Me encanto su app movil porque permite laborar de forma remota sin necesidad de tener un plan de minutos con el operador que utilizo.

Contras:

el unico inconveniente que presente fue la caida del internet pero no tenia nada que ver con esta herramienta.

En mi trabajo me a favorecido mucho este software ya que cuando hablamos de telecomunicación esperamos no tener fallas ya que cada llamada es importante para la empresa y con RingCentral no tenemos problema alguno

Contras:

Creo que se podría mejorar en el alcance que puede tener el software ya que emos teñido problemas en ovaciones para enlazar una videoconferencia

Ring Central is a solid small business phone service

Comentarios: Overall we really liked Ring Central. The only reason we switched away was because a friend started their own VOIP phone service and we got to support them and use it for cheap. I really like Ring Central and have recommended it to several friends over the years.

We used Ring Central for about a year and it was always pretty good. I really liked the mobile app because it allowed us to work remotely and not have to pay for phone service at our employees homes.

Contras:

The phone service only ever had a problem when the internet went down on our office or in my neighborhood. Ring Central was great, the internet was not reliable enough.

RingCentral MVP is great for internal collaboration

Comentarios: Although we do not love their customer service department, overall it is worth the money.

It was easy to install, and it is easy to use.

Contras:

The customer service department is improving but it still takes a long time to resolve issues. There is a lot of waiting on hold for unimportant tasks.

Can find better value elsewhere

Comentarios: poor, Always had the issue of tying to get through to customer service and it was not a convenient experience. 1/2 hour to 1 hour hold time is not good for service.

Puntos a favor:

Nothing that is outstanding, used a fax line for small business and it worked well, issue was the price increases. Year over Year they wanted me to pay $275 or so from 120 bucks. I did not think that was fair. Gave them an opportunity to lower price and they refused, hence the change to another company

Contras:

getting through the customer service line for simple inquiries was impossible.

Increasing Business Development Response Time

Comentarios: Overall, this software has changed the way our Business Development Team operates for our inbound marketing. It has made our response times to warm leads very minimal with getting a representative in contact as soon as possible. The dictation of voicemails has also changed the way we can provide a direct answer to a client even after hours.

Puntos a favor:

The ability to create call trees for different departments of our organization has been a game changer in our response time for leads.

Contras:

Some of the connectivity can be an issue between phone vs desktop application.

Incredible Phone Management

Comentarios: We have had an excellent experience using RingCentral MVP. It has been essential for our communication within our team and with our clients. I would recommend to any company looking to have great video and telephone communications.

Puntos a favor:

We utilize the ability to manage all our users phones and licensing form the admin portal. Uses connections are very reliable and the VoIP options help us be more mobile. The administration is easy to learn and setup. Users are able to quickly pick up how to use phones.

Contras:

If we had to pick a con for this it would be that it really makes you use their phones if you want a physical phone at desks. It would be nice to use other brands.

Comentarios: RingCentral has been easy to use and implement and recommend for small or large businesses.

Puntos a favor:

The ease of use and ability for our sales team to be able to answer calls that are meant for our team during business hours, and have a simple and organized location for all after-hours calls.

Contras:

No specific cons at this time. Before, the app did not include HUD features which made it more difficult, but this has been addressed.

Comentarios: The platform's user-friendly interface made setting up and managing our phone system incredibly easy. The call quality was exceptional, ensuring crystal-clear conversations with clients and colleagues. The range of features, such as call routing and voicemail transcription, greatly improved our efficiency and productivity. Overall, RingCentral provided a seamless and reliable communication solution that greatly enhanced our business operations. Can't recommend this product enough.

Puntos a favor:

We used the optional onboarding PM for our deployment to free up time with our IT Department and it was well worth the investment. This allowed us for a seamless go-live deployment!

Contras:

While the admin user interface is nice looking, it can be a little daunting at first because configurations can be done many ways. Further to this, it is not possible to test a 'what-if' after you are done programming (for example what-if a call comes in on X and they do Y where does the call get routed) leaving you to deploy into production and potentially cause downtime or issues.

Support and integration with HubSpot. This product used to be the Cadillac in VOIP/telephony technology but times have changed in my experience.

Best for remote workers

Comentarios: I work remotely. I believe it's easier for a company to afford remote workers than paying an on site worker, which is usually expensive. With Ring central, the company is able to cut down overall spending costs.

