Not upset about the price either. I came from bigger dealerships who used DealerSocket and Autosoft and their costs were significantly more.

Contras:

I think it's very annoying how every time I do something it opens new tabs.

Cuando adquirí el producto y lo utilice por primera vez no podría creer lo fácil que era su uso y la gran ayuda que me generaba en mi día a día de trabajo, fue increible.

Contras:

Fue un poco difícil la integración pero una vez realizada me generó mucha facilidad.

Comentarios: Anyone can set up a auto dealership and have it operational and effective in a week.

Puntos a favor:

Ease of use, and with out a doubt when it doubts call the customer rep. I have been Consulting for the Sports Car Group and suffered major set back with what I wanted to be the heart of the operation, a full spectrum lender, and as I was just at my point of turning negative which is a but rare for ME. Sunshine came through in the form of the rep who didn't allow to me harp but do what I knew to do and that looked past to see what was still there. She found me 5 sub prime and 4 prime options to offset my loss. I am grateful for her, she may never know how much that small act of kindness resignated with me.

Contras:

The Customer experience isn't shared accross all Westlakes Products and Services. I wish preferred lender didn't auto submit.

Comentarios: Initially it was a necessity for financing partners. I was also told initially it would be under $20 a month and I’ve been getting billed $99 a month upon looking into this review.

Presentation and ease of login. Also the ability to move/change vehicles across deals

Contras:

It’s not useful for a service station as far as I can tell. I wish it had more functions for servicing vehicles and bookkeeping for such

Dealer Center is great for everyone

Comentarios: Nearly 10 years of usage says enough. Very easy even with the mobile app

I have been using DealerCenter for years. It is all in one for everything i need. Cash deals, By Here pay Here, banks, marketing, inventory management, website, etc etc. [sensitive content hidden] helped me with the Facebook posting tool and was very helpful!

Contras:

It can be pricey as you grow but you have to spend money to prevent losing a lot more

Comentarios: It was great experience. The signup was easy. The onboarding was smooth and they walked us through all the necessary steps to get up and running on the platform.

How many features are included in the base package, from DMS to Finance Apps. Its a very robust platform that is great for any independent dealer.

Contras:

Haven't found anything yet. On suggestions is a little UX design, but other than that nothing.

Comentarios: The products themselves are very effective. there are some that im interested in that i haven't learned well enough to use.i have had very good customer service at times and other times it has been lacking.

What is amazing about dealercenter is that it has so much to offer. They have successfully integrated everything you need to help you rin your dealer smoothly. What I personally love the most is the website integration the templates are amazing and it's very simple for anyone looking for a website

Althought they are amazing with their products I feel like their prices could be a little lower.

Best DM around for the price

Comentarios: Excellent, I've tried other DMs and they don't compare, in my opinion. As I've helped many independent dealers open their dealerships, I always set them up with Dealer Center.

It's user-friendly, has a beautiful interface, and it is quite powerful. It's also flexible where you can add products useful to you as you need them, which keeps the pricing very competitive. It constantly has improvements that makes things better and better each time.

Contras:

That it logs you off very randomly, and has a few kinks here and there when there are new updates.

The key features that has been lifesaving in our dealership management is that, it enables dealers to place new orders and that orders are processed accurately. Invoice generation once the order is completed helps us to start tracking the order status from shipping to delivery. Best part being the comprehensive reports on dealer performance and revenue analytics for data driven decision making. DealerCenter is a hub for all deals management.

Contras:

Working with DealerCenter is quite satisfying. I have every reasons to rate it five stars because it has delivered the best.

Great and effective CRM

The Most helpful and user-friendly programming application for selling cars.

It is a user-friendly interface, that allows multiple screens to be open at once and I was able to toggle back and forth between my clients. I like being able to set tasks and reminders that also link to my cellular device.

I cannot set multiple appointments for the same time frame.

Comentarios: Very bad experience I suppose to sign in for a $70 monthly and was paying $260 a month without do anything because I have my provider I was waiting to sign in to Westlake and charge me a lot every month I cancelled the service

Nothing , Lies charge a lot of money without consent be careful with the person who works there only lying

Contras:

It is a mess, change of the persons every day I spoke to [sensitive content hidden] she signed me in and 2 or 3 days after nobody knows her

Wow, Love this program! We use it at our smaller dealership and it is so user friendly. It is extremely easy to run deals to 5 lenders at one time to get the best approval for your customers, the support is really great too. We just got an awesome new rep named [sensitive content hidden] and wow, she is great. Shes so patient, calm, imformative and always looking out for our best interest. Her background working for a dealership like ours really makes me feel like she understands our struggles and stress. Highly recommend dealercenter and [sensitive content hidden] . Keep it up guys :)

Contras:

Sometimes it can get buggy, but I've realized a lot of times it ends up being my own fault as I tend to move way to quickly through things and dont double check my work!
