Comentarios: Es seguro y privado y muy profesionalizado rapido y efectivo son atentos en los mensajes y les gustan que el cliente este satisfecho

Me ha gustado su forma de aplicar su tratamiento personalizado su seguridad y privacidad
Contras:
Lo que no me ha gustado es su forma de promocionarse y porque no es tan difundida

Es una gran competencia, pero puede mejorar
Comentarios: En lo general es bastante buena, la recomiendo.
Puntos a favor:
Me encanta que no haya la necesidad de tener un teléfono ya que puedes llamar desde la computadora y conectar todo (teléfono, tablet, etc.) Puedo presentar pantalla y proceder con mi trabajo sin problemas.
Contras:
Que se tiende a frizzar bastante o que aveces se escucha la llamada y no aparece la notificación.
Una buena herramienta para reuniones virtuales.

facil de usar y con una interfaz agradable.

Algunas herramientas de videoconferencia no funcionan bien.

Comentarios: En general no es muy buena, salvo en el chat, envío de ficheros y captura de pantalla

Que no consume muchos recursos y para el chat da buen resultado

Compartir pantalla y videoconferencia. Tampoco te permite responder a las preguntas y adjuntar las respuestas como en el whatsapp

Comentarios: En época de pandemia me resultó muy práctico poder atender a mis clientes y asistirlos desde mi celular notebook sin gastar mi saldo. La comunicacion es limpia como cuando me comunico desde mi trabajo. Es bueno contar con este sistema porque también da la posibilidad de comprar licencias para grabar las comunicaciones
Puntos a favor:
Es súper práctico poder llamar a mis clientes desde mi casa, o la calle sin gastar mi saldo porque uso las línea de mi trabajo.
Contras:
Hay que tener asignado un interno y si usas líneas rotativas o conmutador a veces se complica la configuración
Colaboración Jabber
Comentarios: En términos generales tengo una grata experiencia haciendo uso de esta tecnología, se me hizo bastante estable y con buenas prestaciones.
Puntos a favor:
Ocupabamos Jabber con la integración de la telefonía IP, la comunicación era muy buena, la experiencia de llamada era excelente.
Contras:
No es una solución de Comunicación unificada que sea económica.
Quedo algo viejo pero Jabber es una buena opcion

Comentarios: La usaba en la comunicación diaria en otra empresa en la que colaboré

La usé poco, pero lo que me gustaba es la cantidad de funcionalidades que tenía que permitían trabajar eficientemente el día a día
Contras:
Es muy poco popular en el mercado de las aplicaciones de este tipo y me costo un poco entenderla pero al hacerlo todo estuvo excelente

Me ha gustado la manera en la que se puede aprender en los módulos referente a las actividades que puedes desempeñar

No he tenido un problema con la plataforma sin embargo a veces el tiempo que te pone para hacer algunas actividades

Comentarios: Well designed and aimed at bringing the change. I have experienced the best.

This tool has really cultivated for a collaborative environment. It's presence is felt across all the departments through the unifying web conferences we hold every week. Everyone is appreciated and given the opportunity to air their ideas on such meetings. When mass messaging is needed, this software serves as the best platform for that. It is a holistic software with great vision to bring the change.
Contras:
With the instant team messaging both voice and video calls, I feel that this software serves it's purpose to satisfaction.
Your Small Business Needs This To Run Like A Medium-Sized Enterprise

My favorite feature about Jabber is how it connects to our CRM and phone systems. Whenever a customer calls in from a phone number saved on their account, their account auto-populates for us in our CRM & we're instantly able to service the customer's needs.
Contras:
Nothing. I honestly think every business needs this.

Comentarios: My overall experience with Cisco Jabber can be described as frustrating. The platform has the potential to but it does not live up to expectations. The platform's interface is clunky and non-intuitive, making it challenging to navigate through its various features. Messaging and real-time notifications frequently suffer from delays and failures, and collaboration tools, such as screen sharing and file sharing get too many glitches. File sharing is slow and and most important of all, video conferencing suffers from really poor video quality, dropping calls, and audio-video synch issues.
Puntos a favor:
It can have potential. In theory it offers a comprehensive suite of communication and collaboration tools that can be valuable for businesses seeking to streamline their operations and enhance remote work capabilities. Customer service is not too bad either.
Contras:
It just feels old. It suffers from plenty of issues, from unreliable messaging & notifications to a simply bad user interface. Too many glitches/crashes for a tool that should be making your work-life balance better.
Great for Audio, not much else
Comentarios: Cisco was easy to log into and to connect with work colleagues, the audio came through great. Didn’t really use the video features

Cisco was used for our joint audio calls within our workforce, seemed to work relatively well.
Contras:
The video services didn’t work quite as well as advertised

Jabbing with Jabber
Comentarios: Overall Jabber has been a great add-on to keep up with business while away from my desk. Definitely worth a test run to anyone who doesn't want to sit and wait for calls, etc...
Puntos a favor:
Jabber is useful when out of the office, whether on or off-site. Works about 90% of the time when off-site.
Contras:
Sometimes inconsistent, even when on-site with local wifi but could be an internal issue - yet to be resolved.

Comentarios: Overall positive experience with jabber. I have not had any dropped calls or anything like that.

Sometime the software doesn’t want tot load and requires multiple force close to get working.

Cisco Jabber is very easy to use and intuitive, very simple so you can immediately chat and see the status of other users.
Contras:
It is very basic, both in layout and in usage. There is no the opportunity of inserting images in the chat (e.g. print screen) or smiles or whatever. Also, I don't like that much the fact that you cannot see the previous chat maybe in other days since the data and the message are not saved.

Comentarios: My overall experience with Cisco was overall fine. The tool is super useful especially for companies on the bigger side. It makes chatting with anyone easy and fast.

I used Cisco Jabber when I was working at a big company. It is a quite useful tool that allows you to communicate instantly to other colleagues from around the world.
Contras:
I feel like Cisco’s design could have been a bit more intuitive for users - however, nothing bad, it takes a day to figure it out and become familiar with it.

Comentarios: My overall experience with Cisco Jabber has been pretty good. I dont use all the options available so my opinion is only based on one aspect

Comentarios: Pretty good. I would use it again if I had to work off site.
Puntos a favor:
Ease of use, able to view company directory, minimal training, we could hit the ground running. Using Jabber to call out without using my personal phone number was very important for us. I was also able to differentiate calls on my cell phone - the ring tone was helpful in letting me know if it was my personal phone call versus a work call.
Contras:
Connectivity issues. Sometimes calls would drop. The Jabber calls show up in my call history on my personal cell phone. I'd prefer to keep work call history separate from my personal call history.

Comentarios: So far, my first time i use jabber i felt surprised that there is a technology. i cannot imagine how i will miss this technology if i moved to other cooperate that didn't used this technology.

my admiring regarding this application how i can communicate with people from my IP phone ( internet based ) to landlines, and mobile networks line with smooth and high quality calls

as i work on an operation field, sometimes i need to do an instant calls as quickly as possible. sometimes i feel that it took much time on opening and to be ready to use.
