> **Puntos a favor**: Freightview is very easy to use. They have superb customer support and their pricing is super competitive. We have tried many other solutions for our shipment management, but none comes close to FreightView.

> **Puntos en contra**: Would like to see a better integration of LTL carrier accessorial charges like inbond for shipments to and form Canada.

> Efficient, cost-effective and easy to use. It offers us the ability to save every quote we make with a reference number, which enables further retrieval in the future. Overall, we are very happy with FreightView.

> **Puntos a favor**: The visibility it gives across multiple company locations.  The ability to see multiple tariffs on one page eliminating the use of opening tabs.  The ability to create users which on top of increasing visibility cuts down on the inbound calls from outside sales force looking for shipment information.

> **Puntos en contra**: Not allowing pickups to be scheduled if it is past a certain time.  If you go to a carriers site they will still allow the schedule but may have a popup saying "pickup time after 3pm maybe scheduled for next day".  What that does is allow the local terminal to use its own local rules and shipment load to decide if the shipment will get picked up the same day.  

Need more education with the carriers to not cover up the Pro\# generated with the pre-printed Pro\# stickers they carry.  When this happens of course, we loose tracking.

> **Puntos a favor**: It's very easy to use.  The auditing process is an added bonus, as our previous system did have that option.  It's a great value for what we pay for it.  Viewing the shipping options and offers is seamless.  Tracking the deliveries is very helpful.

> **Puntos en contra**: When auditing invoices it seems like there are a lot of steps to create the custom filter.  Perhaps that could be improved a bit.

> **Puntos en contra**: I can't message carrier directedly on loads that are API connected. While Freightview is very easy to use, I found the reporting and analytics to be somewhat limited, especially when trying to pull deeper operational insights or build more customized dashboards.

> Overall, my experience with Freightview has been very positive. The platform makes it easy to compare rates, book shipments, and track freight in one place, which helps streamline day-to-day operations and saves time. The interface is intuitive and doesn’t require extensive training, so it’s easy to get teams up and running quickly. I’ve found it especially useful for managing LTL shipments and maintaining visibility across multiple carriers.
