Great app for work
Puntos a favor: Easy to use, notifications for patient flow
Contras: Not so much an app issue but it network is not reliable then we have connection issues

Comentarios: Easy system.
Puntos a favor: Vast variety of reports you need to follow up on all concerns. Real time data and the ability to organize tabs to arrange your screen to customize what you would like to see in which order.
Contras: Can become a long complicated process when you are trying to add/delete new data from the system. Also when you try to play voice messages from jobs that have been entered into the system greater than a month or two ago, you cannot play back the voice messages.

Comentarios: TeleTracking is more than a patient flow solution, it is an operational necessity.
Puntos a favor: The ability to customize to your organization's needs and obtain data to drive performance improvement.
Contras: It is challenging to implement the downtimes required for upgrades.

Marketing Rules the TeleTracking Organization
Comentarios: We do like the data being derived from the application. Although, some of the data is very difficult to obtain and the tool to display is dated.
Puntos a favor: It works, but it is slow and becoming cumbersome to update and maintain.
Contras: It is older technology not easily updated. No investment in BedTracking or Transport for 8 - 10 years. Interface can be difficult and only 20 patient attributes is allowed. The last two version updates were flawed and no primary investment in testing occurred. TeleTracking should realize it is first and foremost an application software company and not a marketing company. For the last 3 - 4 years, we feel as if the story provided by the company is initially good, but then it becomes frayed with different stories and the reality of when the product is delivered disappoints. TeleTracking should decide if it is a marketing company that outsources IT development that delivers an average cookie cutter product or an application company that can produce a superior product. Because every time we asked for enhancements or a change to the overall color because the latest version is blinding, the marketing team won the debate about what is to be delivered rather than listening to the customer base about their needs. Additionally, when we talk about partnership, the decision to not tell us that a flawed version was installed and to let us struggle with hotfix after hotfix to fix all the issues was not on any level what can be called a partnership.

Comentarios: Extremely easy to use, even for someone who is not technologically inclined. Easy to be an admin for the software as well, the help desk can handle most issues that come up.
