Puntos a favor: I like the ability to quickly build/modify software to support our growing business in a graphic Windows-based front end, character based front end, and/or HTML front end, all with same source code. I also like the ability to accept Fitrix updates and not lose all the labor our customizations represent.
Contras: They lack support outside of North America. We can not get support for operation in China, Eastern Europe, and other less developed areas.
We love the flexibility

Puntos a favor: We love the flexibility of the software. I cannot say enough about how valuable the team at Fitrix is. If I need any report created, it's very easy to communicate with them and they will do it! Very knowledgeable team.
Contras: There are always certain things that you have to learn with new software. After using it for two years, I cannot think of anything that I like least about this product.

Puntos a favor: We receive great response from the help desk. The procedures are consistent in all the modules of the software.
Contras: When updates are released, our software isn't always automatically updated. We'll run into a problem or glitch, contact the help desk, and then realize we didn't receive an update.
Our transition over to Fitrix

Puntos a favor: We were pleasantly surprised with the customer support and service we received and continue to receive from Fitrix during our transition.
Contras: A couple of features we needed regarding reporting had to be added/customized that we thought would be standard.
We have been using Fitrix Software since May 2010.

Puntos a favor: The software is easy to learn and the screens are consistent throughout the different modules. The support from a technical aspect has been exceptional.
Contras: Some features of the underlying language and SQL are not available inside of Fitrix.
