In all that time, there has never been an issue or need that has arisen that the AcctVantage team wasn't on board to figure out, or build a solution for. We've requested many custom solutions over the years, and those solutions were always designed with care and a focus on helping us figure out how to marry our needs with the best software solution possible (often when there were pitfalls or concerns we'd never have thought of on our own). I've attended trainings at their facility and they've traveled to our facility to put on trainings specific to our company; whatever the situation warranted. As the company has grown, their responsiveness has remained constant, and service tickets and sales requests are handled promptly.
