Very user friendly! I've worked in several different ATS and this has been the easiest one yet!

Puntos a favor:

It's very easy to use and is step-by-step throughout the entire process. Their customer service is very helpful and accommodates most all requests we have asked for. I love the email templates with mail merge features, the flags we are able to customize, and that you can trigger automatic emails throughout the stages.

Contras:

I wish it was easier to add pictures, embed videos, links, etc. It's also not user friendly on the reporting side. I'd like to be able to have more functionality to pull different reports. For example, I would like to have a report for jobs that we are still currently recruiting for (still actively trying to find a candidate). I don't necessarily want to see all "open" jobs because in ApplicantStack, they remain open until the job is "closed/filled". I do not want to see jobs that have a candidate that has already accepted an offer and is in the background or pending start stage. Unfortunately for now, it's a manual process of my recruiters reviewing over their "active recruiting" jobs and sending me weekly update reports by email. We are also still working out the ability to integrate with ADP (our HRIS system).

Comentarios: I've had the pleasure of using ApplicantStack across multiple employers, and it has consistently proven to be an invaluable tool in streamlining our recruitment process. The platform's integration with job boards like Indeed, Google Jobs, and Glassdoor is seamless, allowing me to manage both internal and external job postings with just a few clicks which has significantly reduced the time I spend on administrative tasks. The use of templates in ApplicantStack ensures that candidates receive consistent communication and are kept informed about the status of their applications PLUS it saves me the time of writing the same communications over and over. This feature has garnered positive feedback from many candidates, who appreciate the transparency and efficiency of the process and said this has stood out amongst other employers they've applied to. One of the best features for me is the ability to use screening questions WITH scoring to quickly sort through applications and identify the most qualified candidates with highest scores. This helps me present top candidates to hiring managers quickly and then I continue sorting through the rest. I do personally review all applications so we do not fall into any sticky AI discrimination compliance issues but this allows me to target most qualified candidates first. The platform is also very user-friendly, both for HR professionals and candidates. While we currently don't allow managers direct access to the system due to our size, I can see how this feature would be incredibly useful for larger organizations, further streamlining the hiring process. Plus there are features we don't even use like interview forms, tasks, etc. (which would really come into play if there were more users or spread out geographical locations vs they can just come to my office or vice versa). Additionally, the ability to text candidates directly through the platform—without using my personal phone—has been a game-changer for maintaining work-life balance and ensuring all communication is recorded in the application history. Overall, ApplicantStack has been a fantastic tool, with excellent customer support whenever needed. If I HAD to come up with a negative (and it's really not), it is that the platform is highly customizable, so the initial setup and configuration can require some trial and error and extra time setting up templates, workflows, etc. However, this is a small price to pay for the ability to tailor the system to fit our exact needs. I highly recommend ApplicantStack for its robust features, ease of use, and cost-effectiveness.

missing a lot of features compared to PC-Recruiter.

That it links to my email and I receive a notification as soon as someone has applied.

Contras:

It should be easier to move a candidate through the different stages of each job.

Care To Stay Home

Comentarios: It has been good. I have not spoken to our assigned rep since we signed up so that would have been nice.

Puntos a favor:

The ability to customize the workflows, checklists, tasks, etc.

Contras:

The reporting can be improved. There are limitations to the capability.

I would work there if I could

Comentarios: I think the product is amazing. The features rival those of the more popular systems. I honestly would work there if I could. I have implemented the ATS solution in several places. As an HR leader, you just can beat it!

Puntos a favor:

The ability to add my own forms and pull in repetitive data like name, address, etc. The onboarding process is seamless.

Contras:

It is not a full HRM solution. I wish it would intergrade with, Oracle Cloud, Peoplesoft, Workday, Success Factors, ADP Workforce Now, Namely, etc..

A great applicant tracker with added benefits.

Comentarios: We love that we can place an ad and it post to other boards with a few clicks.

Puntos a favor:

Keeps an employee's info and documents in one place.

Contras:

With multiple profiles you can't see what the other profile is doing so we end up just using one sign-in. It's useless to me to have two sections of hiring and onboarding.

The system is incredibly easy to use really focuses on the user's experience.

Contras:

I wish were more integrations! Equifax, HireTech and Paychex integrations would set the system above all others.

Great low cost ATS

Comentarios: I use it everyday to track candidates thru the hiring process.

Puntos a favor:

Ease of use, ease of set up. Low cost, high value system

Contras:

Not the greatest for reports. Also resume parsing is not the best

Best Decision Ever

Comentarios: It is amazing for tracking which our company was lacking in the past.

How easy it is to navigate. This system is amazing for external and internal tracking.

Contras:

I really can't think of anything I don't like about it. The only thing that could make applicant stack better is to have a time date as to when applicants apply.

Comentarios: I have been using it for 5 years or so and overall, I find it very useful and I managed to excel in using this Software.

Puntos a favor:

Inputting data is very simple and convenient. I've worked with several systems in the past and this one seems pretty good.

Contras:

The pushover to onboarding has to change the different stages, in recruiting we are all about easier and faster ways. At times for me, it slows me down.

Almost too flexible...

Comentarios: Good so far... definitely helpful, especially in organizing multiple jobs and distributing resumes for review.

Puntos a favor:

Good place to organize applicants from disparate sources.

Contras:

Workflow and interface can get confusing especially for new users. Sometimes there is almost too much flexibility and too many ways to handle the same functionality.

Just my opinion

Comentarios: overall good experience 4 stars. The app is easy to use when hiring employees and stores all past employee documents.

Puntos a favor:

Applicant stack groups the candidates according to the job and have the option to have a knock out question incase they don't qualify. It won't waste anyone's time. It is easy to navigate.

Contras:

The app don't group all applicants applications on one profile, it shows as duplicate applications. It is difficult to rehire applicants.

An Amazing ATS!!

Puntos a favor:

The ease of access was huge with ApplicantStack. From the ATS, to onboarding side, everything was extremely easy to use.

Contras:

When posting a job on the job boards, the budget could be higher or lower than the job board itself. If you set your budget at $1000, it was a little confusing to see how far that stretches.

-could use evergreens for jobs -some features could be updated

It's ok - but it may be time to change.

Comentarios: It's helped us do what we need to do. Generally, worked as intended, but we aren't opposed to finding something else.

Puntos a favor:

It's robust enough to handle a ton of candidates and info - and has made it easy to create tons of opportunity listings and workflows.

Contras:

It seems to have a hard time getting through to people. Many of the emails we send from Applicantstack don't get to the recipient. It's been very very frustrating. Especially when we had people whitelist it, but it still didn't work.

Get Emails immediately when someone applies. I also like that I can email the candidate from the website.

Contras:
