system so users need "importing" all the time. At times, the revised text affects the "marking" of the specific item e.g. a "n/a" becomes a "no response", resulting in "fail" for the audit.
