"An awesome fleet management solution for a (more than) fair price"

The sales team has been nothing but supportive towards me while we were internally evaluating the product.

Puntos a favor:

I like the honesty of the team at Fleetio. When i asked them the question if they do GPS tracking, they said they don't as they concentrate on the main components of Fleet Management. I can only heartedly agree with that. On a related note, they have many integrations with companies who provide GPS tracking services, so I have no fear whatsoever of being left in the dark on this one with Fleetio.

Contras:

Their trial period is too short. I had to request, I think, 3 times to have it extended. A trial period of 2 months is, I think a better duration for a company to rigorously evaluate this software. Not in the last place because it has many features to explore.

We should have been matched up with someone who had experience moving customers from Dossier to Fleetio. Our rep is very nice but I think I would be much further along if we had someone with experience with what Dossier reports help get our information moved.

Puntos a favor:

We changed from a fleet management software that we felt was getting outdated. When we started using Fleetio we found out it was more outdated than the thought. The integration with our GPS system and the ability to created a writeup on the phone, track the progress, and communicate the completion of the repair is amazing.

Contras:

Parts ordering and tracking is not as good as we had. 1. It needs recommended reorder levels2. Barcode scanning on laptops not just phones3. Part number cross-reference so we can see if we have the same part available under a different number.

We were able to customize the maintenance schedules to fit our needs. The vehicle inspections are key to saving time and having instant reporting on file. We love Fleetio it's so user friendly and easy to use.

Puntos a favor:

I'm not going to lie, set up took a little time, but when you are able to integrate and set the account up from the very start, everything works perfectly and saves us a lot of time.

Contras:

Integration was not difficult, but it took some time. Being patient with the process is key. You will not be disappointed in the end.
