Simple, quick and reliable Communication Tool

Comentarios: Klaxon has made communication during any incident type simple, quick and reliable. The team at Klaxon, during the COVID 19 pandemic performed very well under challenging circumstances resulting in the successful deployment of the platform across the company by the original pre-COVID timescales.

Puntos a favor:

The ease of setup and impact on incident reporting across the company. Main dashboard has provided the end user with a reference point of all incidents across the company. This has been particularly useful for roadside reporting. The ability to add workaround detail / instruction to incidents and communicate this quickly has vastly improved user experience during incidents. Multiple communication channels with app based messaging, integration with Teams, SMS and email.

Contras:

Service Now integration was not an offering at the time of purchase however this is being developed in collaboration with our requirements.

Comentarios: Klaxon is great! It’s a powerful tool wrapped in sophisticated simplicity. It’s super easy to set up and administer. It changes the relationship between you and your customer. When you begin implementation you see the other possibilities and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team are there to help you make them a reality.

The set up of Klaxon is really simple which means you can enjoy the benefits really quickly. Focus - It's really good at its core focus - increasing awareness for the most important information.

Contras:

I'm finding it really hard to think of something.

Comentarios: Overall experience has been very positive indeed.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to use. Very stable and reliable. Support is great. When you're working with the support team, you feel you are working as one. Feedback is greatly received and appreciated and changes required were implemented. The tool has taken away all most of the manual intervention and moved us away from sending emails. We use Klaxon for Major Incidents and Planned Maintenance and Klaxon does what is says on the tin. Klaxon is easy to tailor to your process. We would never consider moving back to the old process. Klaxon is easy to use, for administrators and user's of the system.

Contras:

There were too many fields at the beginning and we streamlined them, so it was easier to use.

Klaxon is an easy to deploy and robust product that solves a key problem for us - how do we communicate directly to a large group of remote users about issues that affect them. The customisable notification options allow us to send messages only to users affected directly by IT or other service issues in a way that ensure message are taken notice of.

Contras:

There is some configuration of Azure required upfront but the Klaxon team expertly guided us through this process.
