Puntos a favor: Simple to use for clients and employees. Has the ability to change things in your end vs having to go through third party.

Puntos en contra: Customer service- takes about 3 weeks to get issues resolved. During new studio opening- issues on ZingFits part cost our company lose revenue for having their location picker broken. They lied to us then we had a conference call where they did not know we dialed in and they were discussing how it was their fault. The first day of opening, we sent out a mass email to over 2k people only to find out they had a glitch in the purchasing option for our new student deal so no one that opened email could purchase. They offered no refunds. They charged my account unknowingly for spot scheduling that we have never used. They said they were going to resolve 6 key issues we were having within a day and none were resolved with one item still open 2 months later. I wish someone would have warned me! Please call me as I've been in the industry for awhile and can help you make a better choice.

Per our emails to the RHY team, we¿d welcome the opportunity to jump on the phone. We know you experienced real issues & we wish it hadn¿t happened. Some of the issues that occurred were linked to the user flow & buttons/links not being QA¿d fully by the brand team. BUT - a REALLY important *but* - on our end we let you down w/the opening of the new location & we should have done better¿we are truly sorry.

We¿ve put in place processes to avoid this happening again. At the same time our Customer Support & Professional Service Teams continue to grow to ensure an experience that matches the quality of our software. We value your custom & senior zingfit & customer support personnel reached out over the summer. We haven¿t heard back but pls know we¿d like to schedule a call & show you how much we value you.

Comentarios: As a boutique fitness studio owner, I have used zingFit for 4 years. I originally used a different booking system when I opened my studio and quickly switched to zingFit because it helped bring the professional vibe to my website and booking system I was looking for.
As a consultant to other fitness studios, I always recommend zingFit to my clients.

Puntos a favor: I love the ease of use of the software. It is pretty self explanatory. My employees quickly learn to navigate the system. There is a great online help section that allows you to find solutions quickly.

Puntos en contra: Although I love the online help section, I still like to speak with an actual person.
