We love LTI! We provide training to foster parents. We are able to send invites, message participants, send out forms, upload materials and the software is easy to use. We are able to pull detailed reports for every event we host. We host on average around 70 events per month. If we ever do have an issue, the LTI team is extremely responsive and fix the issue within no time. Great customer service!

Contras:

We have not had any issues. Everything has run smoothly for us.

Comentarios: The ability to collect copayments digitally before a virtual session begin is a improvement and benefit to our business process. The ability to send files and collect digital signatures, all in one platform is a benefit to our business model.

Puntos a favor:

The features of LTI's platform that are the most user friendly are the video conferencing and scheduling. Implementation was somewhat difficult when it came to customizing forms for file sharing and collecting signatures. I use the reporting feature the most to check on utilization and track productivity through virtual clinical sessions.

Contras:

Integration with out current business process is difficult because of the data requirements for billing. The ability to customize data collection and exports from sessions would be an area of improvement.

Good software that got us through the roller coaster of covid

The feature we enjoyed most was the ability to take our forms and give them to LTI to be uploaded into our platform and also to be able to obtain all signatures on our forms virtually.

Contras:

There were some hiccups when integrating from the older version of the platform to a newer one but the staff at LTI were very responsive.
