"Great experience with email marketing software"
Comentarios: Unlike other email marketing campaign manager, Campayn is easy to configure and they even offer a free webinar as a training session to get familiar with this software. Really helpful customer service.
Puntos a favor: Creating, planning and sending email marketing can be done by using Campayn rich feature and tools. It also can automation a process to sending out email after certain condition is triggered, really help me managing the email marketing workflow.
Contras: Great features and pricing. Nothing that i can complaint with those two factor.

"Solid email marketing tool"
Comentarios: We have been using it for just a few weeks to study other solutions, but results are very worth to consider to definitely make a change from our current provider.
Puntos a favor: Ease of use tools for great customization, personalization and scheduling for email marketing. Templates are easy to change, so it meet almost every need without much efforts.
Contras: The toolset itself we have nothing to complain, but wait for support was a bit longer for a tool with the current pricing model.

"Very bad support"
Comentarios:
I have paid the fees of my plan and couldn't send any emails as my emails are On-Hold
I have contacted the support multiple times and no solution.

Hi Samir,
I'm sorry that you experienced some holds. Campayn does review every email that goes out especially for new users. This is one of the ways we keep our deliverability really high. Typically holds last a few minutes but sometimes they do last hours depending on the time you try to send.
That said it seems that you are actively using Campayn for your business. Do you still feel this review is fair?