Puntos a favor:

I was surprised that I could actually communicate with my team in the US while I am in Africa with just an internet access. The communication is flowless. Features like call recording, messaging. group videos, un reading a message, call log monitoring has reduced our company's operating costs. Lower overhead costs has helped our company increase its profits since we are a big team working remotely.

Contras:

Sometimes messaging just stops without a warning. It's irritating especially when you are in the middle of a busy week and clients need to be contacted not only through a call. This affects the business really bad. As a staffing agency, we need constant communication with staffs and facilities to fill shifts. Sometimes the messaging issue would go for a week without being resolved. If it's account issues or issues with payment, RingCentral has to notify as at least a day or two days before. I hope they see this.

MSP Use Case for RingCentral

Comentarios: Overall, our experience both using and reselling RingCentral has been very positive. Our staff and clients use these products daily and while we do need to work through occasional issues, these are more often training based than product issue based.

Puntos a favor:

We both use and resell RingCentral. Our self-use is for our IT Service Desk support number and this works wonderfully. It provides us the flexibility to be out in the field and still receive calls from our clients. The medical practices that we've migrated to a RingCentral phone solution find great value in the additional features beyond just a plain old desk phone. These include faxing, SMS messaging, video conferencing, call analytics, etc..

Contras:

There are times where it can be difficult to work with the RingCentral sales team and support teams. That said, if you are patient and persistent with them you can almost always reach your end goal.

Not the worst or best

Comentarios: We used this because Ringcentral was a client and we got a good deal on it. I prefer using the phone system built into Hubspot directly.

Puntos a favor:

Ring central covers the basics and is an industry leader. It is very good with computer/mobile integrations as well as recording and tracking calls.

Contras:

Not the best service, on voip connections at times.

I have used Ring Central for 4 years or so. It is easy to use, but drops calls alot. Sometimes callers will say they cannot hear me.

Needs Improvement

Comentarios: Overall, ring central is very effective. I am able to see my calls and text in one app.

I like that I am able to see who is calling members of my team on my desk top. I can see if the answer a call or not.

Contras:

I don't like the fact that when a call is transferred from another party, the call does not record.

Ring Central - regular but not varied user review

Comentarios: Overall I've had a positive experience, I use the product mainly for outbound calling and it's reliable and easy enough to use.

It's clear and easy to use. Has a nice user interface with clear, easy to define icons for different functions. Call quality is usually good too.

Contras:

I feel the log in process is a little long and unnecessary, it opens a few other windows during the process and I feel it could be streamlined.

Great VoIP service

Comentarios: I like Ring Central, implementation was seemless and made my life easy from and IT standpoint

I like the ability to transfer within the app. That functionality within the app as well as on the desk phone makes my life easier with all the incorrect calls that are routed to my desk by others.

I am not a big fan of the mobile app functionality, and being IT that is a huge feature for me in a remote world

Ring Central as a calling platform

Comentarios: In general Ring Central is a stable, reliable and flexible platform since it is cross-platform, in the last few days I have not had connection problems or crashes or failures. Calls are heard clearly and there is little flickering

I like that it's a very complete platform, it's quite stable and its reports are easy to consult.

Contras:

One of the things I'm not a fan of is that, despite being a stable platform, it has delays in connecting calls (they are not very common, but they do exist)

Buyer Beware

Comentarios: Horrible. Doubled our phone costs and lost business due to the IT issues with their system. Extremely complicated implementation.

Lots of features and the ability to have multiple locations / numbers.

Contras:

Way more expensive than initial quote with lots of additional fees, lots of issues with texting (including making all of our texting read only without warning and now having to wait on an unnecessary TCR certiicate to be approved for conversational texting which isn't necessary and could take up to 30 days). Every time we call support we've been told a new story of what's going on with no consistency and no resolution to our issues since 4/7. We've had 3 different account managers in as many months. Lots of language barriers and problems with support.

Great phone system with some room for improvement

Enables us to setup teachers with Soft phones on their mobile phones, enabling them to call parents using the school's main phone number as their call-back number.

Contras:

The phone app is slow to respond at times, ringing 5 or 6 seconds after the desk phone (all settings are to ring all simultaneously)There are at least 2 or 3 different sets of instructions to setting up a hot desk phone, none of them helped, so the documentation on their website desperately needs a review
