Desde 1987, AutoManager ha sido uno de los proveedores líderes de software para gestión de concesionarios con sus soluciones DeskManager, WebManager y el CRM Automotive.
The integration with quickbooks made it a lot easier to manage everything.
Also cannot look up any info from another computer unless you pay to have it installed there also.

I'll never have any other DMS!
Comentarios: They are wonderfull!! I've been with them since 2008. They have always been able to address my needs and ideas and adapt programs (or features) to make everything work like it was custom made just for me.
Puntos a favor:
They always are introducing great new features and the support team is fast and thorough. My account rep, [sensitive content hidden], isn't just a "sales person", talking to him is like talking to one of my fraternity brothers. And he always gets me "hooked up" with exactly the right person to hear and understand my questions or needs.
Contras:
I'm an early riser on the east coast and AutoManager is based on the west coast. Sometimes I have to wait a few hours if I need help, but then again they always call early (for them) as soon as they check their messages. And they are definitely worth the wait.

This is a manipulative company, they con you into signing up and paint a pretty pitcher, once they take your money and don’t produce a viable software like they claim, and then you decide to cancel, be it within a week, THEY WILL KEEP ALL OF THE MONEY YOU GIVE THEM! To the tune of 6k for our company… Find another software! There are Software companies with Integrity, this is not one..

The customer service response and the overall quality of service most importantly [sensitive content hidden] has been taking care of my account for 11 years and I love calling in and getting a friendly voice on the other end [sensitive content hidden] has taking calls from me for 11 years they feel like friends, but I never met them
