A versatile System for the Registration and Administration of Warehouses.
Comentarios: Quality of service with the client, improvements in time and response in inventories.
Puntos a favor: ° It is a system created by owners of wine cellars, however for administration of clubs or other places it is quite complete. ° Its system of integration with QuickBooks, allows to integrate catalog platforms is only a matter of minutes and thus encourage a greater pleasure to the user. ° It offers web invoicing system, which guarantees the reduction of time for the issuance of invoices and checking of payments for being in real time. ° Their inventory and commercialization reports are quite complete so carrying out an audit becomes an easier task, increasing the benefit of time and human capital. ° The way in which it helps to attract the attention of the client and its easy handling, give greater security of acquisition.
Contras: Enabling and increasing the capacity of multilanguage, is the only requirement, since the software is really very well prepared.

Switched to VinNow after using 4 other POS systems
Pros: Feature rich, easy to train on, fast, tons of report options, NOT cloud based.
Cons: Cashier screen could use some buttons. I've managed a few Tasting Rooms, and I have used pretty much all of the competition. VinNow is easy to make sales with and to train staff on. I do wish the screen had buttons to make sales go faster but that is the only downside I see. It has all the bells and whistles of the competition and then some, for the same price. It gives me reports on some metrics I hadn't even thought of. Wine Club processing is a breeze. Good safeguards. Technical support is top notch. But I think best of all is the fact that it's not cloud based. A neighboring winery lost their internet during a storm on an event weekend and couldn't ring up sales while all we had to do was sell and use carbon sheets (yeah, old school, but we didn't loose any sales). To me cloud based POS is like leasing all the apps on your phone and loosing them when you get out of range. After 20 years in Winery Hospitality I'm more than pleased with VinNow.
