Es una herramienta muy versátil y te permite llevar un buen control sobre el stock de herramientas disponibles.

Contras:

que no tiene app disponible y toca ingresar mediante un enlace el cual lo hace engorroso.

Comentarios: Buena,cumple lo que promete y te ayuda a hacer todo eso y mas lo cual es una enorme ayuda para cualquier empresa.

Puntos a favor:

La capacidad de procesar y manejar artículos del inventario de nuestra empresa es simplemente increible,ya que se puede hacer con varios artículos simultáneamente por lo que acelera el proceso de realización de inventario de manera exponencial, eso sumado a el ahorro de gastos que ofrece hace de esta aplicación una elección solida para hacer inventario.

Contras:

Podria ser un poco mas intuitivo en cuanto a su interfaz ya que pasa que con algunos usuarios que no tienen tanto conocimiento tecnico,les sea dificil adaptarse al software.

el sistema tiene muy buenas opciones y funciones que permiten registrar y ontrolar el inventario de diferentes maneras

Contras:

hay equipos que no tienen serial único y que al colocarlos como "asset stock" el sistema no permite registrar los seriales individualmente

Comentarios: It overall good, As we are using it from last 3-4 years and we are very well satisfied with EZ services, afterall it helps us to manage our overall org inventory system.

Pros as per me :- 1. Easy to manage all the assets inventory. 2. Option to upload bulk assets inventory from excel sheet, It save hell lot of time. 3. You are many option of pulling out reports and thier custom report pulling feature is option , it has multiple options to cover in your excel sheet which you want to export. 4. User friendly UI

Contras:

There are 2 cons :- 1. There is no option to create a parent state, I don;t know I have to create a parent substate as "decommisioned"but I was not able to do so, Then I have to create a custom substate under "Retired" section. 2. Reports dashboard should is not easy to understand, I took session from the ez team but they also not able to create that such type of report dashboard.

The search feature can be annoying. Creating groups and sub groups helps narrow searches, but too often hen using the search bar, the items searched is not narrow enough. The group and sub group feature is very impotent.

Comentarios: The assets were in disarray as AIN wasn't the default option when I first started working for the company. The inventory needed to be exported, sorted by group, assigned AIN numbers, and then reimported. We chose EzOffice due to its feature-rich functionality, affordable price, and user-friendly UI. Since the software was so much better than the asset management tool we had been using, I was immediately drawn to it and had no trouble persuading the rest of the team to give it a try.

Puntos a favor:

Simple to use and comprehend Inventory control is quite precise. And asset management is simple to implement. The user interface is straightforward and simple to use. And traceability is excellent.

Contras:

From the user's profile to make checking out assets faster, I wish there were more ways to search the independent history of asset use or make a list of my favorite assets. And the absence of possibilities for customizing the layout. In order to improve efficiency in the future, I hope the layout may be easily changed.

Comentarios: Its easy enough to use. Once you get the logic its pretty much direct. It has a lot or reporting options and customization options which I really like.

We dont have an option for users to request a software license so we can track which user has what subscription

Comentarios: We had difficulty maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets so annual inventory processes were very manual and difficult to find items, especially with the increase of remote workers after COVID. Now everyone can respond to an inventory audit from wherever they are located on their own to acknowledge possession of the assets they have.

Puntos a favor:

I like the ability to assign assets to individual users to give them a sense of accountability. They perform their own audit responses and maintain their own location changes making it easier on back office functions. I also like the reporting functions both in the built-in reports as well as the custom reports that cater to the organization's needs.

Contras:

One problem we have had consistently over the years is that we have some 3000+ assets in the system but when we do the annual inventory, we cannot request the audit for our entire list of inventory at one time. We can only request the audit 25 lines at a time so that is time consuming.

Comentarios: As I said, I wish I had more freedom to edit and assign my inventory a little more personal to our business.
It is frustrating I have to keep certain aspects when I don't use or need them.
But overall, EZoffice has been nice for our company! and it has kept our inventory much more clean and organized! I would recommend this to other businesses.

It is very convenient for my staff and I use. Everybody is on the same page, and whatever data is input everyone can see!

Contras:

It doesn't quite let you edit your inventory as much as id like. I would like full control and creative freedom to make my assists how I want and need, and it just doesn't seem to do that.

I have used EZOfficeInventory twice now to pick up AIT equipment. It has been fine, but it has been a little tedious on AIT's end, I think, more than on my own.

Contras:

The biggest con of EZOfficeInventory is that both times I have made a request with it, I did not receive all of the items in my equipment request order. For the first event, the date was entered in wrong, but I had no way to double check it on my end. In addition, it took almost 30 minutes for me to get all of the equipment that I had reserved, excluding the 2 items I actually really needed. For the second event the following day, AIT helped me with a last minute reservation and said that they would add the 2 items from the previous day (a mic stand and mic kit). However, when the student went to pick the items up, the mic stand and kit were still missing. I'm not sure if this is an EZOfficeInventory flaw or perhaps just understandable human error, but it has been a little frustrating.

Comentarios: Great for my needs, but I could see how it could be difficult for someone not as tech savvy.

The interface is hard to navigate and can be difficult to complete an order in the cart.

Efficient Scheduling Software for construction crew

I like the availability to edit on the fly the schedule for my crew. This allows them to stay on date with each jobsite they need to visit and complete work at.

I wish i could select multiple people when adding to the schedule instead of having to do each person individually.
