Back end reporting is not user-friendly and takes some time to figure out. Not integrated with many other services. To add features to the software you either have to pay to have it done OR suggest the option and wait for them to add it as a software feature. > > Natural Order has worked for our business for the last 5+ years. It is everything we need and the service is decent. There are some things that could be improved, but for the price (compared to similar software) you get what you pay for.
