Amazingly powerful software - maybe a little too powerful.

Puntos a favor: This software will do anything you want it to do - if you can get it set up correctly. Cyrious will run any report for anything you ever dreamed of needing - narrowing it down to specific weeks, days or hours.
Contras: If you have a full time IT person that can dedicate a few months to the initial setup you will probably love Cyrious. If you are a small shop just wanting to track jobs you are in for a tough time. Not saying it can't be done - just be aware that it isn't a 'plug and play' setup. Tech support is more than willing to stay with you and be very supportive for the amount of time that you have paid for to complete the initial setup, but if you don't have the time to put in also they can't do it for you.

Puntos a favor: This software is fairly simple to use. I have seen people pick right up on how to use the software pretty quickly and there are nice features - like the reports and progress reports. It's pretty simple to set up pricing templates and products in the system.
Contras: It can be so slow and bogged down at times. It is cloud-based so if their server is acting slow, you are at their mercy!

Puntos a favor: If you have thousand of dollars to expense every months in order to have them fix their own issues, then yes that might be a good fit!
Contras: Their software is just not working properly. Formulas to calculate are wrong and export on Quickbook don't match. Of course you have to pay extra to fix their issue. And on top of that they are not honest.
