With the Receptionist for iPad, they are notified by either an email or as a text message (whichever they prefer) right away so they can retrieve their packages without delay. We love having the knowledge that our tenants are still being taken care of when we are not able to be at the desk. It is cost effective, and very easy to program/edit.
